looking at your diamonds, all that I have viewed are Medium Blue Fluorescence On a color D,E or F with VVS ratings it will Make the diamond cloudy

Thanks for your question! Many times the diamonds with the best prices in a given carat and quality range will have fluorescence because, as you mention, it may make the diamond cloudy (though most of the time it does not). Fluorescence affects each diamond differently and we recommend that a gemologist inspect the diamond visually to determine if fluorescence has affected a particular diamond.
