The sale people should tell you that the covers had to be custom made and take a while to get to the customer. Upper seat cover is good, but the lower stretch material needs to be much thicker, heavier material.

Ordered tires and wheels plus mounting with install kit they arrived well ahead of scheduled delivery in perfect condition. One small hiccup wheel locks are chrome. I'm sure it will be resolved with out a problem.

It was very easy to find what i need, and know what fit my car, once payment was made, i got a track number and received my items within week and half. The only down side, is that i received one rim first, and the other 3 came three days later, for some reason. Over all experience was great.

I mean everything from this place is good. This is my second time purchasing. Everything has came out wonderful no issues with products. The only downside is they don't let you choose what shipping carrier even though they offer different shipping carriers. My issue in particular, I do not prefer FedEx, because they lose my packages or they miss deliver my packages and do not take accountability. I expressed that to customer service, as soon as I placed my order, they just blew it away. For all three of my orders, since they were shipped a different times, I had to go retrieve my packages from places I kinda recognized down my street.

Husbands windshield wiper motor went out unexpectedly (2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn, NOT Classic). Amazon didn't have a replacement part and neither did the local auto shops. The dealership told we they don't know when they could get the motor in and it would take 2-3 hours, costing over $950. We got this motor in less than 3 days and so far so good. Wipers work and we saved a lot of money.

Purchasing was great. Shipping sucked took over 2 days to make it from Texas to Wisconsin, took over 2 weeks to make across the state. Called shipper to confirm address and make sure I receive a heads up call yep yep. Finally CARiD calls, the shipper says address takes them to middle of cornfield, why didn't I get a heads up call because I know the address can be tricky sometimes. Literally the day I get them started out on the address I reiterate heads up call yep yep there's a note the truck shows up within an hour and no call so now im not there to inspect for damages after making its 5th trip out in the truck for delivery. Part was fine but a lot of time and energy spent for nothing

I have a 2022 Tundra that brakes would squeak. Even after replacing with new OEM brakes they squeaked due to a Toyota issue. I end up purchasing both Z36 front and rear brakes and rotors package and they don't. These brakes work fine, just needs a little more pressure when you put you foot on brakes. I may consider upgrading pads, because it is an adjustment when pressing brakes. Most importantly, they are new brake that don't squeak and finding new brakes and rotors for the new version of Tundra is hard because they are limited.
