Absolutely Horrible. They will make your hat only if your willing to wait over 6 months and They'll have no customer service What so ever, do not... I repeat do not order from this site. They said 4-6 weeks not 4-6 months

I ordered one hat from cap beast. I read the fine print that it takes 4to 6 weeks, but you would be updated throughout the process. I'm on my 6th week and still no updates I emailed and they said they would get back to me and still nothing. You pay a 100 dollars for one hat you should receive better service.

I made small orders of custom hats for my friends and parents and it was a great experience. They let me know about their discounts and where I can cut costs and every question that I had was answered quickly and with such care. I am a customer for life!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a customized hat in the beginning of December. CapBeast contacted me saying that I should resubmit my order because the payment wasn't "captured". The $59.60 was taken out of my checking account for the order though. I tried contacting this company and still am trying and every time they say that they are working on this, but nothing changes. Still no refund!

We ordered 20 white caps with our logo they sent us the caps and they had a green under bill which totally conflicts with our branding colors, they will not remedy the situation, will not let us return them for the correct hats with a white under bill. Only offering a 15% discount on the next order and we will not be ordering again. Very disappointing and a total waste of our resources.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I tried making a hat with them, they sent an email back saying they couldnt do it. I asked if it was possible to try to make it work. No reply. In the next two weeks, I proceeded to email them 7 separate times to get an answer or a refund. NOT ONE REPLY. Finally after two weeks someone there coldly cancels my order with barely any explanation. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

Capbeast matched the colors of my logo perfectly. Stitching was on point. Steve was a great support and was a tremendous help. The shipment took a little longer than expected but they still arrived on time. THANK YOU!

Really bad job, horrible embroidery

I order a custom cap with my logo. The stitches are terrible, it supposed to be round logo, and is oval, some letters are thiner than others, etc.
Really terrible, and they don't make refunds. Don't take the risk with them.

COMPLETE SCAM
December 17, 2019

No product over 4 months. Emailing with cassie who just continued to reassure me that they were a bit backed up and it would ship soon, but last correspondence she stated it should be done within a week, that was over a month ago now. Further research shows that it is associated with a monsieur stitches inc based in Montreal Canada. There is a website for a mrstitches.com. I am unsure if they are the same company or if capbeast is a scam. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Total scam company. Gives ship times of 4-6 weeks, no hat 15 weeks later. Says because of holidays production is behind. Asked for order to be cancelled 3 times. Finally they obliged. Contacted asking when refund will be issued. Says because of holidays BILLING is behind. Liars, scam artists. Will be reporting company to the BBB and not giving up getting my money back.

TRASH - AVOID. Save your money and time. I was told at week 4 that custom orders take 4-6 weeks and I'd have it soon. I waited over 6 weeks to be told the my hat was not in stock and order couldn't be fulfilled.

You'd probably agree that rating a product that never arrives to be tricky business - allow me to help. There's no product that could save this nightmare.

I will always remember the utter absurdity of their customer service rep who quoted me capbeast's webpage on how long it takes to process an order. Thanks *. You're ability to connect with customers is exceptional. I do have a suggestion - if you're keen on citing the fine print as part of your mantra, it's in your interest to pay attention to what that fine print says so when things don't go as planned, you can at least try and save face.

Ohh and don't bother calling. It's time lost you never get back. IF they pick up, it certainly won't be a manager. Hold on long enough, you'll be told "it is what it is".

Scam!

Total Scam! No product after horrible communication. All previous complaints on all other review sites say the same things. Wish i would've reviewed before donating my money to these thieves. This is a fuqin SCAM! After 6-7 weeks without any product or correspondence we decided to ask for a refund and investigate other peoples experience with capbeast.com. Lets just say these people should face jail time for theft. They delete all comments on all of their social media accts because they are all negative reviews and then they will block your access to their accts. Had to dig deep on the web just to find out who owns the company because the phone numbers and address given by the company and its CSR's (cassie and emma)... likely bots ran by zendesk... One of the owners college buddies companies... are fraudulent also. SAAD M. MALICK... You will be held accountable.

Please be aware that this company is very challenged when it comes to honesty and providing customer service. We placed an order for 20 hoodies back in the beginning of January. Since then I have called about 100 times and have only gotten through less than 5 times. They did not return my phone calls and rarely answered emails. They initially quoted me a 4-6 week production time. After 14 weeks of calling and emailing and receiving no updates, we are now trying to cancel our order. Just today they told me the hoodies I wanted were backordered. Would have been nice to know 12 weeks ago. I would NOT recommend using this company.

I Placed an order on 10. 12. 19 for 2 hats with 3 letters at its smallest print, regretfully not reading reviews before hand. Today is 12. 23. 19-No hats! Cassie and Emma are great at apologizing and "doing their best" but unfortunately in the real world it does not work that way. I canceled my order and went directly to my bank for my money back. They had the audacity to say refunds take a week plus additional business days... Did they really think that their time frame would be legit after all these weeks. They could have at least honored my money back immediately. I had to put 1 Star in order to place this review but No stars is accurate

I guess I let the flashy website design fool me. I thought I was working with a reputable company. I was told that my design would be an appropriate image for embroidery, no proof was given. The hats arrived weeks later and colors were misregistered. Colors going in and out of the lines. Not to mention the grey, which is hard to photograph to show what i mean, is super dark in real life. When i contacted customer support they claimed they had no responsibility to make it right, essientially they cant guarantee that their machines will do what they tell you they can do. Sounds like a gamble not worth taking at $20 per hat. Pretty disappointing as i was ready to order alot more if they had just done their job right, I'll just have to look elsewhere.

I was very impressed with their service and the finished product. While discussing the product design with James over chat he would send me updated quotation in real-time. This made it feel like I was sitting down and designing the product with someone right there. When I received my product I was very satisfied with the quality and design of a product that I had created over the internet and not seen in person. You can have confidence in the product you will receive from Cap Beast.
They charge a digitizing fee for the first design, but if you want to order more product with that same design in the future they will not charge you that fee so it ends up being cheaper!

Garbage Company

I put an order into this company in August of 2018 in the hopes that I would receive my order by Christmas. Christmas came and went. Since the purpose for buying the gift passed, I decided I wanted my money back, and i reached out to the company in February 2019 to cancel the order. They cancelled it and promised to refund me. The refund never came and I followed up with the company once a month for 6 months, getting the run around each time.

Eventually I resigned myself to the fact that I would not get my money back. It is now 5/25/2020 and I received my refund of $43. It is ridiculous that it's taken almost two years to get a refund.

I designed my hats and they looked good on the website, took over a month just to get th delivered let alone made. Then they show up and they are nothing like what I designed. I emailed and called the company and use "covid" as a excuse for everything. Never using Capsbeast again.
