Omg! NEVER have I had such a horrible experience. We had a change in our plan for a flight I booked for $75. They said I had to pay $300 for change fee for a $75 dollar ticket, when I said that makes no sense, they hung up and never picked up my phone again. Save yourself the hassle and may a little extra to book on another site.

Do not touch this airline they refuse to deal with me by phone they will not refund my inbound flight I had to switch I will go to court in uk when I get back.would anyone pay for a flight if they were not using it mark Hinton uk

Booked 7 roundtrip tickets from Manila to Prague to Dubrovnik back to Manila through this site. Due to unforseen circumstances, 2 of my companions missed their flight to Prague and just bought new tickets through a different airlines on another day. They also canceled the return flight and we had to pay US$2000 for two economy seats on the same return flight. After numerous calls to their helpdesk, there is no resolution. They have the money. They want to keep it by ignoring us. We just gave up and charged that to experience. First time and last time we are using this site. We travel as a big family several times a year on holidays. My suggestion is to just book directly with the airlines. They have clear guidelines and policies on missed flights and can give faster and more direct resolution. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company. They have no contact number to call. I had to cancel a flight in April 2021 because of covid 19. I was told I would get a full refund if I booked a flight within one year. I have pictures of all our chats and emails for proof. They want me to pay $365 on top of my $256 dollar credit. I can book the same flight for $249.48 on there website. Does this sound like a scam? I have been strung along for over one year! Not to sure how Westjet continues to do business with budjetair. They make Westjet look bad!

Most useless booking office. The one star is because I have to rate them. They deserve nothing. Taking advantage of covid19 to robb the customers. I have been trying to call them, written them but no word from their side. When I wrote KLM, they sent me back to these thieves. Why engage these louges into booking partnership if klm can not assist. I will never use a booking agent again. Just to avoid being left in the middle of the 2 supper power travelling facilitators. (Agent and flight company)

SCAM DONT EVER BOOK!
I made the simple mistake of mixing up my flight days. After two days of panicking and countless unanswered calls I finally got through to an agent. The hold time was over 45 minutes and the call immediately dropped. I called back and the lady told me she would call back and never did. I requested a change online and wrote 3 emails. Budget air had me frantic as I am stuck across the world and not able to reach them. They wont refund me and I had to drop another $1000 on flights from a different company due to the lack of care and customer service. I'm disgusted as I've heard no reply and will be filing a claim. For your sanity STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE. Scam and untrustworthy

After purchasing my family tickets through Budgetair we started our trip on July 12th, 2018. Due to an emergency, we needed to change the date of the last leg of our trip. We tried unsuccessfully to contact this company by phone, the waiting time was more than 40 minutes and all these were international phone calls. Finally we decided to contact them by email, our message was answered one week after it was sent and only three days before our return flight. They promised to contact the airline and find out the penalty, if any, for the change we requested. Nothing else was ever received from them, so we were forced to buy new tickets for that part of our itinerary.
Their customer service is nonexistent and this company shouldn't be allowed to even exist and continue cheating travelers like us.

I booked 3 tickets from Baltimore to Charolette about 3 weeks ago. I haven't received any confirmation yet. I called Southwest Airlines but apparently they don't have any tickets under my name. I expect a full refund immediately. Please note that if I do not receive a refund immediately, I am not going to stop here. I am a journalist and I have a huge social media presence. If things don't work out, there will be consequences. I will post on every social media platform possible and make sure not a single person buys tickets from your platform again. This is by the way coming from 3 weeks of frustration and constantly trying to contact you so I hope you understand.

I booked a flight to London for RM2600, and I wanted to change the dates for my return. They sent me an email with a RM2200 quotation. (My return date is three months ahead). Called to ask for further details or any better option, and the customer service was terrible as hell. This indian dude was shouting over the phone, and when I asked for his name, he told me it's Peter John, which is also bull$#*!. Just avoid budgetair, they suck your money out of everything. This is budgetair Malaysia

They took my money, went to the airport and found out they had cancelled the booking (without telling me). Had to find a last minute expensive flight and waiting for a reufund now (funny they cant take immediately but takes 2 weeks to refund.) Got an email a day after the flight saying the booking was cancelled. Walk away from these people.

For anyone struggling to get through to Budget Air try *******118. Can't say if they'll actually help you, but I at least talked to a real person. I was trying to change my flights, like I was supposed to be allowed to do, but they kept telling me (over two days and four phone calls) that they "couldn't see" British Air's flight prices and were trying to charge me double the actual price to change dates. They kept telling me to call back in a few hours but they would still have the wrong flight prices. Honestly the whole thing felt like a scam to get me to give up

I had a few flights and they cancelled them. I am writing almost two emails every other day. The answer isn't personal. I will go to the lawyer as they need to pay me back my money as they cancelled the flights... it's better to spend a bit more money in better companies than in this one. I understand it's hard with the covid situation but a personal email or phone number to call personally is need it. I will fight until they give me my money back!
