Garbage company

I ordered 3 hats back in april got it in august turnaround i can deal with but i opened the hats and they were the wrong color been trying to get ahold of customer service with no luck word of advice do NOT use this company unless you like throwing money away!

I ordered a hat in early August, expecting a 4-6 week delivery time. After the 6th week with no information, I reached out and found that they did not have the type of hat I ordered and had no idea how long it would be until they resolved the issue. I requested a discount for the delay and was offered 15%, but would have to choose a different style hat. I declined and they cancelled my order on October 3rd. Now it is the 25th and still no refund. Wholly disappointing.

Disappointed!

Disappointed. The logo I wanted was put on the side when it was to be put on the front. When I contacted them to correct the mistake the woman said I chosen the side. I did not have the option for the location so I assumed it went on the front. The logo didnt even look like what I sent them. The woman wont even email me back.

They stole my money

I sent this company two messages asking that an inadvertent order be canceled within minutes of placing the order. It took them TEN days to get back to me offering a 15% discount if I agreed not to cancel the order. I quickly declined, and five hours later they put the order into production. Two days later they responded to say they couldn't cancel the order because it was in production.

Hasn't Gotten Any Better

After 8 months of Capbeast promising to reproduce the beanies I have NOT received anything. I email them every 4-6 weeks to check the status and it's always the same issue. They promise they are working on it, but never send the replacements. Occasionally they pretend they never claimed to reproduce and I have to send them the 30+ emails to remind them. Stay away from this low quality company!

I placed an order for embroidered beanie hats in December of 2018. I received them at the end of March of 2019, about 4 months later. I had asked for a refund after 2 months of waiting, which I received a reply of, "We offer no guarantee on delivery date."

When I finally received the beanies, the quality was terrible, they manipulated the art and ruined the design. A design that I have embroidered on different apparel, so I know it can be reproduced correctly. I wanted to save a buck and give a new company a shot. The beanies are unusable, and I have yet to hear from Capbeast after emailing them photos and my complaint.

Say away from Capbeast if you value your money. Their customer service is terrible.

Oh, I forgot to mention, they sent me a $20 coupon off another order. A coupon that expired before I received my first order. Glad I didn't order anything else.

Ordered one hat. Site states 4-6 weeks. With supply chain issues I'd figure I'd still give them a chance. Come 3 weeks in I emailed customer service about the status of my order. They responded with "our site states 4-6 weeks and your ordered should be done within this time frame." Week 7 I emailed them about the status update, no response. I emailed them again stating I will need a refund if I do not get an update, no response. I emailed them again stating refund my PayPal and I will be filing claims with PayPal and BBB as well as leaving reviews on as many platforms as possible. I warned them to refund money soon or it will result in legal action. We will see how long it takes for them to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If they can't handle an order for 1 hat, with bad transparency and horrible customer service, I wouldn't trust them to fulfill any other orders.

Entire experience was horrible - quoted four to six weeks, order took nine weeks and five days. Received an email in week eight saying they couldn't fulfill part of our order (red 9Fifty), which I said was unacceptable. So what did they do? They shipped red youth caps that don't fit adults. Additionally, our artwork was super small on the hats, which our staff was upset about and didn't match what we were shown on the website. Lastly, we have many NewEra 9Fiftys from other vendors, and the quality of the capbeast 9Fiftys was much lower - the thickness of the materials, the stitching, etc. We compared side by side and noticed capbeast's 9Fifty's were made in Bangladesh, while our other vendors are made in China. Horrible experience overall, would never, ever, use again. Save your time and money, find a different vendor who puts more attention into their operation.

50 days and counting

I ordered my hat on January 25th and it is now March 18th and I still haven't received it. Their customer service department is a joke and spews out the same script every time: "Sorry we have a higher than normal volume", "Our production team is doing their utmost to get your product done", etc. I just emailed them to cancel my order since they said it'll take another 2 weeks or more.

Do not use this company worst customer service. I ordered 5 caps and was told they do not know how long it would take to get these no time frame at all so I asked if I could get a fill refund and was informed I would get this within 5 to 7 days. 3 months later I still have not recieved my refund and I have talked to 6 different people who say the same thing that it has gone to a higher person and someone will contact me. But no one has. I am the one trying to contact them and they do not answer... Worst company save your money do not use cap beast. They have taken my 200 dollars and not refunded me. Do not use this company.

Just got my snapback delivered today, and the first letter of my stitching was completely butchered. It seems they rushed my stitching after I wrote about the company's exorbitantly long completion time for just one hat. I know the company is capable of high quality, high resolution stitching, but my order came out very pixelated, and highly disappointing.

I ordered one cap after two months they started offering partial refunds that never come then when your fed up enough to demand full refund they tell you in two weeks you will get and you wont then evertime you contact them they will tell you it will be there in a week everytime I haven't recieved a dime only empty promises

I found there site offering custom hats usually 30 days or less fstart to finish. 7 months later my hats finally showed up. Wrong the letters were so small you can't read them. Everytime I contacted the over the 7 months they told me it was in design. They didn't even have the original color I ordered. I was so disappointed disgusted with there product. I could of went to any mall in the US and had tge hats made in 2 hours. But because we had planned to order bulk if there product was any where near advertised. We went with Cap Beast. Ultimately my designs were nothing but simple letters. Suppose to be 2inches tall in the front and 1 inch tall in thereal.

I placed an order for ONE hat on October the 8th. I finally had to email them a month and a half later to find out what was going on with my order since the website says "orders can take up to six weeks". To their credit, Nick the customer service rep got back to me within two days saying, "we will let you know the status of your order when it ships" It has now been a week shy of TWO months and I still have yet to hear anything. But MAN, they will make sure to inundate you with their spam emails! I can only guess this company runs out of someone's garage with a lithography machine and one seamstress to embroider. Go somewhere else if you'd like your order in any assemblance of a "timely" fashion because they seem to have all three of their employees posting positive reviews on websites instead of working on orders

It was incredibly easy to setup my order. I made a custom hat with a relatively hard design and the process was incredibly easy and user-friendly. My product arrived at a very appropriate time. Also, they are always very friendly and responcive. Very nice people.

I ordered a hat for my friend for his birthday. It was to be customized but I never recieved it and didn't get a refund. I would never order from them ever again. And you wpuld have a better chance ordering from another website with better business. And trust I did reach out to a representative but, the person was of no help AT ALL!

Extremely Dishonest

What an absolute piece of garbage company. I ordered a hat and spoke to several people on the phone making it VERY CLEAR that I needed the hat for a show and if it didn't get to me by that time it was completely worthless. Every time I called I was assured that they would "do their best." The day before I needed the hat, I called again and it was at this point that I was told hats usually take 4-6 to make (and I had ordered it 3 weeks earlier). While I was "technically" never lied to, I can only assume it was blatantly obvious to everyone I spoke with that my hat would not get here in time, yet I was not told this until it was too late. I now have a useless hat sitting in an unopened box that was sent to me way too late by a company that so obviously does not care about its customers. Get your merch elsewhere.

As many of my reviewers before me, my story is not much different. I ordered a cap that never came after 2 months, so I canceled the order, which was approved. However, now almost 3 months later, and still no refund, although I am told "it is coming" "it is escalated" time and time again.

Capbeast.com is a subsidiary company of the Beast Group, Inc. out of Montreal Canada and the CEO is Saad Malick. The Glassdoor page provides reviews from employees that it is a terrible place to work. The company pays to have bad reviews taken down, and employees are encouraged to lie to customers. I have reported this company to econsumer.gov for international scams and I encourage others to do the same. Maybe together this company will be better exposed.

Buyer Beware

Placed order several weeks ago and received standard responses. In process, couldn't replicate stitching, didn't pass quality, will keep you posted. Finally asked PayPal to refund $. Still waiting. Out $400+. I question if this is even a real company.
