I ordered a windshield mounting bracket for my LED lightbar from this site. The one I ordered was NOT the one delivered & I did not notice this until after installation. So I removed the bracket AFTER taking pictures of the incorrect product. I then emailed CARiD to let them know on 8/15 (the day after I received the incorrect item). I spoke with someone on the chat & they told me it would be 2-3 DAYS before I would get an email about this issue. On 8/17 I received an email asking for the part number that I received & pictures. So I sent them pictures & I didn't have a part number because it didn't come with a packing slip. After this I got another response saying it would be ANOTHER 24-48 business hours before I hear anything. I hadn't heard anything so on 8/23 I emailed them asking for an update. They emailed back asking for me to measure the length of the mounting kit, so I did, then replied right back. I then sent an email telling them how unacceptable their customer service has been & that any other company would have gotten the issue resolved in a matter of minutes, not DAYS/WEEKS! They responded saying they would email me right away after hearing from the manufacturer. Then today, 8/28, THIRTEEN days after initially reaching out to them telling them I received the wrong item, they responded saying that I received the correct item & that the manufacturer would NOT be accepting my return.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS & HORRIBLE customer service! Will NEVER be buying anything from this place again & will not recommend it to anybody. I would give them 0 stars but that isn't allowed.

I've ordered from them a few times never had any problem. Mind u it was small items. I ordered a pair of side steps for my f150, got so excited paid 80$ for them to be installed until one of the guys from truck toys pointed out not just scratches but what appears to be hammer dents in my side steps. So they took them off so I could return them.
I called that day to exchange them. Antonio told me I should keep my original side steps until he knew what the manufacturer wanted to do with them. So I said okay when will I get my other side steps. He told me by Wednesday (we talked on Friday)
Tuesday comes around and ups shows up at my door I get all excited because I have another apt to put the side steps back on for another 80$. When I went to greet my usual ups man he tells me he is picking up a package. Me being confused called car I'd to find out that I was suppose to have my side steps ready and that they would ship me my new ones when they received my damaged ones. After arguing with Clint a "manager " aka just another useless employee, I made him listen to me and Antonios conversation. He then calls me back to let me know that Antonio never said when I would get them but did not advice me to do anything with the side steps. So he is going to send me my new ones immediately. Why because Antonio said they would be here! They fing lied to my face saying I never asked when they would be here. This morning I get an email saying my side steps won't even ship till July 6th it's may 25th! I just graduated college and I'm going to law school I won't be here in July so I had to call again idk this being atleast the third fing time. After talking to Another man they decided to switch out my part for another similar brand. So I assumed everything was taken care of until I got another email saying my order has yet to be placed. So I call again for the 4th fing time to find out it was just an automatic email. COOL GLAD I HAD TO WAIT 20 MIN FOR U TO TELL ME THAT.
Worst service ever!
I ordered rims with a guaranteed fit as stated on THEIR web site, they arrived took to mechanic to have mounted after he ordered tires. We dry fit and didn't fit as guaranteed on THEIR site. Leave the shop come home to call and start return I'm told must have photographic evidence they don't fit as told by the operator his computer says they will. I explain I can not put them on and take pics as it will damage the rim and you won't refund me as stated in your policy for wheels, I'm told basically too bad no refund without photographic evidence they don't fit as my computer says they will. Ask for a supervisor and told their is no supovisor available for this issue as basically it doesn't fit the requirements to get a supervisor as it's simple mount the rim take pics and prove they don't fit as my computer says they will. So back to mechanics, mount, scrap paint off inside of rim and take photos. Back home to try this return policy designed to rip you off, meantime I'm emailed forms explaining how to pack and a disclaimer on damage to rims Durning shipping will result in no refund or only a partial refund all designed to rip you off as you know your rims will be surprisingly damaged upon return ( my opinion) The reason this whole thing pi#*"s me off is I would have NEVER purchased these rims if their web site had not claimed GUARANTEED FITMENT, GUARANTEED FITMENT, GUARANTEED complete lie and a return policy designed to STEAL your money once you order rims. Keep in mind I have ordered from CarID several times and always satisfied but NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order rims from CarID as GUARANTEED FITMENT does not mean to them what it means to you so I say again NEVER! I have purchased 2 sets of wheels, one set is mags and tires for an Audi RS3 2019 for about 3000$CND and i received a call from them stating that the wheels wont fit on the car, they will cancel the order and refund me. They never cancel the order, i received a call from custom to ask me to pay the duty, i told them I wasn't accepting this order. I called Car ID to advised the and see why I wasn't refunded yet, they told me that they needed to wait until they received the order back. Its been over 3 weeks and i called 5 times, each time i am told that i would be refunded by the end of the week. Everyone on the phone is nice but no one is able to do anything other than being nice, they will not be able to help you.
My second order was for wheels on my Ferrari, another 2000$ CND, i received them on time but when my garage opened the boxes, they called me to come and see the wheels, the mags were scratch in the whole where you insert the nuts, they were already pré installed on another car and probably returned. They also noticed that the mags couldn't be balanced since they had dents in them that didn't make them round. I called CARID and i need to send them a report of the problem and they will see what they can do? It took 4 weeks to receive the wheels and ill probably end up having to wait for the return and then re ship other wheels, so maybe 8 weeks, then the summer will be over.
The only thing that CARID are good at, is being pleasant over the phone since they know that even if you call back, its someone else who will answer and you will go round and round.

I ordered four rims on March 28, paid for over night delivery and was told they would arrive Monday March 30. Monday comes, no delivery, called customer service, was told they would arrive Tuesday. Tuesday no delivery, I call, they say, a mistake was made, they were not shipped over night, they will arrive April 3. April 3, no delivery. When I ordered the rims they said they were in stock, when the rims finally arrived they were drop shipped from the manufacturer in California.
I took the rims to Firestone who installed the rims and new tires. When I drive away the steering wheel begins shaking. I go back to Firestone, they take the tires off and tell me that the rims are defective, they are not symmetrical... I call customer service, I talk to Catarina, who tells me I need to take pictures and a video of the wheels. Which would show what? Would that show the vibration that occurs now when I drive the car? She doesn't listen to anything I say, I give her the phone number of Firestone so they can explain the problem. Before our call is finished I ask her to call me back before the end of business today, she agrees. Surprise, surprise, she does not call. So I guess CarId things that I am lying, that I have nothing better to do than to complain about rims that I need on my car. They don't care if the customer is happy, that became very clear, I have to prove to them that there is problem.
Yesterday they told me that I have to take the car to a special shop to have the front wheels tested to see if there is a problem. So now, I have to take off work, have the wheels tested to prove to them that there is a problem, which Firestone has already confirmed. Then how long will I have to wait to get the new rims for the front wheels?
This is a joke, they will tell you anything to get your order but if there is problem, they could careless. So I guess now I have no choice but to contact my credit card company and stop payment on the order. My order number is *******.
When you spend over $1400 on an order, and the product is defective, you would think the company would do what ever it takes to make it right, their attitude is that they could care less about the inconvenience and lost time that this is going to cost me. I have already talked to a relative who is a lawyer, who will be pursuing this matter. This is not right and I will pursue it, no matter how long it takes.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
