Took forever. No communication

Initially was told 90 days. 3 months later and no communication I still haven't gotten anything. I feel like I've been robbed. Don't trust this company.

Still waiting...

Ordered my snapback on Aug1. It is now October 20th and I am still waiting. The status of my order on their site went from "pending" to "processing", whatever the f that means. They claim that they ship orders within 3-4 weeks, although IT'S NOT GUARANTEED. Heck yea, it's not guaranteed cos I've been waiting for over 10 weeks now, motherf***ers! Pretty pissed with this company. Emailed them a few times. They always say they have a big order volume. It'll be good if they lose some customers, because maybe with smaller work load they'll learn to deliver on time with. I'm getting a feeling that I'll never receive anything from them. Never again. Capbeast, kindly, go f*ck yourselves! How about a class action lawsuit, anyone with me? Lol

I was wasn't happy with my order and posted a bad review. The cofounder of the company issued me a full refund and offered me a coupon for the price of my order on top of my refund. They did a good job of changing my heart. Customer service is 5 stars now.

TERRIBLE QUALITY - TERRIBLE SERVICE

IF THE OPTION FOR "0" STARS EXISTED THAT'S WHAT CAPBEAST WOULD DESERVE. I RECEIVED A HAT THAT TOTALLY BUTCHERED MY LOGO AND OBVIOUSLY WENT THROUGH NO QUALITY CONTROL. I POLITELY ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY OFFERED TO RUSH ME A NEW HAT INSTEAD. 60 DAYS LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT HAT AND NOW ANOTHER REP IS "CHECKING" TO SEE IF THEY CAN SHIP ONE OUT. NO, I WANT A REFUND.

I ordered a hat from them on Dec 8th for my niece I just got it today 1/8/18 after being promised on their website it would arrive before Christmas. I ended up going to Lids cause I couldn't go see my niece empty handed it took 45 minutes for a hat to get done. I sent them an email they stated it was just being sent out to production and that was already 2 days after Christmas I tried to cancel order since it wasn't even done and was told they can't as it is in production but it was just being sent so I couldn't understand why they couldn't cancel. I would like to start a class action in regards to there company and there service as it seems lots of people have had the same issue.

Had to contact multiple times in regards to my items being well past estimated delivery window. TOOK 2 EXTRA MONTHS to receive items. After researching company further (including sitejabber), many others have had the same issue. Once items were received, nothing spectacular about either. In future will stick with Vistaprint. Tremendously disappointing experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

Promised customized trucker hats in 4-6 weeks. Paid in full for 60 of them back in September. We should have received our order on November 11,2019.
Still haven't seen the product and though they have said they will refund the money over email we still have not been refunded $1,300. We have decided to take legal action. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

My order is past 4-6 weeks and I did not receive and update nor an estimate when my order may arrive. Reached out via chat and they told me they were having machine issues. Evidence has shown that they know they are not able to fulfill orders in there so called "Quick Turnaround time".

A quote from the website:

"QUICK TURNAROUND

Making custom stitched hats takes a little more time than just shipping pre-made products off of a shelf. Expect a turnaround time of 4 weeks or less on most orders. That's better than anybody in the business."

LIES!

I don't think investors DISTRICT 3 and Fonds Innovexport will be happy knowing there are so many customers having the same issue.

I'm calling neglect on Canada based company owners F rank and Saa d's business model. WaitBeast.

I hope they can send my stuff soon. Cause this spell class action like a MF. Cause we need ACTION!

Scam

Scam. They must've figured out that the people who aren't ordering volume aren't going to bother going to small claims court. Contacted them after a month of my order pending and they told me I'd hear from them as soon as there was progress. I contacted them again after 2 months after seeing other reviews of people claiming they were still waiting after 6 months with no information from Capbeast. They couldn't give me a substantive answer of when my order would be ready so I asked for a refund. After two weeks I contacted them and told them I hadn't received my refund and was told I was to be upgraded to high priority with the billing department. A week later I still haven't received a refund and don't expect I ever will. As nice as their staff appear to be I suspect their real job to say anything to keep you on the hook.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago with CapBeast. I ordered online with a online rep by the name of Vicky A. I order 100 Nike Caps with my company logo. Total order was roughly around 1700$ with expedited shipping. I come into my office and sitting on my desk is a very very small square box with the "CapBeast" logo of let me tell you... not my hats. Not my logo. The hat still had its tags on and was DIRTY. Not my issue bc not my hat. I have been in touch with CapBeast NUMEROUS times over the last 24 hrs with NO solution. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK? I was told a manager "Carl" would get in touch with me. The owner, Saad Malik, my friend, GET NEW MANAGERS. My holiday boxes for my company are now INCOMPLETE because of INCOMPETENT workers. Congrats.

This is week 9. After emailing, calling and receiving nearly insulting messages back from Mary Taylor in "support", I finally got a gentleman on the line 10 days ago. He was nice and apologetic - so it seemed. I planned way ahead for my event and was well aware of the "4-6" week production time they tell you all over the website. I'm not some angry customer and thought I'd give these guys a try on a personal order before placing a big order for business. I was promised I would receive the order by 5 April and still nothing. I called in and was told it was still processing.

Even the nicer gentleman lied to me or had no idea what was going on. They have huge production issues and have no idea what the status of anything is. **Read the other reviews for yourself, including Better Business Bureau (they speak for themselves)**. Sadly, they do not have their act together - save yourself the hassle and ORDER FROM ANYONE ELSE. I'm not sure how these positive reviews can be trusted based on the experience I had. Buyer Beware as always. You get what you pay for, and in my case, that's bothering at all. Capbeast, this could NOT have been a poorer experience. My business orders will be going to your competitors only and that's the referral I'll be sharing with business friends - your level of trust is not there and I'm in a tight spot now personally because of your lack of service.
