I would definitely recommend that you DO NOT use Budget air. co.uk as they will take your money and not provide the service they promise then refuse to refund your money.

I was soo upset when I see the message in my mail that I need to pay extra amount min additional amount for their mistake from my pocket and I got this message
"Unfortunately, your booking request on BudgetAir failed. During the booking process, the airline provided us incorrect seat availability for the price you selected, but regrettably, we were unsuccessful to rebook your seats. However, we can offer you the same flight for a higher price.
You have the following options:
- Yes, I want to book the trip at the higher price.
- No, I do not want to book the trip at the higher price.

Yes, I still want to book the trip:
Click on the link at the bottom of this email and pay the outstanding amount. As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive your confirmation and e-tickets. Please, pay before ** February 20** 02:45 to ensure price and availability of your trip.

No, I no longer want to book the trip:
You can ignore this e-mail. When we don't receive any payment, we will automatically start the process of refunding your payment the next day. Due to the processing time at banks and credit card companies, it can take up to 10 days before your refund is available in your account. Unfortunately we cannot influence this processing time. "

And within 10 days flight price will change more then 30% near to half price, just Today I experienced this, this is fraud, I never recommend "budgetair.com"

Want to give 0 starts if it was available. Usually, I am pretty good on using sites like that, but this time I got totally screwed. I live in the US; my parents are in Eastern Europe. My mom is in the hospital on death bed, so I booked last minute flight for tomorrow. Had a choice between two sites, and the cheaper one won. Boy that was a mistake. My flight was confirmed, and the cc charged. Price for two tickets was $2012 (vs $2340 on the other site). Two hours later I get cancellation email without any explanation. Managed to contact them via chat and was told that unfortunately the airline did not honor two tickets at that price any longer. WHAT? You confirm the reservation and charge the credit card for it without verifying that the seats at the price paid are still available? This is total unreliability and a scam, if you ask me. I ended up paying $2930 on the other site for the same flight, because the tickets at $2300 were gone... So I tried to save $350 and ended up paying $600 more than I could have paid if I booked it through the other site to begin with! Talk about the insult to a grieving person. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are a scam. I purchased a flight for $800 which was canceled. I have entitled a refund but they will not provide it to me - it's been almost four months, and hundreds of emails later and I still have not received it. They keep saying "We've forwarded your request to our refunds team" - and nothing is happening. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
March 15, 2018

My flight was cancelled, the airline refunded the money to budget air (Travix). I sent them proof that the airline refunded the ticket and endorsed me as being authorized to receive it and yet they won't refund my money, have been ignoring my daily emails for a month.

This isn't some policy or fine print I overlooked when booking, they are just straight up keeping my money and not answering me.

Don't book through this site, SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I'd brought two tickets to Paris for my girlfriend's birthday as a surprise. But I couldn't make the flight do to a death in the family. I'd reached out to them and they'd told me that I'll be able to move my flight to next year same date but not after. I'd told them to please move it to the sept 8,2022. I was happy but boy was I wrong they then tell me that I'll have to pay 1k a piece for each ticket. I was like that's like buying the tickets twice and how does that make any sense. This company is full of $#*! NEVER I REPEAT NEVER AGAIN AND ANYONE THAT I KNOW WILL NEVER USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY! Communication TRASH, Honesty trash! JUST TRASH!

We booked a flight through them and the airline canceled the flight, the agent, BudgetAir, does not want to return the money and every time sends us to ask for a refund from the airline even though I paid
To BudgetAir. Lousy company with lousy service, thieves, DO NOT order with them, they don't have phone service either!

They show you one fare and charge you another on credit card
Even taking advantage of covid-19 where airlines are flexible, yet they charging 70$/person change fees

Absolutely Abysmal

So final update from the story started below. After 4 days of procrastination from budgetair.co.uk their final response is... your flight change remains the same. So in effect all the talk about helping find a solution to the absurd time change (leaving at 09:00 and arriving at 21:40) has rendered no change, as I expected.

Also because it has taken 4 days, all the decent prices for the 11:45 to 20:55 outward service are finished. Yesterday morning I saw flights for this service at £550. Now they are £700.

As the title says, Absolutely Abysmal.

Safe to say that I've learnt a painful lesson about using these types of companies to buy airline tickets. When there are no changes, everything goes well. But if the airline changes the schedule, DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm in the middle of a flight issue with this organisation and so far I'm not happy with what I've seen.

Booked an air France flight with them that was meant to get me to my destination at 17:45 after a 9am Heathrow departure.

Received an email this morning telling me the chosen flight has been cancelled and I'm now on the same departure but arriving 21:40.

Spent over an hour on the phone to Budget Air, only to be told "we'll review other options and get back to you within 4 days".

Four days? I know that KLM (same family as air France) have an 11:45 departure that arrives at the same destination at 20:55. Not ideal but better that a 10 hour 40 minute travel day.

I'm not confident that I'll get the result I want.

Either way, I'll never use Budget Air again.

Don't Trust Them!

We had a credit from a booking in 2020. Our flight was canceled because Of Covid. They first tried to tell us Virgin Airlines had issued a credit but when we called Virgin, they sent us back to BA. They then refused to rebook us, claiming there weren't any flight. They are CROOKS!

Having booked a flight on Sunday morning I found out a couple of hours later that my friend's plans had changed and I needed to cancel the trip. According to consumer protection laws, I have a right to cancel the flight within the same day at no charge. I contacted budget air by email and tried to call their emergency number as it was a Sunday. They subsequently called me back and left a message asking me to contact them immediately. I tried the number which I received the call from and it went to an answering machine which said to call the emergency number. I subsequently tried the emergency number approximately 10 times on the same day and the number just continued to ring. There was clearly no employee present in the office on this day as I let the phone ring for at times 15-20 minutes. I also sent a number of emails asking them to cancel my flight. I finally managed to contact the company on Monday morning and they informed me that the flight couldn't be cancelled free of charge as it was now the following day and despite my protestations, they maintain this view. It is clear that the company did not provide a sufficient service to allow my complaint to be managed immediately and I should have been offered a full refund.

Yes, they have very very cheap prices, the best prices on the web... But ITS NOT WORTH IT, don't cheap out on a travel agency. They do not give out their phone number easily and to do something as easy and small as changing the date for a flight they charged me the fare difference which is an understandable... $100 service fee and a $200 "airline fee" which didn't make sense because the ticket I bought both on their website and the ticket conditions stated that I could change my flight for free.
Etihad doesn't have a change fee due to covid, after a heated call with customer service they kept trying to tell me Etihad had a $200 fee even after it clearly says on their website and the ticket that changes were free.
They were clearly trying to pocket the $200 as well as their $100 service fee which is plain out robbery.
I ended up calling Etihad and they changed my flight for free even tho this was between me and the travel agency.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

YOU GUYS HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

I booked a flight last Aug 25 with reference: BPH-*******. Before I got a confirmation, you guys already cancelled it saying that I'll get my refund. It has been 12 business days yet I didnt receive my money back. You guys referred me to the airlines which of course they can't help. My bank can't help as they didn't get a refund from you too. So where did my money go? One more thing, YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER EVER book with you guys anymore! And I will also tell my friends and people I know NOT to deal with you all!

Hello,

I will start with the fact that I bought tickets 11 months in advance for a trip I have been planning for 2 years. Tickets cost 1600 euros. When I paid for the tickets, I found that I had made a mistake with the return date of one month. I immediately asked for support so they could correct it. They offered us to pay more money so that it can be corrected to the required date. I pay an extra 400 euros. Then when I had paid after 5 or 7 days I was told that I still couldn't buy a ticket and the flight was redeemed. When asked to find another with plus minus to those dates. It took another week to answer that there is nothing. Then we start the money back session. Connected me to the company from which I bought the tickets, so the company couldn't find my ticket. And in the end I dealt with budgetair, and in the final I received only half of the amount of 2000 euros I had paid.

Yes, I agree the airport withholds a commission, although the prices on the Budgetari website do not correspond to reality. Then they do not return the money for a service that cannot even be provided.

Thanks budgetair.com for ruining a trip I can no longer go on.

We booked a flight from Sydney AU NRT, YVR Departure March 19, they booked it for March 18 instead, unable to contact them sent numbers of email and never got a reply, using the corona virus to steal peoples money, we are out $ 7136. 00 the airline JAL never received payment from them, had to buy new tickets directly from JAL cost $7575. 00
