I placed an order with this company 2 months ago. Ive sent emails with 1 response with zero information in it. When o called I was given the run around and never given a straight answer on why my order is taking so long (its only 2 hats) and now everytime I try to call again I get a message saying they are closed. I would request my money back but apperently no one at this company actually does anything. I got swindled and I hope no one else does. Oh and I would have given zero stars if the site would have let me. This company is absolute garbage. They should be giving me my order for free at this point.

At this point, it's been OVER a month since I placed an order for a single hat…Was hoping to have the single hat as a demo for a much larger order, but after 30 days it still just shows as "processing"; no explanation or progress in over a month. I'd also add, the demo was for a simple hat with just plain text- no logos or anything complex. I have contacted customer service, who was unhelpful, and instead filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. Not sure where all these positive reviews came from, or if I'm just an isolated case…

Order took much longer (almost 5 months) until the cap arrived with a lot of necessary email reminders and than design was wrong. Tried to claim and customer service guy was not very helpful. Finally he responded to raise to the management, after this never heard something back neither got my money back. Crappy company, crappy customer service!

Crap Beast

Took over 6 months to finally receive my order for two hats. Customer service sucks, they kept lying saying hats were done and just awaiting final inspection before shipping. This "inspection" took 3 months. They promised I would receive a 10% refund and never followed through. I've contacted them multiple times about it and they kept offering excuses and saying it would happen within a week. It didn't happen and now they're not even answering my emails or customer contact form on their website. They constantly lie, the customer service sucks and the company is crap.

Bad experience. Ordered product nearly a month ago, it was delivered to incorrect address in Georgia, and I live in Illinois. Customer service has not figured out what is going on still and I have no idea when, or if, I will receive the product I purchased.

They did a great job turning my logo into a custom hat. The turnaround time was great. I use the hat when working events for my business and get complimented all the time with people wanting one as well. It has definitely helped with my brand recognition and that makes me happy.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service and terrible company. I ordered a hat with my company logo but received a hat with a random logo on it. The order confirmation shows the correct logo, but the actual logo they used is incorrect. I reached out for resolution. At first they said they'd escalate my issue to a higher level but they've never contacted me since. Now they continually ignore my emails making it clear that they have no desire to stand by their product. Do not buy anything from Capbeast.

Customer service is terrible. Slow to respond (if at all) and if you post on social, they'll block you. Customer service has always been bad, but this time the quality of the product was also terrible. The logo was frayed all around each letter and it wasn't even solid. On top of that, the same-sized hat (S/M) fit completely different from the previous order with the same hat type. They all fit too small now. We reached out with no response. These were supposed to be gifts to clients, but the quality is too low to send these out.

8 weeks and still no hats

8 weeks and still no hats, I ordered 4, got 2 of them and the other 2 are just not comming i guess. I reached out on facebook, got a few generic responses and now I am being ignored. I asked "what if i ordered 100 hats" to which the reply was "I would have them out next week" Which is just a complete lie. This company is not worth the aggravation. The portal sucks. The order process leaves you hanging completely without knowing whats going on.

Expensive, poor customer service

I ordered a cap with a custom embroidery. I understand that they can't match colours perfectly (that just makes sense), but the decision that they made on the colour is clearly incorrect. There doesn't seem to be any part of the process where I could have seen that they made this incorrect decision and corrected them.

I reached out to ask for a hat with the proper colours or a refund, but was refused.

I ordered a hat back in September of 2019. After 6 weeks of waiting, I was informed they had a production issue and my order would be sent out within a week. Oh, by the way, I am the one who had to reach out to them as they do not inform anyone! That was back in November of 2019! I reached out again today Jan 2 2020 with the same response, it is ready for shipment and should be there within a week. I said, no thank you and sent a full refund ASAP. Cassie said I would receive an email for the refund. Said that takes another 7-10 business days. C'mon, this place is a rip off! I can't believe that Cassie actually gave me this website to do a review! Has she NOT seen all the horrible comments! Just WOW!

Awful company

Took my order and then never fulfilled it. Kept on promising to ship but never actually did so. Wasn't until I contested charge via my credit card company that I heard from them. Save yourself your time and money and do business elsewhere! Just a horrible, horrible company.

Waiting... and waiting

I've been waiting 4 months for a delivery that was said to be a 4-week turnaround. The customer service interactions have been very nice, but I still don't have my hats. I don't know about the quality, because I've never received what I paid for. I would love to give feedback about how great it looks, but I can't because they haven't fulfilled the order. Their site says a four-week turnaround, but it's not true. I understand the situation the world is in, but four months and counting is a little much.

Terrible billing/CSR

I placed an order with Capbeast for 15 hats, in September 2018 - it took until December 2019 for them to fulfil my order. They offered me a partial refund in August 2019 and again in December 2019 but never actually fulfil it.

I worry for other customers of Capbeast as it seems like issue is widespread.

I have called to speak with Francis Fitzgerald but never managed to be connected to him via phone or email.

The issues continue - 16 months after my first basic order...

I purchased a single custom hat, and when I say custom, it is literally a business logo with two words... 8 weeks to the day and the hat still has not even gone into "production". Save your time and frustration, go to a lids in your local mall and they will do the exact same thing while you wait for 25 minutes...

Do not trust this vendor!

Their website says you can expect to receive your order within 4 weeks. After 10 weeks of waiting for 1 hat, I called and cancelled my order. I was then told my credit card would be credited for a full refund within 1 week. It has now been more than a month and I still have not received a refund. Do not trust anything this vendor says.

I ordered a hat in March, it's now July and I still haven't received my hat. I've emailed several times and keep getting told that it's in que to be made... but that's all they will say. I've requested my money back and im still waiting on a response. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to service. I would advise anyone looking to get a custom hat not to use this company.

The customer service people were nice and all, as i have contacted them over and over about this, their original answer was "you should be receiving your order in the next couple weeks as it has been completed and shipped to the warehouse!" but that devolved in to them just saying over and over "im so sorry! Im sure itll be shipped soon." To which is never does ship.

I ordered from this company without researching the reviews before hand. Every Review on this site is 100% accurate. I can not speak to the product itself as after 16 weeks I still have nothing to show for it. No Hats, No Refund, Nothing. At this point in time I dont believe I will get anything back in return and hope this review saves some people some time, money and frustration.

I am so upset! I have placed an order since
November and I have not yet to receive my order and it's about to be March! I tried calling it says it's closed and I have been writing email since January and I got a response once saying it was on its way and after that until today nothing! Don't buy anything from here your money will be gone!
