Neded a few parts for my two Toyotas. This store has a great selection of parts for your car fo a very reasonable prices. I plan to buy more stuff from them in the future.
A week ago I bought some Rims with you which they notified me that they sent it on August 25 and they gave me a "Traking Number" along with 3 more articles( if you send 1 Traking Number it means that all the articles where sent in the same Box) Now the problem is that I only received 2 items but the Rims did not arrive I have proof that what they sent me is only the nuts and the security I spent $ 197 of "shipping" and I understand that if I pay such an Expensive shipping You can Atleast give me a reasonable explanation other than "We do not have the permission to deal with the situation"

I recently bought a product from this company and come to find out I didn't need that part so I called and wanted to refund and it was the most Pleasant transaction I could ever have they went above and beyond any other company has ever done I would very much recommend this company to anybody
They placed the wrong item 2/23/2022 and we made changes the same day once I realized the order was in correct. The Order total was $1900. They sent a cancel order because they stated the wrong order was placed and for the second time they stated they fixed the order and again i got a cancel order for the third time. They stated they fixed the order and again for a forth time they sent a cancel order. It is now 2 weeks later and now I am being told it will ship in another 2 weeks. I would never order from this company again and would strongly advise for no one else to order anything from them. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER 3 TIMES AND EVERY TIME i WAS TOLD NONE WAS AVAILABLE. I am not even sure it is a real company because no way they would treat someone this way on a $1900 purchase.

This service and help put forth by Luis F. Was incredible and beyond the help most employees would have provided I was very impressed with the professionalism that Luis used to help me with my order. My inability to grasp some of the concepts of buying Chrome wheels, Luis patiently went through the procedures and nuances that was required to get me exactly what I wanted and needed.(NOT WHAT HE NEEDED TO SELL TO MAKE SOME TYPE OF COMMISSION). Luis is an exemplary person and employee. Mankind needs more like him!
Had placed order for EBC brake pads on March 28th 2017, initial ship date was April 10th which did not happen
They emailed me on April 10th afternoon saying that that due to manufacturing delay it will ship on May 2nd and offered me some discount which i took.
On May 3rd i contact them via chat asking what happend to order as it did not ship, they dont have a clue on what's happening and ask me to wait for 24- 48 hours.
On May 4th i get an email stating that my order will ship on June 6th. I am fed up with them and have decided to cancel the order. Irony is that their part listing still says ships in 7 to 10 working days. This was my first order with CarID and they just made me not to ever order with them.
Their standard reply is delay from manufacturer well if that's the case why put up a listing in your website which says ships in 7 to 10 working days.
PS: Before placing the order i did call them and confirm about the item stock status and yet they screwed me up this badly.

They've really good workers they work with you to listen to what you want and then they help you get it they gave me a discount on my headlights I always go to these guys for car parts
I spoke with Art trying to figure out what kind of hitch and bike rack I need for a convertible. He spent a lot of time researching the car specs and found the right part. He was fantastic.
First time buying from them, Ben was the rep I got and he went above and beyond what I was expecting. Found me the parts I needed, a small discount and upgraded my shipping. Will definitely buy again
Long story short: They made a fitment guarantee, but don't honor it. I have been trying to return my order since February 18th and after multiple calls and emails, I'm no closer to getting a refund. Stay far away.
I ordered parts for my car after seeing that they said it would fit 100%. And saw they offer a fitment guarantee.
Once I received the items, I installed them and realized they didn't fit. I called CarID, who asked me to reinstall the products to take pictures of the fitment issue. It was raining at the time, and one of the car mats got some muddy water on it.
Once I sent them the pictures, they refused the entire order for being installed and used. I explained to them how their customer service rep asked me to reinstall them and that's how they got dirty, but they refused to hear it.
I ordered headlights, the conversion kit, the front mats, second row mats, and trunk mat.
They're refusing to accept any of the mats because they were "installed" and reference the dirt on only 1 mat as cause to refuse all of them.
They're also saying that if there are any scratches on the headlight body from being installed, they won't credit me at all.
It's been almost a month, and I've heard nothing but excuses. Worst company I have ever shopped at. Run away from them.

Purchased an aftermarket grille for my Tacoma from CARID - it did not fit properly and was not comparable to the images advertised on the site. I am still attempting to return this item after weeks of back and forth with customer service. I have spent HOURS on hold and still have not been able to make the simplest of returns. I hope this company fails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
It has all of the car parts and accessories that you need and there customer service is great. I use this a lot to find new car parts and organize everything.
Some products I have purchased have been outstanding and work perfect. Have had a little troubles with things lately but still love this website. They have everything you need and more.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
