I ordered a hat with Capbeast in mid December with the promise of receiving it before Christmas. Fast forward to mid February I got tired of waiting for it and requested a full refund. Initially they offered me only 10% of the refund which is unacceptable to begin with. Then when finally being promised a refund fast forward to today 3/26/19 and my refund has been continuously delayed and delayed with excuses such as "taking longer than expected" and "billing system upgrades" as the excuse for this unprofessional behavior. Do not do business with them. They are con artists. For the price they charge they are not worth the headache.
