Do these lab diamonds have the same amount of fire as natural diamonds? i see sparkle but no fire in the pictures. thank you.

Answer:

Officially, lab diamonds have the same chemical and physical properties as natural diamonds and exhibit the same fire, sparkle, and brilliance. In fact, lab diamonds are so identical that most expert diamond graders need to use a machine to detect their origin (lab or natural). However, some people claim that they can see a difference, or that lab diamonds have a slightly bluer sparkle to them. Overall, the answer is that they look the same to most people.

Question:

7-11-2015 friends, i ordered a diamond (almost a carat) and paid by three credit cards. why have i not heard back from erin, the representative from whom i purchased the stone. she was cordial and helpful with my selection, but after purchasing, i cannot get her to return my emails or my phone calls. what is going on? i want the diamond i purchased, and i am getting worried regarding whether or not erin is a real person and if brilliance is a reliable company. please help.

Looking at your diamonds, all that i have viewed are medium blue fluorescence on a color d,e or f with vvs ratings it will make the diamond cloudy

Answer:

Thanks for your question! Many times the diamonds with the best prices in a given carat and quality range will have fluorescence because, as you mention, it may make the diamond cloudy (though most of the time it does not). Fluorescence affects each diamond differently and we recommend that a gemologist inspect the diamond visually to determine if fluorescence has affected a particular diamond. 7-11-2015 please have erin, your representative, to return my emails inquiries and phone calls. i really need to know whether my diamond has shipped. brilliance has my thousand dollars+ payment; now i need my diamond and some explanation, please, as to why i cannot get erin to respond to me.
