Their customer service and problem solving is fine when something goes wrong. They have contacted me and worried about the satisfaction of the product, they have changed my perspective and everything has gone very well now.
Ordering and finding the part started as an impossible task with other companies but CarParts made it simple for me as well as inexpensive. Hopefully I'll receive it within the next 5 business days as promised.

This is a horrible company to get car parts from. I ordered my car ports on a Tuesday only received one of the two car parts the following Tuesday. When I call they tell me it came from 2 different places and I won't get the other one till Thursday. Bad business would never buy from them again.
I bought a water shield for under my car to protect it from water getting in places it shouldn't. The part didn't come with the fasteners needed to attach it. I worked with customer service and they made the situation right for me and will let the manufacturer know the fasteners would be helpful. Great job CS team!

I bought a front brake caliper it works like a new car now but there were things I didn't care for the bolts for the brakes were so so tight when they broke loose I thought I broke my finger. Second there was paint down in the threads the 2-largest bolt holes that attaches this to the car. Luckily I had an impact to run the bolts in and out to clean out the threads. I thought I cross threaded it thats how tight it was.The final thing is the part didn"t come with a return label and they wanted to charge me $8.34 but since I wasn"t happy they made it good but still charge you tax on the return so it is only $23.00 and not $25.00

I found the side view mirror I needed and ordered it. I received the confirmation email saying my purchase had gone through, and that I would receive shipping info within 24-48 hours. Instead, I received a follow-up email telling me the mirror was in fact out of stock. That would've been nice to know before I ordered it. Lesson learned.
We needed to return an item that did not fit our vehicle. The man that help me online went out of his way to find my order. I gave him all the info I had because I could not find my paper work and he went to great lengths to help me. We would definitely do business with them again

Ok where do I start?! First fuel pump I was told fit my car... it didn't so my car sat on stands for a week until I received my new pump. They wanted me to pay for return shipping but after hours of arguing I finally received free return shipping. Over a week and I still haven't received my refund though. Second pump I ordered was faulty the guage doesn't work so now I have a crap pump after all the time and money I have in. Prices are cheaper but having to deal with their BS and getting a part that is complete crap isn't worth the savings. Spend a little more and save yourself a huge headache and a LOT of time!
I ordered brake pads and rotors as a kit. I tried to call to figure out why there was a pending charge of $99.91. My brakes and rotors were the $224.94 pending charge.
I was told it's because the order was split that's why there are two separate charges. It doesn't make sense why it's $99.91. This $99.91 pending charge isn't even the price of the front brakes and rotors or the back. They gave me a random charge of $99.91. Nobody could explain why that random pending charge is there.
I am really hoping that charge of $99.91 goes away.

Please be aware that if you need to return your item, you will be charged 97% of the total amount you paid in order for you to receive a shipping label from them. Totally not worth it. They will in turn re sale the item at full price again like they sold it you. This is terrible. I will never buy from them again.

I've been waiting over a MONTH for these jokers to refund my money after I returned a tail light that was the incorrect part for my car.
I've emailed them multiple times and gotten NO response. Atrocious!
I purchased my 1st products from the web site and i picked 2 day shipping and agreed to pay the extra shipping. This would have guaranteed my part to arrive no later than 5/9/18. However I checked my email today to find out It will not be arriving until 5/4/18. And the confirmation email I was sent after the order does not show my 2 day shipping fee. Long story short when I called today the rep argued with me on what I know i Paid for and What I know I selected online Sunday night. I asked her to cancel my order I can not wait until Next week, she told me it was already shipped. I asked her a second time for a refund and to cancel she said it it on the distributor warehouse and out of her hands. I will have to wait until I get the items next week then call her back about a refund. She needs to get her story straight, Don't lie to me. I know what I choose your company changes my order for what ever reason. Now the customer ME has to deal with it.
When I left a poor review for a mirror that I bought, I thought that was the end of that. I was contacted by Emmy and a replacement mirror was sent immediately along with a shipping label to return the first one. I had plenty of time to receive the second one and install it before the return was due, so that I would only have to take the door apart once. Unfortunately, I have the same problem with the second mirror, but will live with it as I paid about $50 from carparts.com and the same one is about $100 more on Amazon. I do recommend carparts.com. I think the mirror I ordered just has some problems and they did their best to take care of me.

I placed an order of $200 dash cover for one of my restoration jobs it took a month to get it when I got it it was completely damaged! The box it came in was fine so clearly they didn't care they just threw it in the box anyways and sent it! It took me eight days to contact them for a return then another four days to get a return label Then it took four weeks to get my refund I sent numerous emails spent 45 minutes on the phone four times trying to contact this company! They never answer their phone or their emails impossible to do! Do not waste your money or time worst company I've ever dealt with and I own an automobile restoration shop
This company is guilty of violating consumer protection laws. They advertise products that they state are specifically designed and digitally fit specifically for your car, but what you finally get after weeks of waiting, is something you didn't order, and doesn't fit, and cheap quality, and when you contact them to return they tell you, you did get what you ordered, and too bad for you. You have to pay for return shipping. They refuse to email return label. They provide a bogus address to return it to. You are never again contacted that product was received. Never get refund. Call to customer service is waste of time because all records are erased from system of any purchases made. No order number found. No name or email found. No return info recorded. No account info. Just disappears into thin air, and so does money
