I am still dealing with them due to the side-by-side cover did not fit and I am a little disappointed with getting slow Responses, I only have 30 days to return and a week has already passed and still nothing is resolved! Just not as quick responding to issues like other companies I have dealt with

The car cove was nice. But to nice to be delivered in a (plastic bag) my Order package was rip open when I received it.I was worried about my cover being rip when I open it. I think shipping them in a box, nicer package will make it more special to open.

Easy to use site, great products.
We purchased RV Cover in September 2019; did not receive it for over 3 weeks, no paper work with it. We installed on RV after watching a on line video. In March we noticed several small holes in the cover and sent email with pictures to warranty department and was told we had a patch kit, which we did not get. We took the cover on May 4 2020 found 5 more holes the size of a mans fist. Sent e-mail to warranty department with picture and was told to use patch kit which we did not get. Would never by from this company again. Please don't fall for there lies about there great product and warranty.
