Been over a month, still waiting for the item to be shipped even though their website guarantees 2 week production. When i send them an email inquiring about expected shipment they just say next week.

I won a contest for a free custom hat in October. I was emailed a promo code to use but it didn't work. I've emailed, called, and messaged multiple times over the last few months and no response. We were super excited that we won this contest and was even going to order additional hats, but with this kind of customer service, it is really disappointing.
Isn't the purpose of having contests is to gain customers?
I've read a lot of the negative reviews on CapBeast and I'm sorry those people have had poor experiences. I've ordered 4 custom hats from CapBeast over the past 6 months or so and have been pleased with both the quality and communication from the company. I don't think people realize how complex this operation is. To take your art, set it up to be embroidered properly for ONE hat and run it, it takes time. Yeah, the shipping could be faster and often my tracking number didn't work (hence the 4/5 review) but my hats always came within 3 weeks of my order placement date. The quality is superb and man they look NICE. I've received MANY compliments on my hat and have even designed and ordered one for my father-in-law because he thought it was so cool.

I was very happy with the hats that I received. The only issue is that I had to wait longer than I should have. I called their customer service line, they were very nice and they made sure that my order was shipped immediately.
Cap beast provide a wide varieties of cool collections of Caps, which you can customize it by yourself. I bought a snapbacks customized cap by myself, that is a really appreciable thing from cap beast.
It was about very detailed with the production of everything. I was always updated on where my products were and what stage it was in and the outcome is AMAZING very detailed and captured our dream it made my boyfriend smile so hard and the color(yellow hat) are on point!

I've emailed them several times and left messages on the phone, and have never heard a word. I don't think anyone actually works in customer service. The site looks legit so I felt comfortable buying but I wish I would've checked reviews first because now I'm out of luck.

I was extremely happy to find a website that would make a single custom hat, but really wish I read the reviews here before dropping $50 on something that would never be received. I've only been waiting for a little over 3 months, which is far shorter than some others I've read. I've gone through the same "customer service" people that keep feeding me pipe dreams about a hat that will never be produced. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt considering the slow down from the pandemic, but I'm fairly certain I will never receive this hat. Now I'm fighting with my credit card company to dispute the charge because it is so old. Do yourself a big favor and do not place an order with this "company".
This is the absolute worst company. I have given them nearly 7 months to deliver my order. They have automated systems * who respond to me only to be completely useless. I generally would have asked for a refund and that's it but I needed these hats for events, they've let me down tremendously. I have over 18 emails with them all of which result in nothing. By the time they shipped my order at month 6 I had moved. I asked to update the shipping address and they can't seem to do it. Whoever works here seem def and blind. Never order from here! Ordered a custom hat and have yet to receive it. Called 4 separate times and after waiting on hold left 4 messages. The ordered is already paid for. Way over due now. I can see some bad reviews here but personally I had a good experience. I dealt with William in customer service. He made ma a quote and followed up with me to ensure that my hats would be delivered on time.
I had a custom ESPN hat made with Cap Beast and I absolutely love it. Simply uploaded the logo and within 2 weeks, they shipped it to me stitched onto a fitted mesh hat. I mean the digital image was made into an actual patch! These guys not even only do incredible work design wise, but they only have the best quality hats. I plan on placing several more orders with them :)
I ordered a hat for my dad in November as a Christmas present... the estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks so I was a little worried about it getting here on time... well it's now the middle of march and still no hat. I've emailed several times and keep getting told that it's in que to be made... but that's all they will say. I've requested my money back and am now waiting on a response. Hat was defective. F looks like a P. They said they would replace it. Then kept saying it was delayed because they were backed up. 2 months later and they flat out stopped responding.
UPDATE: changed from 1 to 3 stars. Months later, they finally did send the replacement hat.

I paid. I waited. After 6 weeks I called and asked where my order is and it was in the queue. 2 weeks later it was also there. So I cancelled since my holiday gift to my nephew was still in the queue on christmas day. Cancellation policy takes up to 7 days I was told. After seven days, 5 emails and 3 phone calls I have no refund. Who the hell takes 6 weeks to embroider 1 color on 2 caps? Search locally people. A local company just got it done for me in a week. It was cheaper too. Being a small business owner, I've dealt with shady companies like this before. They're pretty slick. I hope not for long because too many people are getting screwed.
They shipped me hats with a completely different embroidery color than my actual logo. Was offered a 15% discount, but the blame is on my logo that I've used without any issue from other companies. All of them came out the right color.
This company will evidently just pick whatever color they want. Spend your money elsewhere. I wasted money on hats I can't even use. Never ordering from them again.
