Please read my experience carefully to see the quality of service you should expect from this company.
- I usually write positive feedback for most sellers I do business with, but unfortunately this company should be reported for fraudulent activity.
- After ordering a part through their eBay store, 3 times throughout the week they told me my item would be shipped the next day.
- After waiting a week to have my item shipped, the company said they no longer had my item in stock and cancelled my order without my consent.
- Interestingly enough, they had just relisted the same item on their page for more money. The original cost that I paid was $134.57 but they now increased the price to $245.05.
- I told CariD that I did not want a refund, I just wanted the item I purchased delivered.
- The company lied in saying that the item was out of stock and simply did not want to ship it to me at a lower cost.
- Each time I reached out to the company by email or phone, no representative was informed with what was happening in my case and I was forced to re-explain everything each time.
- They gave me a $25 gift certificate to make up for the inconvenience but it did not work on their website. Upon contacting them about this, they said it was working, when in reality it does not work.
- Any company that values a customer would have honored the price I purchased the part for and sent it out.
- CariD values bottom line profit more than the customer experience.

CARiD is a awesome company with very courteous associates,, I was buying some headlights for my truck and a sales associate Grazelle helped me even though they was having technical difficulties at the time she helped me though it even though it took awhile and was happy to do it And I really appreciate her for that, That A1 customer service in my book,, And far as there products they sale top notch car parts and me accessories,, CARiD is my go to company,, Awesome company so if you needing car parts i defiantly recommend CARiD hands down,, thanks CARiD God Bless!
I ordered car mats for my new acadia from this company. The order was placed based on the pictures on their web site. They arrived and lo and behold they were not the mats pictured. I sent them an email, they said I had to pay for return shipping.
This is the typical bait and switch. The idiots had the gall to offer me a $15 gift certificate in lieu of the shipping (LIKE I WOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN)

My experience with CARiD.com and the manufacture I bought my product was one of the worst I have ever had. They waited days before they told me they could not even complete my order. Waiting for my refund.

I cannot even give this sorry excuse for a busines even one star. I ordered a product that stated it was in stock and was told that I would receive a confirmation email which I didn't receive until I called them three times. They immediately charged me for the item only to find out that it was not in stock and it would be several weeks before it would be shipped. I called a week after this shipping date and was told that it would now not be shipped for a couple of more weeks. I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund and was told that it would take 3-5 business days for me to receive a refund. That's BS and we all know if something can be charged in the same day that a refund can also be given in one day. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am glad that I had found car ID. I have 5 different vehicles that I work on regularly. Most recently I am working on a 1993 Ford F150 and I am delighted that they carry many motorcraft parts! I have nearly $******* invested so far in this project truck with car ID. It is a wonderful place for quality parts and they have quality professionals Manning the phones I highly Recommend Car ID!
I'm on hold with the company now and if I could I would wallpaper the internet with just how awful my experience with this company has been! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with and even though I cancelled my order which was never processed since I waited two weeks for parts I OVERNIGHTED AND PAID FOR the box shows up on my door step damaged! And now I am being told they are going wait for the parts to get me a full refund even though I NOW have waited two days just for a return label to be EMAILED TO ME! It's an email not snail mail

Well if you value you're time and money i wouldn't waste it here! The first time years ago i ordered a shift nob with a specific threading! Received something not even close to what i needed! Now here in October i ordered a lowering kit! I even called in advance to make sure they actually had the parts! I was told they had the whole kit! So 580.0 dollars and two weeks later I received half of the order! For another month i wasted my time calling and being told i would receive information on this! I was never given information and every call i was told they had to wait on a response from the manufacturer! The manufacturing company doesn't make this part anymore and thats why i called! My time and money has been wasted! And its almost been a month since i was told i would receive a return label! Save yourself the time! Also if you look at the shipping label its a full suspension kit it should weigh over 100 pounds obviously the label say 8 pounds because they only gave me springs! The proofs in the pudding dont waste youre time or money i learned the hard way!

Ordered wheel and tire combo august 4th and its august 31st and no sign of shipping, upon first call 2 weeks ago, i was told that they had shipped, 3 days later i was told that they were waiting on one tire, I had planned on spending 5-6 k more on my car through them, as of now im seriously rethinking that route, unless something changes I would not recommend CARID

I purchased a fan relay from this company and they sent the wrong part. They are maintaining that they sent the correct part and I'm wrong. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is a scam. They overcharge for shipping and they will refund part of your money, in my case, $17.00 out of $49.97. Unless you want to have a virtual nightmare trying to deal with this company, don't use them!

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
