Fraud thief

Do not buy from this website. They are thief and lying, I had purchased a bed paint for my truck I paid online with all my information had supmetted after 2 weeks I did not get the box I have contact them they respond to me after 2 days they said the box had been delivered and this is the track number I checked it. It was shown some thing delivered to Austin tx but there was no shown my address or my name it is facke tracking and contact them many time after a while they respond to me this communication took more than a month they said they will find the box but no refund no box found they want gain time. I want to my bank to get refund the money the bunker said they cannot after 30days right now I do not get the money or the box and they did not respond to me after 30 days they are sure there is no refund after 30days. One again do not buy from this bad thief website

Edward was so helpful. He had patience and took his time helping me. I had an issue with a gift certificate and he kept working at it until he got it corrected. I was given a price match on the item I ordered. The shipment in a timely manner as well.

Terrible service

Do not order from this company. I paid for custom seat covers in feb 2017 and as of june 2017, I have not received non defective seat covers. I was given false information for shipping month after month. Now they want me to pay for seat covers that are defective. I won't ever deal with them again, nor should you.

I ordered parts from them that showed in stock. Now I get a phone call that the parts are back ordered. And it will take 7 days to refund my money. Don't waist your time with this place.

I ordered an RV air conditioner and paid for it and shipping in full... the order read processed and I was told I would receive it in a week to 10 days, so I set up a tech to install it. After a week I had not been sent anything about it being shipped so I called to see the status on the order... I was told they wanted more money in order for them to ship it. I think this is very bad and unprofessional business practice to complete an order, never call the customer of any problem; then when the customer calls they are told to pay more money... I immediately cancelled and went elsewhere.

Trying to order parts became confusing every body's site is different. In an effort to order motor mounts at a fantastic price sounds simple, try as I will it wouldn't work. Then this chat pop up popped up I explained my dilemma, Roy asked some simple relevant questions then said try this link he sent. I hit the link and right away there is the parts ready to order. The rest was easy just pay and the parts are on the way. Buy the way they just arrived early Thank you Craig in Tulare Ca.

Order a part for close to 400.00 I was on chat with someone that gave me the link saying it will fit my truck. I didn't do the work to the truck for a few months. Family issues delayed the work. I brought my vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic took out the old parts and new parts didn't fit. I called carid to order correct parts 900.00 dollars. Only problem now is it's 30 days after I bought first part and they wouldn't take the 400 dollar part back after I ordered a 900 part they could have worked with me. Instead they would rather have lost a 900 dollar sale that I canceled. I bought more then one item from this company never again

I approached it as most encounters, expecting the worse, but Mary was not only very helpful but a pleasure to speak to and was very quick to address my problem. Had to order brakes for my 08 Mitsubishi Eclipse but I wanted to use Affirm to purchase them. A carid agent named Bryan assisted me using there instant message chat service and told me the purchase had to be over $500 to use it. Pretty simple information he gave me and he even gave me a discount on my purchase. Great customer service and very professional and I would recommend my friends to this site.

Here it is, customer service, I guess Carid will tell me I'll get it next year?
This is the order that I ordered on April 19th 2017, still have not received my order from Carid.com, every month they tell me it will be shipped the following month, I think they screwed up on the shipping cost and keep telling me it's the manufacturers fault, they keep offering to cancel the order for me but not to give me a solution

As a point for me to be serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible, I try to ask very specific questions and expect very specific answers. I got exactly what I asked. Amanda was 'on point' with helping me determine the Running Boards I wanted to buy for my truck. She was "right to the point", professional, polite, and patient. The pleasure was all mine. I plan to frequent CarID 'on the regular basis' for all my truck needs. In addition, I 'surfed' other MAJOR sites for the same Running Boards, but, to no avail. CarID had what I wanted, and the price was 'on the money'. No pun intended.
