The logo I submitted and the finish product look nothing close to each other. I would be embarrassed to wear this hat in public. I asked for a refund and the service dept. made fun of me.

Ordered a custom cap and received it a couple months later. Stitching was peeling, there was some white stuff on the cap. I reached out to them and to try and have them correct it. Nothing was done. Months later, still nothing. I reached out to them twice. I shouldnt have to do it a 3rd time. Will mever do business with them. I cwouldnt recommend them to anyone. If your cap turns out good then great, if not. Good luck trying tk get anyone to help you.

Terrible company dont not waste your money

I ordered and paid for a hat over 6 MONTHS ago! Still havnt recieved it i emailed CS and they give me the run around saykng they will get to it soon as possible…. It was supposed to be a xmas gift for last year at this rate i might get it by this xmas……. Never again will inspend money with this company i will go out of my way to by from thier Competitors, worst part is, is i bought a hat from them before and i loved it got it in 4 weeks was happy asf so i decided to get someone one as well for xmas…. Horribly dissapointed. As an update now 6 months later i got an email saying my hat was finally ready to ship and recieved a tracking number a week ago…… it hasnt moved in a week! Tracking number says its still there waiting for pick up……… FOR A WEEK! Never again will i spend money with this company

Still no hat...

Ordered this hat on the 5th of December. It is March 28th. Still no hat. They claim it's being returned to them, but I've supplied the address a total of THREE TIMES. I don't think they've even made it yet.

If they're experiencing "Covid related delays" (so sick of this excuse, by the way), then how about they stop advertising and sending me marketing emails until they've caught up? I feel swindled. Never again.

This is week 9. After emailing, calling and receiving nearly insulting messages back from Mary Taylor in "support", I finally got a gentleman on the line 10 days ago. He was nice and apologetic - so it seemed. I planned way ahead for my event and was well aware of the "4-6" week production time they tell you all over the website. I'm not some angry customer and thought I'd give these guys a try on a personal order before placing a big order for business. I was promised I would receive the order by 5 April and still nothing. I called in and was told it was still processing.

Even the nicer gentleman lied to me or had no idea what was going on. They have huge production issues and have no idea what the status of anything is. **Read the other reviews for yourself, including Better Business Bureau (they speak for themselves)**. Sadly, they do not have their act together - save yourself the hassle and ORDER FROM ANYONE ELSE. I'm not sure how these positive reviews can be trusted based on the experience I had. Buyer Beware as always. You get what you pay for, and in my case, that's bothering at all. Capbeast, this could NOT have been a poorer experience. My business orders will be going to your competitors only and that's the referral I'll be sharing with business friends - your level of trust is not there and I'm in a tight spot now personally because of your lack of service.

I am so upset! I have placed an order since
November and I have not yet to receive my order and it's about to be March! I tried calling it says it's closed and I have been writing email since January and I got a response once saying it was on its way and after that until today nothing! Don't buy anything from here your money will be gone!

Useless Team of Idiots

These clowns got my order, took forever to make it, left out components that were clearly in the design I had created online and sent it to me. Upon receiving the product I emailed them a picture and asked if I could ship it back and they add the stuff they forgot/left out and even offered to pay for it! I had to remind them twice and upon the 3rd time in contact with their "customer service" team they hit me with the "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do."
It has now been 3 months since the initial order and nothing has been resolved even after several (more) reminding emails. So this company is clearly ok with me sitting at home with a bull$#*!$#*! product that I cannot even gift to the person it was intended…and clearly doesn't want to do anything about it.
I don't know if this is normal operating procedure but be weary because you might pay $50 for a custom hat that looks nothing like you wanted it to.

They stole my money

I sent this company two messages asking that an inadvertent order be canceled within minutes of placing the order. It took them TEN days to get back to me offering a 15% discount if I agreed not to cancel the order. I quickly declined, and five hours later they put the order into production. Two days later they responded to say they couldn't cancel the order because it was in production.

Horrible

Don't wast your money here. It takes forever to get product then isn't right. I had to wait over a year to get corrected product because they were printed visibly crooked. The logo isn't even right. Still crooked. One of the hats isn't even finished. They only did half of the tag on tagging my company.

I couldn't recommend this any less. I ordered 6 months ago, had to call them 4 times to get them to ship my order, and when they shipped it the design came out looking horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't order here, trust the negative reviews I promise they're real. I attached pics of the design and the product that I received almost 6 months later

Wasn't blown away but wasn't disappointed.

For $40+ I expected some solid embroidery work. Unfortunately some of the inner design of the logo was misaligned with the border, which was noticeable up close but passable from a distance. I've had better experiences with other sites for less money, so I'd probably shop elsewhere in the future.

I ordered in August and have been asking for my hat since then (now feb) and still no hat. Each time they say "close." In december i asked for a refund and agreed to get discount but only IF the hat showed up before end of the year. It did not arrive. I've now asked for a refund TWICE and no response over email. So unprofessional, horrible company

Ordered one hat. Site states 4-6 weeks. With supply chain issues I'd figure I'd still give them a chance. Come 3 weeks in I emailed customer service about the status of my order. They responded with "our site states 4-6 weeks and your ordered should be done within this time frame." Week 7 I emailed them about the status update, no response. I emailed them again stating I will need a refund if I do not get an update, no response. I emailed them again stating refund my PayPal and I will be filing claims with PayPal and BBB as well as leaving reviews on as many platforms as possible. I warned them to refund money soon or it will result in legal action. We will see how long it takes for them to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If they can't handle an order for 1 hat, with bad transparency and horrible customer service, I wouldn't trust them to fulfill any other orders.

Never in my life would I reccomend nor order from here again. Ordered mid December, find out towards the 27th that it's finally "being processed" just to wait till January 23rd to hear that the shipping label has been made. It's now February 1st and it still says "shipping label has been created". If your looking to pass away before getting your package I would recommend this website.

I designed my hats and they looked good on the website, took over a month just to get th delivered let alone made. Then they show up and they are nothing like what I designed. I emailed and called the company and use "covid" as a excuse for everything. Never using Capsbeast again.

I reached out to them before ordering and told them when I needed this order by and Vicky assured me yes that was possible and she would rush all departments to make sure it happened. It's almost two weeks after she assured me it would arrive by and it hasn't even shipped.

UPDATE: Since posting this review, Capbeast rep Frank has sent me a new working coupon code and my order has gone through. He resolved my 2 month long issue in one day. 5 star customer service for Frank! Thank you so much!

I won a contest for a free custom hat in October. I was emailed a promo code to use but it didn't work. I've emailed, called, and messaged multiple times over the last few months and no response. We were super excited that we won this contest and was even going to order additional hats, but with this kind of customer service, it is really disappointing.

Isn't the purpose of having contests is to gain customers?

I ordered a customized hat in the beginning of December. CapBeast contacted me saying that I should resubmit my order because the payment wasn't "captured". The $59.60 was taken out of my checking account for the order though. I tried contacting this company and still am trying and every time they say that they are working on this, but nothing changes. Still no refund!
