I ordered a customized hat in the beginning of December. CapBeast contacted me saying that I should resubmit my order because the payment wasn't "captured". The $59.60 was taken out of my checking account for the order though. I tried contacting this company and still am trying and every time they say that they are working on this, but nothing changes. Still no refund!
