I placed an order for a two custom hats. I was immediately charged for the order. I received a order confirmation but no ETA of when to expect the hats. I gave them a few days to process the order but when I heard nothing back, I reached out to confirm an ETA. They told me the turnaround time would be 6 weeks. I asked if I could pay extra to confirm a delivery date that was earlier than their 6-week requirement. I was told that was not an option. Completely fine with that. I asked to cancel the order and refund me the money. At this moment, nothing had been completed on the order: no design proof, no production, nothing. So I thought it was completely fine to cancel and receive a full refund since they did nothing but charge me for the order. They confirmed my cancellation and told me the refund would be processed. It's 3 months later and Nick at CapBeast is still "working on it." I have never had an experience like this with a company. I follow up every two weeks and get the same tired response.

Please do not order from this company. There are other vendors out there that are ethical and professional.

This company is a complete scam. I really wish I read reviews before I decided to place an order based solely on their pretty website.

Don't don't don't order from here if you expect an actual product.

Terrible company dont not waste your money

I ordered and paid for a hat over 6 MONTHS ago! Still havnt recieved it i emailed CS and they give me the run around saykng they will get to it soon as possible…. It was supposed to be a xmas gift for last year at this rate i might get it by this xmas……. Never again will inspend money with this company i will go out of my way to by from thier Competitors, worst part is, is i bought a hat from them before and i loved it got it in 4 weeks was happy asf so i decided to get someone one as well for xmas…. Horribly dissapointed. As an update now 6 months later i got an email saying my hat was finally ready to ship and recieved a tracking number a week ago…… it hasnt moved in a week! Tracking number says its still there waiting for pick up……… FOR A WEEK! Never again will i spend money with this company

The logo I submitted and the finish product look nothing close to each other. I would be embarrassed to wear this hat in public. I asked for a refund and the service dept. made fun of me.

Awful!

I ordered a hat for my son on December 11th 2021. I was totally resigned to the fact that it likely wouldn't arrive by Christmas, but that it'd surely be here by his birthday on 1/22/2022. Wrong.

I called after 4 weeks of my order being "pending" for it to go " in production" that day, where it stayed for 2.5 weeks. I was told then that there had been some delay (no more information than that) and that she'd look into it.

It now says it has shipped, however, all I see is that a shipping label has been created and that it's still sitting in New York waiting to find it's way to USPS.

I sent an email in response to my "shipped" notification letting them know how ridiculous it is to have something ship after 6.5 weeks with zero communication on their part and that I'd NEVER order from them again and I'd caution anyone thinking of ordering from them not to bother as well. The response I got was weak and clearly expressed to me that "customer service" doesn't give a $#*! if they lose customers or not. Add to that the fact that I called today and was told my package is in Canada, though what I'm seeing says otherwise to which she responds, it's wrong your package is in Ontario... Why!? I'm in Wilmington, NC!

DON'T DO IT.

The current date is 2/2/22 - still no hat.

HORRIBLE

I ordered 1 Hat with a small lion and says Wild Kingdom... It took 2 and half months to get the hat when I got the hat the quality was HORRIBLE. The "WK" Spelled WH" Still fighting to get my refund and that was over a month ago. SCAMMERS> Take a look at photo below horrible quality for a hat i paid over 40 dollars for.

My order was canceled on Jan 8th. It's been over a month and they keep lying about refunding me and pushing back the date they say they will. This company will steal your money! Do not buy from them.

Looking at other reviews, it appears I have the same opinion and experience as many others.
Ordered back in August. Have continued back and forth correspondence.
1st was told one of the beanies was discontinued and that was the reason for delay. I was asked to pick a different item of equal or lesser value. I selected one and was told my order would be expedited.
After 2 months of waiting I get an email about a management hold on warehouse activity. They asked that I accept a 15% credit for the inconvenience. I asked to cancel my order for a full refund.
Luckily already received a response back that my cancellation will be sent to the billing department for a full refund. We'll see how long that takes to process.
Seems fishy to me.

Now, 8 days after requesting to have my order cancelled and fully refunded, I still have not received a refund; but I did receive an email that the order was cancelled. They also had time to respond on a bad review on a different site---but don't have time to actually complete an order or refund my money?. Can I say ZERO STARS!?!?!?

I submitted my order on Jun 08,2019 for two custom hats. I know, not a large order but it was a sample to see if I even liked it. Well when Aug 27 2019 rolls around and all I have are excuses... and no hats... I request to cancel my order. I get an email that day trying to offer me a discount, so I confirm that I'd like to cancel. The next day, Aug 28 2019 I get confirmation that my order has been cancelled, which is confirmed in my capbeast.com account. In that confirmation I'm told that the case has been passed to their billing department for a refund, which should take 7 business days.

Well today is September 24th, 2019, and not only do I not have my refund... but they also aren't even responding to my emails.

I can't speak to the quality of their product as they blew past their 4-6 week delivery estimate. I will share this exact review everywhere I can as I would like others to know that capbeast.com LITERALLY stole my money. I'm waiting almost a month for a refund. I'm going to dispute the charges with my Credit Card Company to see if that goes anywhere. I don't have high hopes.

Logo could be a little bigger but still great. I would recommend it to anyone. Would like there to be a option for a 3D logo. Would be my first choose for a custom hat.
