I was searching for a upgrade for the wife. I looked in stores, and online and came upon Brilliance. I did a search ( very easy search engine) and found a stone I liked. I asked for a picture of it and the next day I had it in my inbox. I ended up speaking to Anthony, and he was super helpful. He answered all my questions, over the phone and via email. He also worked with me and what price range i was looking for, and even gave me pointers about GIA and international certs. Based on all the pluses I had dealing with Brilliance I knew they were they place for me. I order my stone, and it came a few days later. I just opened the box, and everything I was hoping for and more. I know Ill be back for more. Be sure to ask for Anthony, he is my go to guy now.

So I have return this poor cut dimond for exchange but is now one month and am still waiting to get my dimond deliver, when I call company was explained that the Dimond got lost in delivery and they will look in to in what happened to my dimond
Now am still waiting not
Sure if I will ever received my dimond
I feel this compan lies about orders and not deliver excally what you hbuy

I was looking for an ering. First thing I did was to look for a diamond I wanted. I looked at many other websites, but there was many choices to choose from. Then I searched for brilliance.com and I had found a diamond that I was looking for. They also were able to customize my ring in the way that I wanted which was great. It took some time to have the ring done, but it was all worth it at the end. Their customer service is excellent. I was able get through the whole process without hassle. I would really recommend brilliance.com

I will be the first to admit, I was extremely hesitant about ordering loose diamonds online. The thought of not getting to actually see what I was purchasing had me cautious. However, after doing a little research, I settled on a GIA Certified - H color - IF loose diamond to be set in an engagement ring. Brilliance prices beat local markups by at least $1,000.00. The service was fantastic, because I was a little hesitant Anthony provided me with pictures and video of the exact diamond, GIA report, etc. all before I actually purchased the diamond. Upon receipt of the diamond, I verified it independently at a local jeweler and it was exactly what I ordered, and appraised accordingly. The process was very enjoyable, and I plan on doing business in the future.

I would rate zero stars if possible. Merchant never fulfilled entire order, I attempted to return the portion of the order they sent me and they rejected the return. I have attempted to contact several times and never a return call. Do your research, they have many complaints with the BBB compared with their three or four reviews; I wish I would have! Be prepared for trouble and dissatisfaction if you elect to take the risk and deal with "Brilliance" in Boynton Beach, FL.

Like anyone else I was very skeptical to give someone 1000s of dollars over the phone, but I couldn't be happier with the choice. Anthony was excellent at fielding every one of my questions and being patient with my skepticism throughout the process. Originally I wished to only purchase the stone through Brilliance, but Anthony explained to me that he could make a copy of any ring I wanted and that he would send me drawings/computer designs for approval before making them. He then found a FedEx location near me to send the ring to so my girlfriend wouldn't open it by accident. Overall I am very happy with how things went and even happier with how the ring turned out. Would definitely recommend to anybody searching for the perfect ring.

In May I ordered a Celtic knot engagement ring with a. 89 caret diamond. Being new to ordering jewellery (especially online) i was worried that what I saw in pictures would not stand up when I received the product. I was relieved when the Engagement ring was exactly what I wanted. The Brilliance engagement ring was easy to order and the selection of diamonds was extensive to say the least.

I did have an issue when ordering the ring. After waiting several weeks to receive the ring I called Brilliance to see if there was any issue with my order. I was told that the phone number I gave them didn't match my Bank's records and they couldn't release my ring for shipment until they did. It was an easy issue to fix but my one complaint with the company was I was never notified there was an issue with my order in the first place. (To their credit Brilliance did include a free engraving to my order after this.)

End of story: I got the ring, it was amazing, she said "Yes!"

My first purchase was in 2012 when I bought my wedding ring. Second purchase was when I bought the matching paver band a few years later. My third purchase was Christmas of 2017, when I bought a daimond for my right ring finger. The two Diamond purchases were very enjoyable with the customer service and the guidance for the diamonds. I am very satisfied with both diamonds. My pavers that match my wedding ring Sparkle wonderfully. I felt very confident with my two purchases after my wedding ring because of the quality and the customer service. I get compliments all the time on how brilliant my diamonds are. If there are diamonds in my future... I will be purchasing them from brilliance.

I wanted to get a custom ring for my fiancé and they were able to provide that over the phone with their expert advisors. After they took my ideas on the ring, they were able to send a digital rendering of the ring about a week later and in about 2 months, they were able to recreate that digital rendering into the ring I wanted! I would highly recommend this company in comparison to James Allen due to: their customer service, the quality of the ring, and the more affordable prices for the ring and diamond.

I purchased my wifes engagement ring and wedding band at Brilliance and had a great overall experience! Jonathon and his staff at Brilliance were awesome to work with. They made the process extremely enjoyable and stress free (which says a lot because buying an engagement ring and/or wedding band can be very stressful). Jonathon worked with me to design the perfect rings for my wife and she loves them! You also cant beat their prices. I compared their prices with several other jewelers (including a jeweler located in the Diamond District in NYC) and they were considerably lower. If youre in the market for an engagement ring, wedding band or a special piece of jewelry (I also bought my wife a nice pair of earrings at Brilliance), I would highly encourage you to check out Brilliance! I purchased both my engagement and wedding band for my wife through brilliance. The website was easy to navigate, being able to request video, images of hearts and arrows, etc really helped make it simple for me. I found the stone I wanted, bought, and they held onto it for me until I found the band to match. I worked directly with a saleswoman who was very helpful and quick to respond. After the ease of purchase, the evaluation being 7k over what I paid, and happiness it brought my wife, it was a no-brainer to return for a matching wedding band.
