Awhile back I had order hats for my business, the initial order was both fast and perfect. The hats were cool as hell! So, I made a new order for the same hat this spring in March. Covid hits and everyone shuts down and so my order was delayed... this is understandable and not a problem. Over the months we were back and forth on when my order would be processed and they were very responsive! Until about 3 emails ago (this is now JULY) where I finally said we have waited long enough and either ship the hats or refund me. Now no response. So they have taken my money and neither shipped me hats or offered the refund. We were plenty understanding about the greater economic situation, however most of the world is up and running enough that a company who has no local visitors and simply ships orders should be filled by now nearly 5 months later. They went from being a company I would refer anyone to, to thieves.

Capbeast.com will not allow you any assistance if there are any mistakes with their products. That have a customer service department that is all too willing to villainize you if you ask about a mistake, and will make it out like you are trying to get something for nothing. Have emailed back and forth with them over an order I received that was not correct, and they are quick to use language to attempt to make me feel like I am in the wrong for even asking. At one point even saying "thanks for the honest try" like I was a kid trying to steal a cookie.
I will never order from them again. Go to Etsy, support an actual person.

Top Notch!

I placed an order of a mix of hats and beanies with my logo. It was for our team of paranormal investigators. Shortly after the order was sent, they personally contacted me to say the bottom don't wouldn't be legible. I gave them permission to make it anyway that it would work. They sent me a pic to approve, and it was not only perfect, but better than the original. They also kept the logo in their database for future purchases. Haven't needed anything recently, as I bought enough the first time, but when I need another order, I will only order from Capbeast. Customer service and product are flawless!

Geez, so a little update on this. Last week (July 7,2020), I finally received 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered. I had ordered one of one style and two of a second. For that hat for which I ordered two, they only sent one of them. My girlfriend got in touch with them on their website and eventually seemed to talk to a real person through Instagram. They apologized, told her they have implemented a number of changes, and told us that they upgraded the missing hats to a better quality and will send out 2 new ones so that they match. We'll see if those ever come. Eight months later, I have 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered, and I am just fine with that. Talk about a low bar to hit. At this point, I don't even care if my other hat comes in and don't care that I never did get a partial refund. Just satisfied enough to be mostly done with this experience.

100% stay away from the business. December 7,2019 - placed order for two hats. January 26,2020 - inquired about delay on hat order. January 27,2020 - email response stated ". In production queue... unexpected amount of orders... that's the reason. Your order hasn't been shipped." February 22,2020 - emailed again complaining about 11 week time lapse with still no hat. February 24,2020 - "... due to setbacks... within the production facility... progress is slower than usual... your order was neither forgotten nor pushed back." They also offered a 20% refund. I just want my freaking hats. May 8,2020. Still no hats, still no correspondence. Is this company seriously still taking orders?

Capbeast team was really on top of their game when I called with questions. The service representative made recommendations about the hats I had chosen and suggestions for a better alternative. He also made suggestions about the color of the logo.

I placed an order for my hat and immediately asked them to change the hat style. They responded and and said no problem. I linked them the hat I wanted it switched to in the original email and then again in the reply. No response from them.

I receive my hat today and now its a hat that I cant even wear because its too big so I have a useless hat now. Whats the point of customer service if they dont SERVICE their CUSTOMERS?

To top this off, the embroidery on the hat is of very poor quality. Its blurry and doesnt look good! I would never order from here again.

Ordered hats on May 16th. Sample pictures of my order were gray and black hats. I received white and black hats with ‘1632' instead of my design of ‘1832' on them. After contacting Mary about both issues and and waiting for order, was told they could not change to gray as my order was for white. Even though I asked them to remake as gray earlier in the month! Apparently the pictures don't match up to the colors, even though they do have a gray and black option! Due to this, I asked for a refund and was told it was ‘impossible' to do. Have not received hats yet. It is now July 16th.

I ordered a hat with Capbeast in mid December with the promise of receiving it before Christmas. Fast forward to mid February I got tired of waiting for it and requested a full refund. Initially they offered me only 10% of the refund which is unacceptable to begin with. Then when finally being promised a refund fast forward to today 3/26/19 and my refund has been continuously delayed and delayed with excuses such as "taking longer than expected" and "billing system upgrades" as the excuse for this unprofessional behavior. Do not do business with them. They are con artists. For the price they charge they are not worth the headache.

I was very happy with the hats that I received. The only issue is that I had to wait longer than I should have. I called their customer service line, they were very nice and they made sure that my order was shipped immediately.

The website claims delivery of 4 to 6 weeks. This is true to very last extend whether you order 20 hats or just one. I ordered my hat on January 27 it is March 2nd now yet it still has not been shipped. Upon calling the company for the for the third time they claim it is in production, they have been saying this since the 17th of February. When i tried to cancel the order they rudely said that there is nothing that they can do because it is in production. How long does it take to embroil a black symbol? It is not even colored. Save your self the frustration and just go to the local mall where this processes can be done in minutes and not months.

CapBeast attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

This company is a joke. I ordered a custom embroidered hat from them and was quoted 4 weeks. Well, 8 weeks later and still no hat. Every time I would reach out to them to check on my order they would tell me the same thing, "your item is in production". Then after the 6 week mark they stopped replying to my emails. I just assumed my hat was gone and they scammed my money. Then almost 10 weeks later my hat arrives. Poor customer service and terrible turnaround. I will say, however, that the quality was good.

Also, $20 to digitize my logo? I'm OK with paying that, but at least give me a copy of the file...

I made an order back in December, it is now April. I waited over 2 months to receive my order and after it was clear I would not be getting my items I requested a refund. They told me a refund would take 10 days and it has been two months. This is a scam company, they never answer their phone and rarely respond to emails. Do not order from this company, you will not receive your items and you will not get a refund.

Scam

Bought 6 custom hats that cost over $200 and they did not only take months to receive, but they also turned out horrible. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue if they were willing to redo them, but newsflash, they aren't. They didn't send proofs, they hardly reply to inquiries via email, and the quality is terrible. They refused to replace them even if I sent the existing ones at my expense, they refused a refund, and they refused any resolution for the crappy product they sent me. Order CB*******

Upsetting

For starters I ordered a design on the front, left, right, and on the back side of the hat, Got charged for it. But when the hat came in, not only was the design on the front poorly stitched. There was no design on the backside of the hat, which is very upsetting since got charged for it anyways. Shipping takes forever even when you pay for express. Now I know because of "covid" businesses want to pretend like things take longer, but in actuality I ordered from this site 5 years ago and its sad to see the quality is still $#*! and the shipping is jus as bad as before. I'd appreciate if your business would take initiative and make sure the product youre sending out is pristine and good to go. If it was my business and the stitching came out flawed for a client who's paying nearly 100$ for one hat. Id redo the whole hat until I got it perfect.

Ordered hats that said on website they were in stock then told that was not right. Kept checking with customer service and they blamed covid and they couldn't get the hats. I ordered hats from a different site and received the same hats and design in two weeks. After six months I gave up and asked for a full refund.
