Received only one of my 2 items i ordered (#*******) contacted them 11/24/20 and no response then again on 12/02/20 and no response except the automated we will get back with you within 24-48 hours on both.
Ordered a cover on Oct 12,2020. They said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund. Nothing. Called back. Nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Called and now I have called 3 times sat on hold for long time until recording said I needed to leave a message. It's December 2 NOTHING
I ordered 2 car covers from this place but only received 1, all my attempts to contact them have resulted in being put on hold till a recording comes on and tells me to leave a msg. After generating a support ticket which also has no response to this date. I was not given a receipt when my order was completed and the order number on the label on the box shows to be invalid. I have never before in all my years of ordering things off the internet have I received such poor customer support. I am very glad I did not order all 5 of the covers I wanted to.
Canceled my order and within four days received a full refund with no issues. Expected some grief in settling my issue and was pleasantly surprised with the response from Car covers.
Ordering via the web was quick and easy. The cover arrived promptly and packaged well. The fit is excellent like it was custom made for the vehicle. It is so easy to put on and take off. I could not ask for more. Thanks CarCovers.

Ordered floor mats for my Porsche Cayenne. Originally quoted 21-days. Which seemed long to begin with. No communication giving me updates or notifications that it has been delayed. When talking to customer service, they just keep telling me it's still processing. I'm on day 30 with still no updated ETA. Very disappointing.
****** Update - 52 days to receive products, with paying for expedited processing and shipping! Product is acceptable, but not great. No reason, communication, or support for these crazy delays.
Carcovers claimed that they shipped our cover. Four days later UPS tracking continued to shown that they had not yet received the cover. Carcovers failed to respond to our email inquiry or phone calls to their customer service organization, even if it exists. If the cover does not arrive in two more days, we will dispute the charge on our credit card. This is unacceptable service from this company.
My carcover.com cover after 3 months. The warranty gives no guarantee for how long the item lasts. It gives you the option to replace the cover for $95 shipping. I paid over $400 for the Gold cover. Put it on in August and the first week of November this is what we found when we checked on it.
Had this cover for a little over a month, and today for the first time 11/7/2020 we had a light rain and it started to leak within 5 minutes, i took it off and held it up to the light and saw it had flaws in it ( can see daylight) i m sure they will screw me on the return policy been 5 weeks
I have purchased three covers previously from CarCovers.com. One for a 1972 Pontiac GP, 2011 Camaro SS, & 2016 Corvette, they all fit perfect! This past April when I brought the GP out of storage I noticed after 4 years the cover was starting to wear through around the mirrors. So, I ordered their Platinum cover as a replacement.
Because of the great fit and quality in the past, I didn't even look at the new cover until just recently when my old cover finally started to tear. This cover is way to big for the car, would probably fit a 62 Caddy Sedan Deville! I took pictures and sent an email explaining I realize they have a 30 day return policy and I was way over that time frame. There answer was we sent the right cover and we will send you a $14.95 strap kit to hold it down better. This is not what I would have expected from them. I then asked for a price on a custom cover and no response. I also sent another email and still no response.
If you notice they have no way to leave reviews on their site, they pull reviews from sites like this and screen out the bad ones. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR GUARANTEED FIT.

Mine is two months old when I discovered that it does not breath at all.
It gatheres moisture inside and will rust your car.

Used 3 times only and for some reason there is a lot white powder coming off, from the inner side. I hope my car paint is Ok. Even With the 10 Years coverage, they still want me to pay their shipping cost and $30 for replacement fee. Really!
Item does NOT fit the vehicle I selected. I had not yet opened the package until the other day when I went you put it on my truck, it's about 2x too small. There's no way the one I received would fit a bronco. I contacted customer service and was told they wouldn't do anything about it. The item i purchase is in perfect condition(unused). I spent $250 on a product that is different than described. There is NO WAY this is sized right for a bronco. Their response was laughable, telling me to just go sell it on ebay or something, rather than trying to help and come up with a solution. I guess paypal dispute is my path to a solution then.
Carcovers.com did not have the correct fitting cover for my car. When I returned the cover they sent in pristine condition, I was charged a 15% restocking fee. After numerous emails and voicemails, I learned they only respond to web chats. Took them several weeks to refund any money at all. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stay away!
Specific car was not listed. I called and customer service answered all questions. Then sent me a cover that did not come close to fitting.

Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.

Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
