I ordered the $106 cover for my Harley Davidson. It say, s ships in 3 day, s of order. Well 10 days later i still hadn't got a tracking #. I called, the 1st person i talked to told me it was still processing. I told him i wanted a refund he said hold on. When he came back on the line he said it shipped, but he didn't have a tracking # but would email me, 4 calls and 2 weeks later it came. I had ordered another one from Harley Davidson and got it in 4 days Car covers was poor quality and i was suppose to get freebies as the say with it. A lock and cable with an antenna patch. Never got none to this day. I was lied to every time i talked to them except when they said they would give me a $25 refund if i didn't return it. Never the less, lies, lies, lies!
Purchased PREMIER cover for 2020 Spyder RT. Quality of cover is good however FRONT LABEL was on wrong end of cover as well as BACK LABEL. Communicated this info to company and didnt even receive communication back from them that the cover was labeled wrong and that they were pleased I caught this error in manufacturing which avoided the company having to possibly replace cover. Speaks volumes as to their customer service.
The car cover I received leaked through to my car. Now there is discolored spots on my hood.
