I decided to put new seats in my salt water fishing boat. Couldnt find the seats I was looking for but was relieved when I found them on CarID's website. Placed my order and everything appeared great. When I received the confirmation email that my seats had shipped I had the tracking number. I then tracked the deli ery of these seats and they showed as delivered. When I went to get the boxes, there was only one. Evidently UPS only delivered one of my seats. Now I am concerned as I have a trip planned to ise my boat and dont know if I will have my seats ready in time. I call CarID and they tell me that the other seat was shipped back to CArID's warehouse. Why I dont know. They then put a new order through to ship me that seat. When I finally received the new seat (about one week later) it was damaged. Now I am really frustrated. I called the company customer service to tell them what happened and they inform me they will put a new order through and UPS will come and pick the damaged seat up. I asked if they would rush the shipment and they said NO. They also said that they would put a hold on my card even though it was their issue. Then two days later I get an email asking for my card info. I tried to give them my card online of which I couldnt. Then I tried to call their customer service number and was told they were too busy and I could put myself in line. Never received a call and my order still hasnt been placed. It is frustrating beyond anything. I hope my seat will come in before I have to leave. We shall see. Their customer service people Re not the most friendly and dont take ownership for their issue.

I have purchased Items from this site before without any issues, So when My husbands birthday came up I did not think twice about getting him the seat covers for his vehicle that he has been wanting, so I purchased not only the seat covers but also a few other items for his truck, the purchasing experience was no problem and they did arrive fairly quickly. When it came time to install the seat covers we noticed that not did they not fit properly at all, it was not that they fit snug or just a bit off, there was a huge gap where the seat covers were to meet even though I made sure that they would fit this vehicle. Unfortunately we had to return them, I was not able to do so online as it requested me to call the 800 number which I did, the first question the agent asked me was if I was sure I purchased the seat covers for my vehicle specifiaclly, uhh YES of course, then I was told to await 2-3 days for reunion label, 5 days went by and no return label was sent so I called again, and again I was too wait 2-3 days, 5 days have gone by again and I called again, guess what I was told? Wait 2-3 days again for return label. At this point I feel like they are jerking me around and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they stated that they do not have any, I will NEVER recommend nor do business with CARiD again. Not only do I now need to have my Attorney get involved but I am stuck with this merchandise! BEWARE WITH THIS SITE!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered 4 wheels from this company. The purchase was super easy, they guaranteed the wheels would fit my car... but they did NOT! I called customer service and told them the wheels had too big of an opening and didn't fit my car. Erica (the rep) told me they do and to take the car somewhere else since the place I was at obviously didn't know what they were doing. So I did. The next place told me the wheels do not fit without the hub rings. I called CarID back 10 times at least and they didn't answer. Finally Erica answered telling me to send an email, she was super annoyed to be answering the phone. I emailed Erica explaining I needed hub rings. She told me these wheels fit my car and I do not need them. She explained the manufacturer doesn't even make hub rings since the wheels are made to fit. I was so frustrated! I called the manufacturer of the wheels, Versus, and asked them to please explain to me why they weren't fitting my car. The first thing they said was "THOSE WHEELS DO NOT FIT YOUR CAR"... they said they would mail me the hub rings I needed right away. I had to take the car in yet again to get these wheels put on... but oh wait... the bolts they sent for the wheels were too long! So I had to also purchase the correct bolts from the shop I was at. I emailed Erica to tell her all of this information. She was probably embarrassed she had been stating false facts to me without even checking the validity of them and didn't respond. I would never order from CarID again. I can't believe how terrible the customer service is when they have no idea what products they are even selling go to. The guarantee fit is a lie they use to make you feel comfortable purchasing from them. The bolts were wrong, the wheels were wrong, the facts were wrong. For future they should really call the vender before telling lies to a customer. Disgusted by this company!

Great parts for any car. I brought some rain visors and they look amazing. I also had a charger and accessorize the whole car through car I.D.
I ordered 1 complete powerstop brake rotor and pad kit for my truck and was sent 1 incorrect rotor, I contacted them immediatly and was informed that first I would have to send pictures so I done that immediatly them was informed after many emails and phone calls that they were waiting on powerstop for a response so I contacted powerstop and they seemed like they were going to help but needed more information so I gave them all I had and they wanted to have a 3 way call to carid so I contqcted carid and they said they would not do that I finally recivieved shipping labels for everything and All i needed was 1 so I had to take everything to ups to figure out what I needed and they have it was sent back and recieved by powerstop who had to get informed by carid that it was there now they are saying in about a week I may have the correct rotor I will Never arder from them again I have never had such a problem getting someone elses problems fixed! They suck!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
