Scam site. They claim parts are factory, but when trying to transfer logo from old grill to their grill it was not even close, so after spending 299 for their grill had to buy a logo from snother site for 95.00 to fit it. And all it was the most expensive one. Stay away and see their reviews all over the place its 2 star or less.

I received a tailgate from carparts with dents and marks due to no bubble wrap in the box used for shipping. I made them aware of the issue and I kid you not, they sent me a refund and made their shipping department aware of the situation so they can "tighten up" so to speak. Bought a a. C compressor and it was not the one that I needed. They sent me refund papers through email. Said they was not gonna pay for shipping either. Ok no problem. Sent it off and they reiceved the package got an email from them. Then got an email saying approved refund back to your card take 24-48 hours. It was a week later I called my bank and they said they would open up an investigation. I called the car parts.com back all week same thing. Here is your reference number lol. I dont need that i need to know why my money has not been processed to my account yet. That is not helping me. Its 430 and i have been on the phone with them the FTC the lawyer and my bank since this morning at 9 am. I am so tired and upset I dont have time to waste on this. A man named Romeo he said ill call the billing dept and see what is going on in one hour. Its been over 5 hours. I am guessing they send parts out but the are knock offs and they will not refund anything back to you.

Ordered part on the 1st of the month, it is now the 8th and I still haven't received a tracking number yet. There was no overnight option for shipping either. I need this part for my field service vehicle today.
At first I was a little worried about ordering a fuel pump through carparts.com after seeing their bad reviews, but four days before Christmas I had made my purchase and they had it delivered in three days when initially they started it would be at the house in four. Installed the pump, and the Jeep fired right up after sitting for five years. Checked Advanced Auto and other sites and I had gotten the pump for atleast $50 cheaper. You guys did an amazing job, and thank you for the early Christmas present Five stars from me.
So to start off I ordered some window motors for driver and passenger window driver side worked great and passenger didn't. So I hit up customer service and wow they got back to me so fast and resolved it so fast. Customer service response was awesome part is already in route. I will definitely be buying more parts from this site. Thank you guys

I called their phone number to order a bumper cover. The rep took my payment information and told me it would be shipped out right away. Later, I got an email saying the part was out of stock. Called again to resolve the issue. The rep told me that they couldn't honor the original sale, but conveniently, there was another part I could purchase from them, that ONLY cost $73 more. They refused to honor their original pricing. This is a scam.

They send you wrong parts and wont send you the correct ones, they make it your problem to send them back while keeping your money. 2 weeks in the hole and truck still not fixed.
Also, what a pleasure having to deal with outsourced Indians to get a return label.
I ordered a drivers side power window switch panel for a 2012 jeep liberty. The price I purchased it for was very reasonable. When the part arrived I replaced the old one and it works like a champ. I will definitely use this website for all of my car part purchases going forward. The part arrived a day early as well.

I bought a fender liner that was not made well and made a review on it. Customer service reps offered to refund me for the faulty item instead which helped me a lot. It is reassuring that if you get something that is truly faulty you can get your money back. Especially when the item can not be returned as the liner flew off my car as I was driving.

Was having issues finding my model and contacted them for help - they directed me to the part I was looking for - shipping seemed fast and fair. Took the door all apart and come to find out it's the wrong part. Contact them to see about getting the part replaced and they inform me I'm on the hook for shipping back the wrong part- I even contacted them to make sure I didn't have an issue and now this?

I read the description it said it would work for my vehicle so I ordered paid for 2 day shipping so $100+ parts came in car torn apart belt wont work only vehicle I have. Sent an email was told i have to pay return shipping i called as the description said it would work for my car was talked down to something about a Google search and it's for a diesel and it's my fault so if I want to return it I have to pay shipping. Dont waste your time with this company took a risk with them and never will again and will make sure everyone I know won't aswell. Amazon or even Ebay would have been better.
They sent me the wrong part they're giving me a refund not even giving me my shipping back and I gotta do all the work and even get a shipping label and pay for it that is ridiculous.

Ordered a Mazda trim piece that we needed to replace. It didn't come with the hooks to put it back on the car. No problem. Ordered those. They didn't work. Asked Mazda to install, they couldn't do it either.
The parts from this company are useless and won't fit despite it being the "correct part". They even shipped the item to the wrong address so I had to buy it twice...Both were useless, just like them.
