When searching for a wedding band for my fiancé, I found it to be very difficult to find a ring that was both great quality and very well priced. Brilliance was able to exceed both of those expectations, on top of resizing the ring for us with unbelievable speed and ease. Definitely recommend working with them to get your dream ring! Danielle was great to work with when it came to getting the ring by the date needed and shipping it overnight.

A friend referred me to brilliance for our engagement/wedding rings. I was hesitant about purchasing something so important from an online company. I was surprised by the selection of diamonds, rings, and the ease of the purchase. The staff member(Jennifer Chiarello) that helped me was great! The diamond I chose is spectacular, near flawless and colorless. My wife couldn't be happier! And my pocket book is feeling pretty good too!
All in all a really good experience. The company so far is great to work with. The only thing we got a bit anxious about was the time in which it took to receive the rings. That was do to OUR fast wedding plans. Brilliance however was right on time. So give yourselves ample time select the best one for you and enjoy! The reason for 4stars is because its online.

Ordered a ring in a size of 5.5 but received a ring at a 5.25. Had to pay $80 to buy insurance and ship back for resizing only to be told after it was fixed it was going to cost me another $80 to send it back unless i want to write a review for $50 off shipping cost. Costumer service was good and the people I spoke to was nice but don't like spending up to $2000 for a ring and told i get a free resizing for the first 90 days but cost my an additional $100 or more to get it correct.

Well I've made several purchases from Brilliance over the past 4 years and I haven't been disappointed at all! First of all, every diamond I purchased when taken to a jeweler the first thing the jeweler said was Wow nice diamonds and then wanted to know what I paid for them. Well I had them appraised and all he could say was "you got a get deal and they are beautiful diamonds with the GIA certs! Now Ms "J" took great care of me all through the process from answering questions to offering suggestions to getting me exactly; y what I wanted and more importantly what I asked for! She was great. I actually had her again on a second purchase and the results were the same OUTSTANDING! And not to mention the wife was titled pink. Happy wife, happy life!

I placed order for Diamond engagement ring on Dec 8,2022 and I was promised that they would be deliver Engagement ring no later than Dec 24th. I did not expect delays so I requested to cancel my order FOLLOWING DAY and But I was told, "we can not cancel your order and it would be shipped to you and then you can return, I would have ship it back to get credits". I did not understand their return policy." They never delivered the order past 24th either. I called them and Lady name Shannon told me that oh someone would contact you from management. After several days of calling to track delivery information. I told that I must get refund, They finally cancelled my order and send me confirmation on Dec 29th.

Brilliance management CEO /Owner Jonathan Ohayon sent me email claiming that he cancelled the order. I have no money credited back to my credit card till date ( January 16,2023). I am disputing with credit card company.

Overall, I had a bad experience with this company. Do not fall for other reviews on this site or other site. They do not sound legit. This company is doing unfair business practices with consumers. I had paid the Ring for engagement and it delayed our event due to this sad situation with Brilliance.

I was looking around to purchase my fiancé's engagement ring, and then I came across brilliance. I was looking at different sites, and honestly, Brilliance caught my attention as soon as I enter their website. It was so simple to navigate and tons of information to help you make the process easy. They were accommodating with the purchase process and always kept in contact with me. I want to start off by saying I almost never write reviews… However these guys and gals deserve it because they did such a great job on my ring!

To make a long story short, my boyfriend of 6 years and I decided to get engagement (and married) in May. We originally tried shopping locally but with the pandemic and store closures in our area we quickly felt going online would save us a lot of money and be safer.

A cousin of mine suggested another online retailer that starts with a ‘B' and we found a stunning ring design and center diamond. Right before we were about to complete our order a family friend suggested we try Brilliance.com and see what they have to offer.

While I was apprehensive at first I contacted one of their experts and immediately felt at home. Beyond helping me choose a nicer (and larger) center diamond they were able to custom design a ring which saved me an additional 30 over the other online retailer (plus it has a couple of unique design features that no one has).

When I got the ring I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. All my family members absolutely love my ring and I am the envy of all my friends.
