I completely agree with most of the bad reviews here. This company has incredibly poor customer service, and insanely bad communication.
I ordered a hat two months ago and have not received it. When I reached out to them, they said their machines had an issue and messed up the hat so it had to go back into the "production stage" -- WHY WASN'T I CONTACTED? What didn't anyone tell me there would be a delay? They only said something after I contacted THEM! And yet I still have not heard anything new since then and once a hat goes into the "production stage" they can't issue refunds... HUGE mistake. I work at MTV & Viacom and this hat was a test... Definitely will NOT be getting our business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Businesses beware!

Small businesses beware! I never in my life experienced such an awful company before. Treated poorly and was dismissed. I ordered a bunch of hats for my business back in November 2018. Its now one day before November 2019 and still NO HATS! Throughout the course of the entire year I have been in contact with their customer service via email and continually been told they were looking into it. I was given false expectations in every email.
It was comical and I could not believe the level of service. I finally requested my order be canceled after the 100th time they said I would get it in a week and never did. Now the process has started over and I'm NOT receiving a refund. NO HATS AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY! Cant make this up. I'm contacting BBB and whoever else could potentially help me.

THIS IS A SCAM!
Once you place an order, you will not receive anything. Then when (if) you follow up, they will not answer a phone call or an email. What they will do, is when they get back to you with a nonsense response, they claim to always be busy with something or another and not engage your order, or issue a refund.
STAY AWAY!
*****EDIT: Since this review was posted, I have made multiple attempts to cancel my order, without success. I did receive an empty email from Alex/Lee (nearly 2 months after my order was placed) saying "Our company was going through major changes and we were not fully functional at that time. Please let us know when will be most appropriate time for us to call you back to discuss the logo you have ordered."

My CC company is working on my charge dispute.

This place is very bad. Back in SEPTEMBER of 2017 I ordered a hat that was 50$! I have emailed this place like 15 times and I get the same answer, Still in process or they will let their boss know. My order number is #CB******* or #*******, I dont know which number it is but I want a refund!

I CANCELLED MY ORDER SINCE THEIR WEBSITE SAID 4-6 WEEKS AND AFTER 6 WEEKS OF PLACING THE ORDER AND FOLLOWING UP I WAS TOLD IT IS STILL IN THE APPROVAL PHASE. I DECIDED TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO SEE MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER, BUT "I AM ESCALATING THIS TO MY SUPERIORS". AFTER SO LONG OF FOLLOWING UP THEY STOPPED RESPONDING COMPLETELY. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. 2 YEARS OUT AND NO REFUNDS. THEY'RE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Garbage Scam

I've literally been waiting over 4 months for one hat, they took the money and ran. They refused to refund. They told me they were "running a bit behind schedule". Site is a complete scam.

I ordered 1 hat on 8/15/18 it is now 10/30/18. They did not had the ordered in stock and never told me, after I called they told me to choose a different style. I did this and was told the new hat I chose would be available. After 3 or 4 more weeks I called back to check on the status of my order and was told my new hat was not available either. Asked for a refund multiple times cancelled order was processed 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Called the Authorities in Montreal to see if I had any legal recourse and was told because I am American, there is nothing that I could do. This company is predatory, they lie to your face whenever you talk to them, and it seems there entire business model is to take your money and not deliver. As a small business owner these guys make it worse for all of us. I dont know how these scammers sleep at night. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Now they are stating that they are unable to issue credit card refunds. I wish there was something legally that could be done.

Buyer's Remorse

Unfortunately only after I placed my order did the thought to research customer reviews come to mind. Since I had already fallen into this scam unaware I read those bad reviews with sorrow. I had ordered a hat for my husband's birthday. I knew as I read those reviews I was going to be empty handed without a gift for him. I did email CapBeast immediately within one hour of placing my order, requested my order to be cancelled. Faiz Kahn replied to that email stating due to the order already being started (in less than one hour) it was not possible to cancel the order. Consistent with many other scammed customers I am now three weeks post ordering without fulfillment of my order, without any status update, without shipping confirmation. Faiz Kahn responded to me once right after my order was placed but has not responded to multiple status update requests. I am done dealing with unknown web merchants. I am only doing business with merchants I am already familiar with.

Update: My order has shipped. Of course my expectations of what this hat will look like is very low based on others' experiences. I payed $51 base price for the hat. That is an expensive hat. Then a $30 digitizing fee was added. I paid $12 for express shipping which I NEVER do and never will again. So I am $93 invested in this experience. Let me tell you about the "express shipping". So this package moved from Champlain, NY on 8/22 approximately 8 miles to Mooers, NY on 8/27. Yes, 8 miles in 5 days for express shipping. As of 8/31 the last shipping update was 8/29 location is York, PA. This is NOT express shipping.

I am going to be SO MUCH MORE careful about ordering online. I am going to recommend to all my friends and family to look up website reviews before ordering.

Product is nice and done well, what i cannot understand is it taking 6 weeks to receive 1-2 hats. I can understand the first order because they have to digitalize the design, etc. (Honestly still shouldn't take longthough) but give them that benefit on the first order... but when you re-order, all of your settings should be saved.

It should literally take a few days. - put the hat on the embroidery machine and hit go.

No idea what about this process takes 6 weeks... i can literally build 2 full S60 Detroit Diesel Truck Engines in that time frame. (Not joking)

5stars regarding quality
2.5 stars (reality) regarding the time to receive the product. 6 weeks is insane.

If I need a 3rd re-order I'll be forced to go elsewhere. I cannot wait this long moving forward.

I recently placed an order for three custom caps with this company and paid the full amount upfront. They guaranteed a delivery timeline of four weeks. However, five weeks have passed, and not only have I not received the caps, but the company has also failed to provide any updates regarding the status of my order. Consequently, I initiated a chargeback on my credit card.

Despite this, I communicated to the company that I am willing to complete the transaction if they fulfill their part of the agreement and deliver the caps, upon which I would wire the payment due to them. Unfortunately, my offer was met with silence — they ceased all communication.

As an owner of a retail apparel business and an apparel manufacturing company, I understand the importance of integrity in our industry. This experience leads me to believe that their intention might be to wait out the chargeback period or to engage customers in futile correspondence, filled with empty promises, until it's too late for any financial recourse.

I strongly advise against doing business with them. In an industry where trust and reliability are paramount, such practices should not be tolerated. Avoid this company to prevent similar disappointments.

I ordered TWO hats at the beginning of AUGUST! It is now almost DECEMBER! ABSOLUTELY EMBARRRRRASSSSING! Definitely considering a lawsuit as their website guarantees 4 weeks or less. These two hats better be PERFECT. I am soo soo mad. They should be shut down.

Horrible hats and service
September 4, 2018

Ordered 3 hats with my company logo on them. The order took 2 months from date of order to arrive. When i got them the hats were waaaaaay darjer than the light grey i had seen on the preview. 2 of the hats had a stich loose which i was able to use a lighter to burn down sonit wouldnt run any further. Now i just noticed one of the 3 hats the logo is not even centered on the hat and it looks like a 5th grader stitched this. After going back and forth with a customer service guy i am supposovedly being credited back a measly 33 dollars on my order but now i find the logo off center. I am. absolutly dissatisfied and i was going to be ordering 100 more hats this was a trial to see if my people liked them.

Ordered a custom cap and received it a couple months later. Stitching was peeling, there was some white stuff on the cap. I reached out to them and to try and have them correct it. Nothing was done. Months later, still nothing. I reached out to them twice. I shouldnt have to do it a 3rd time. Will mever do business with them. I cwouldnt recommend them to anyone. If your cap turns out good then great, if not. Good luck trying tk get anyone to help you.
