Love the quality of my husband's truck cover. Fits perfect. Thank you!
Buyer beware. The platinum carcover deal is a scam. They don't last outside. I had to replace mine after one year at a charge of $18. Same thing the following year. On the third year it also needed replacement but they wanted me to ship them the cover for evaluation at a cost of $93 with no guarantee that they would replace it. Let's say they would replace it, I'm still out $93. That means the cover going forward would cost my $93 every year. I decided not to go forward with carcover.com and opted to go with motortrend car cover. It's a nicer cover and fits my truck better.
Great. Love it. Arrived as expected. Easy to put on. It's the perfect cover for my Tundra.
I've bought 4 covers for my vehicles. First cover sold me. I've purchased more expensive car covers that was more expensive and did not hold up to the sun and rain. Your covers hold up 2 times longer than other brands.
This is a very good company which provides quality product. The cover is very substantial. In addition the customer service response via email is excellent.
I purchased the Ultimate cover for my Chevy pickup. First let me say that 'custom fit' is laughable. Too tight in some areas & extremely baggy in others. As my truck is a common vehicle, the cover is hardly "custom". I have used the cover outside for 4 summer months each summer for 3 years. When I removed it from the bag this summer, it had disintegrated into gray powder, grit and torn tissue paper under the falling coating. Tissue paper! No, I did not store it anywhere inappropriate. I purchased it for indoor/outdoor use, and I feel that 12 months of use for the price is very poor quality. I could buy a cheap Walmart cover that would do as well. I contacted them due to the 10 year warranty, and was approved if I wanted to pay a prorated amount plus shipping of over $100. I wouldn't give them a dime for another cover from them and I replied exactly that to their offer. And I seriously wonder if the claim of the cover being constructed of 'polypropylene' is borderline liable to lawsuit. Even if the original coating is some spray-on version of plastic over paper, I don't see how it could be such garbage. Sure, you'll like it when it's new, even with the questionable fit - but just wait.
This is the 4th platinum cover I've purchased, love the wet weather protection, the soft inner layer and very light material. The only cover I'll ever use.
Really good cover. Very happy delivered on time
Fits my 92 as described storage bag was a nice touch
Love my cover and the extras that came with it. Seems like a great company.
It was very easy and fast service! I'm very happy with the quality and workmanship of the car cover I received if I ever have to get another one for anything else. I will most definitely go through them to get another price was very good also.
I ordered a cover for my 1976 Lincoln Mark IV that will possibly be stored outside after being in a garage since the purchase back in 1976. I hope the cover lives up to its reputation and preserves the integrity of the vehicle.
Purchased 2 of their top of the line platinum covers - one for my Mustang and other for my Impala SS. 2 years in, the Impala SS cover started tearing and developing holes. Per their request, I provided photos. I also told them that I consistently wipe down the covers and maintain them pretty well given that both vehicles are stored indoors in the winter and are covered outside in spring, summer and fall. All that Carcovers.com could do for me was send me patches to cover the holes! Why not honor the lifetime warranty given that proof (photos) was provided. Very disappointed with this company. Thinking about possibly going to our local news station and reach out to their investigative team in hopes that other consumers don't get promised a "fake bill of goods". Needless to say, that car cover is completely shredded now - so much for lifetime warranty! I am now looking at other car cover companies in hope that they stand by their product.
I purchased a car cover as well as wind straps, as I live on a lake and the wind is intense. When I received my order the wind straps were missing, so I reached out to customer service. They shipped me the missing straps and I had them a couple of days later. Awesome customer service: will definitely be purchasing from them again.
Every cover has been exactly fitted to the vehicle. Long lasting and does not scratch the paint. Keeps the vehicle dry. Going to purchase #4 this week!
Paid extra 15$ for international S&H fees at order time. Factured by Fedex extra 120$ after delivery. I would never had order the cover having known that first!
Will never ever buy again from carcovers.com for sure!

Please listen to their adds. At no time do they say money back only exchanges.
I sent them pics showing it was damaged, I even returned it after my c/c said send proof and they will refund me.
This company is in California and this product comes from China.
This truck cover did not fit and they totally disregarded my emails, pics and calls.
Buyer beware!
I have purchased 4 covers from CarCovers so far but they only last a year in the Florida sun. The covers fit well and look great, but start to tear up in about a year.
I ordered a cover originally from Seal Skin Covers online for their "guaranteed fit" only to realize that they had an error in their measuring system and my cover was over 2 feet short. I sent them the exact measurements and told them exactly the size of cover that my PWC model number would require and they continued to send me another cover that was mere inches longer than the first. When I brought this to their attention they refused to listen, told me that the size was correct for my PWC model, would not send me another size, and had the nerve to charge me a "restocking fee". I was so glad to see the warranty and quality available from CarCovers.com and was very happy to see that the cover was a perfect fit the the exact model PWC that I have. I'm hoping to get many years of use out of it!
Purchased a UTV cover for my father, perfect fit, great material. Thank you
Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.
Answer: ZERO customer service! Rude and absolutely no help.
Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
