Called to order a truck mat online it said shipping cost zero they had offered me a $25 credit towards my next purchase number would not work call them directly on Monday The item was $94.20 he said he would give me $28 off and just keep the $25 number that they gave me for a credit before I said all right that's fine it said shipping was zero so it should've been around 65 bucks or so so after I gave him my card number he tells me it's 130 some dollars I said cancel the order that was it you would think that would be the end of it but no I called back two minutes later talk to another representative the first guy never canceled so he said he would take care of it two minutes later I called back again because I know this company how deceitful they are called talk to the third representative she said she would cancel if it hadn't been canceled earlier what a bunch of thieving bastards call my credit card company and dispute it in a heartbeat I told him don't pay because you're not getting paid I will not tolerate a company is deceitful as this company do not buy anything from this company we need to put them out of business then she had the audacity to tell me did the item was shipped within a couple minutes liar liar liar well guess what I am not excepting the order in if I'm not here and it's here guess who's going to keep the damn thing teach you people lesson I am not paying for that ever
I ordered a rim and they cancelled my order. Now I have to wait another 5 days to drive my car because I have only a spare on it. This company sucks!

The only good part of my experience with CarID was the amount of options they give you for seat covers.
Everything went downhill as soon as I placed the order. About a week after I ordered my seat covers, I received a call to see why I am having my seat covers delivered to a location other than my billing address. The lady asked if I lived there, and why they're being delivered there. She then said she needs written confirmation that I am having them delivered at an alternate location. I started to lose my patience and told her to cancel my order. She put me on hold and said they do not need the extra verification.
After that, it took 1 MONTH to received the product! Once I received the products, there were no instructions included. The covers are VERY difficult to install. At first I called them to see if I can return them because they were too small, but they were very rude and uninterested on the phone. They wanted me to email them a picture of the product, so I sent one. They replied by saying they are correct, I just have to pull the covers all the way down. I am a 5'11'', 200lb man and I had to put all of my strength into installing these things correctly.
I started putting on the backseat covers, and one of the zippers broke before the cover was on the seat. There are no slots for my seatbelt buckle to go through (against the law?), and there are no instructions included, again.
They still have not resolved the issues, and they certainly do not sound too concerned about doing so anytime soon.
The service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I am a Sales Representative, and have a strong background in Customer Service. The service that I have received from this company is 100% unacceptable. Once my issues are resolved, I will NEVER do business with this company again. The owner/managers should be embarrassed.
Everything ended up very well with all the parts I ordered. Been with carid before and will keep my business with you guys. Keep it up!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
