I was trying to book my flight to them on 10th January, 2020. Payment was authorized by credit card. Just after the tickets booked, I received call from BudgetAir and one agent said "your tickets will not go through, the price has increased".
Then I just confirmed okay no problem I do not want to pay increased price and then they mentioned "that your tickets booking is cancelled". Now till now everything is fine, and after 7 days they debited the tickets price from my account. On the other side, being informed that my tickets was canceled, I booked another tickets.
Now I have 4 tickets for me and my husband to and fro.
What the hell their data base is!
They wants to do fraudulent or something by confusing customer.
Now i am trying to seek help from customer care so the agent said he can not do anything.
What kind of professional behaviour is it!
I would not recommend this to anyone, never.
Be safe everyone.
SAY NO TO BUDGET-AIR.

Do not book with them! My family of 6 booked return flights with them for a quick trip to Yellowknife and three weeks before they changed our flight dates. There's no way to get a hold of them, and no alternative options presented by them. None of us can make it for that long as we have jobs, and all our accommodation and activities are non refúndale by now. Worst mistake ever!

They charge a hefty amount for cancellation. $320 for Airlines cancellation fee and $100 for administration fee. The Airlines cancellation fee is what they loot here. The airlines I booked tickets actually did not charge any fee for cancellations upto 1 hour from departure.(updated COVID-19 Policy). These people ask for evidence of this as an email from the airlines which is not possible to get. They increase your stress levels and finally cheat you. No way you can get any refunds from them. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Be careful

I booked but accidentally picked a wrong airport. With in a few minutes I realized the mistake and cancelled the booking before they issuing the e-ticket but now they won't refund my money. NOT RECOMMENDING FOR BOOKING.

Not fit for purpose

If you happen to be one of the lucky few that has a flight booking with a reputable airline then you probably will not have too many gripes. My flight from Kathmandu was cancelled airline and budget air couldn't/wouldn't offer a suitable replacement date so they decided to cancel the original booking and give me a "full refund". The problem is that the "full refund" included a cancellation fee of £59 when it was budgetsairs decision to cancel the booking. Trying to resolve the problems via the website is almost impossible as their agents are almost useless and the company is not interested in offering any sort of service. I have raised it with the credit card company so we shall see. The company itself needs to be put out of business since they are not fit for purpose. Stay away form budgetair!

Their website declined my card yet I was billed twice! No confirmation email, no customer service representative has answered my calls or replied to my email. The airline has confirmed that my ticket wasn't booked.

Now I'm standing in the airport with no money to fly home for my mother's funeral.

Fraudulent website

100% SCAM AND FRAUD

My one way flight was cancelled back in June-2020 due to Covid19. They've been sending me copy&paste replies without a way to approach someone in person (via phone) and not refunding my money back. Stay away.

Those b….s. Made me miss my flight! Which i wanted to change. I spent hours with their chat bot! I had 30 hrs to change! They wasted 7 hrs not replying…. At the end. The 24 hrs limit passed… i lost my flight! They kept in the chat…. Replying every hour that they are working on it.
At the end they told me i have to contact the airline!
O have contacted the airline, airline reply's that the booking is with them! And has nothing to do with me directly as a customer! The worst experience in my life! No number to call!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Total scammers.
Never answers the calls, charges extra money for changing for free the flight dates and never fulfill its commitments.
I had to call directly to the air company and paid an enormous amount of money for changing the flight.

BudgetAir is worst company I ever used, they have loads of hidden fee, so if your airline cancels or amends the trip, airline will not charge you, but the company BudgetAir will charge you loads of money. My cancelled flight (which airline cnacelled for free) costed me to pay to BudgetAir £110 "for processing the admin side of it! This is ridiculous!

Refund not being finalised.

When i requested a refund I was told it'd take 1 week to process but 3 weeks late still no refund. When i followed up I was told the hold up was with Emirates who i phoned and confirmed that everything was lcear on their side and refund should be processed by Budget Air. I need to buy alternative tickets and don; t know what to do now as I; m not getting the assistance I need.

Truly speaking BUDGET AIR SUCKS! The worst service I have seen in my entire life. I booked the tickets for $CAD 1507 and they charged me $CAD 1548. When I tried to reach them their customer service gave me unrelated replies and told me that its the bank charges. I confirmed with my bank and they haven't charged me anything as they showed me in their system.
Not only that it was just a matter of few dollar so I let it go and than again after 15 days of booking they refunded my $cad 1548 and charged me more $CAD 1575 without my consent which is complete for of cheating. I called their customer service and they told me its conversion charge.
How the hell you guys are changing my ticket price after 15 days of confirmed booking.
This is a complete customer cheating and I have approached the consumer protection forum as well for the help. This time I will not tolerate as it is just wasting my time since last 15 days calling their customer service and not responding to my issue.

Had a problem with air tickets. Customer service could not be reached. Alternate 1(800) number supposedly 24/7 could also not be available. Had to purchase a new plane tickets on the spot at Vancouver YVR airport. Never ever again

I booked my flight from them. The worst customer service ever... Tried to reach them 15 days before my flight, didnt even got a single proper response. Sent them email everyday to both the indian customer service center as well as canadian center and I got all the automatic replies back except the 2 response I got which were like for changing flight you have to pay, every flight has their own changing fee and if you want to change call us.And when you call them the automatic reply over there is due to coronavirus outbreak, we are experiencing higher volume send us email. Where the hell should one go in this case.
I even paid extra for Service Package Premium when I bought the ticket which allows me to waive the administrative fee. Its better to book flight either from direct airlines website or some better website.
My ticket was even cheap. I paid approx $1550 considering I booked my flight in December beginning for March end.

The worst travel agency

They will never support you, and the only way to contact them is by website chat which is absolutely useless, once an Indian operator will reply they will only pretend to forward your request of support to a "specialized team" that will never reply to you.

The airline has changed the flight, obviously did not fit my needs. Airbudget would not refund me the outbound flight, but ask me to select a different flight according to their own schedule. Their customer support is not available.

This is a scam travel company so dont ever ever use them. They wont refund you or posts high fees almost same of flight fees when flight are rescheduled or cancelled. This travel company should be reported as scam. Never ever use this travel agency!

If you booked through Skyscanner contact them and complain about them and ask them to remove Budgetair from their website. And if you are fortunate to be from an european country you can fill a complain through this: https://e-justice.europa.eu/42/EN/small_claims

More they get feedback and more this company will be in trouble, hopefully,
I am currently having issues getting my refund for cancelled flights of more than one year ago

I would have give negative star if i would have option for that. They are ridiculous. No customer service. No public number for call even if there is emergency. I used first time and i regret for it. I would strongly believe not to ever use this website.
