It was shown some thing delivered to Austin tx but there was no shown my address or my name it is facke tracking and contact them many time after a while they respond to me this communication took more than a month they said they will find the box but no refund no box found they want gain time. I want to my bank to get refund the money the bunker said they cannot after 30days right now I do not get the money or the box and they did not respond to me after 30 days they are sure there is no refund after 30days. One again do not buy from this bad thief website

Do not order from this company. I paid for custom seat covers in feb 2017 and as of june 2017, I have not received non defective seat covers. I was given false information for shipping month after month. Now they want me to pay for seat covers that are defective. I won't ever deal with them again, nor should you.

I ordered an RV air conditioner and paid for it and shipping in full... the order read processed and I was told I would receive it in a week to 10 days, so I set up a tech to install it. After a week I had not been sent anything about it being shipped so I called to see the status on the order... I was told they wanted more money in order for them to ship it. I think this is very bad and unprofessional business practice to complete an order, never call the customer of any problem; then when the customer calls they are told to pay more money... I immediately cancelled and went elsewhere.

Trying to order parts became confusing every body's site is different. In an effort to order motor mounts at a fantastic price sounds simple, try as I will it wouldn't work. Then this chat pop up popped up I explained my dilemma, Roy asked some simple relevant questions then said try this link he sent. I hit the link and right away there is the parts ready to order. Order a part for close to 400.00 I was on chat with someone that gave me the link saying it will fit my truck. I didn't do the work to the truck for a few months. Family issues delayed the work. I brought my vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic took out the old parts and new parts didn't fit. I called carid to order correct parts 900.00 dollars. Only problem now is it's 30 days after I bought first part and they wouldn't take the 400 dollar part back after I ordered a 900 part they could have worked with me. Instead they would rather have lost a 900 dollar sale that I canceled. I bought more then one item from this company never again

I made a mistake in the ordering process so I had to cal CARiD customer service and spoke with Mary. I approached it as most encounters, expecting the worse, but Mary was not only very helpful but a pleasure to speak to and was very quick to address my problem. I will do business again based on my first purchase experience.
Had to order brakes for my 08 Mitsubishi Eclipse but I wanted to use Affirm to purchase them. A carid agent named Bryan assisted me using there instant message chat service and told me the purchase had to be over $500 to use it. Pretty simple information he gave me and he even gave me a discount on my purchase. Great customer service and very professional and I would recommend my friends to this site.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
