I placed an order with Capbeast for 15 hats, in September 2018 - it took until December 2019 for them to fulfil my order. They offered me a partial refund in August 2019 and again in December 2019 but never actually fulfil it.
I worry for other customers of Capbeast as it seems like issue is widespread.
I have called to speak with Francis Fitzgerald but never managed to be connected to him via phone or email.
The issues continue - 16 months after my first basic order...
