This company is a scam because they do not deliver the product in the promised time and when requesting a refund they will not give it to you as promised.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM! They push your order past when a bank with give you a 60 day refund. They designed a system to rob people and get away with it. You can't report them to BBB because they have a sub LLC.

It is a scam, they just let you pay money to design a hat, but they don't actually send you a physical hat.

It is a scam. Don't be fooled but these thieves. They are one of the most disgusting scams I've seen and scam people dying of cancer. How they sleep at night is a mystery.

Complete scam, they do not deliver on time (8 weeks now) and when I reached out on facebook they just stop responding.
Filed a report with the BBB. I would not do any business with this company.

They are a legitimate company. This was my 3rd time ordering with them and my hats have looked great every time. Customer service was also exceptional.

It's 100% a scam. A smart one too. The majority never get their order. The deliver some to maintain their image just enough to confuse people. I've ordered 2 hats beginning of the year. Never arrived. They'll email you with pretty words, telling you how you're a priority, but it's all a lie.
They won't even refund.

Not legit at all. They are a full on scam. You will never see your money again. DO NOT fall for this. The Canadian government is useless, the Better Business Bureau is useless.

Total scam. I echo my experience with the others - DO NOT BUY! Immediately after waiting their advertised time for my purchase, I asked for a refund. They said it was "due to overload in production" and tried to offer me discounts, but I asked for the refund instead. They said "We respect your decision and will cancel the order, we'll transfer payment details to billing department for full refund, please note, that it may take up to 7 b/days to actually appear back to your balance." After 10 business days including two holidays (over two weeks total), still haven't seen anything come through. Customer service said "I'll send a reminder to the billing department, asking them to prioritize this matter, and it should be taken care of soon." Ended up having to fight for a refund. Thanks to Paypal I was able to get my money back - not sure I would have been able to otherwise. Terrible company.

It is hard to say without definitive proof of corruption... But their practices certainly raise many questions about their legitimacy.

I would discourage people from ordering from Capbeast.

As far as I'm concerned, Capbeast is a total scam, took my money, and sent me garbage. No refund, and only a promise to reproduce my order that never happened.

Not as far as I can tell... I ordered two custom hats and after 2 months of excuses and no product... I cancelled. After a month I still haven't received my refund.

They had issues in production line, as they've informed. But I got my hat, quality is good. Probably will give them another chance.
