I recently placed an order with said company and two days after initial purchase they contacted via email mentioning a two week delay. To which i replied thanks for reaching out, we are ok with that. I wait a month and still no parts were delivered and no more contact, so naturally i send an email requesting status. I wait another week and no response was given, so i email yet again, same request of status... no resonse. Fast forward one more week and one more email, this time finally stating my disapointment with the lack of responses and to my surprise i recieve an email resonse basically telling me im a liar and i havent reached out and they never ever leave customers hanging out there unanswered and oh yes your parts will be shipped next week. I found the customer service rude and was put off by the lack of concern and let me tell you the emails steadily became more and more rude through out the day finally leading to my order cancelation and refund.
