For starters I ordered a design on the front, left, right, and on the back side of the hat, Got charged for it. But when the hat came in, not only was the design on the front poorly stitched. There was no design on the backside of the hat, which is very upsetting since got charged for it anyways. Shipping takes forever even when you pay for express. Now I know because of "covid" businesses want to pretend like things take longer, but in actuality I ordered from this site 5 years ago and its sad to see the quality is still $#*! and the shipping is jus as bad as before. I'd appreciate if your business would take initiative and make sure the product youre sending out is pristine and good to go. If it was my business and the stitching came out flawed for a client who's paying nearly 100$ for one hat. Id redo the whole hat until I got it perfect.
