Brilliance

I used brilliance to custom make an engagement ring for my fiance. The people at Brilliant helped me pick the diamond I wanted and then went above and beyond to help create the setting when the jeweler I was originally going through wasn't able to fulfill my order. I sent a picture of what I wanted created and they were able to create the ring and send it over to me just in time for me to ask the big question on Christmas Eve. They have earned my loyalty for life. I highly recommend getting a custom made ring from these guys. My Fiance loves her ring and hasn't stopped showing it off to just about everyone we meet.

I have purchased 2 items from brilliance, the 1st being my wife's replacement engagement ring after she lost it. I was a little hesitant to do business via Internet without seeing the actual diamond, however as it was a GIA certified stone I felt confident in purchasing. Brilliance did not let me down. My local jeweler said he could get me that same exact stone but he was charging me almost 20% more! Needless to say, I purchased from Brilliance.

When it was time to get my wife her present for our 15th anniversary I turned again to brilliance to get her a diamond pendant necklace, Again, brilliance did not let me down. This time I did not even bother going to my jeweler I just went straight to Brilliance!

This was my second time around, I decided to go with Brilliance. Took about a month looking at different diamonds and finally decided on one. I was so pleased at how beautiful the diamond was and perfect the setting was. The great thing was that their office is about an hour from my house so I was actually able to go pick it up when it was ready, but I wouldn't worry if you have to have it shipped, Great quality and great service.:-)

I liked the prices I saw, but I was still apprehensive about buying a diamond online. The only reason I gave it a shot was because of their 30-day return policy. The diamond I originally ordered was purchased right before my order was completed, so about an hour after I ordered I got a call back and a free upgrade to another diamond selected by their gemologist. Shipping was prompt, and the diamond ended up being appraised for about 150% of what I paid for it :) Highly recommended as long as you can get an independent appraisal done quickly!

I have had a great experience on my purchase. It was beautifully made and engraved. Have not had a chance to get it back to them for resizing due to Covid and being a essential worker. The owner was very helpful with extending the warranty which I appreciated but we still have not gotten shipped back yet.

Looking for new diamond stud earrings can be a research-intensive experience. Buying on-line certainly could make one nervous and apprehensive as well. I researched a lot of online jewelry retailers before finally choosing Brilliance. As I was leaning toward Ice.com, but their quality has always been questionable. Brilliance showed me many options in various color and style combinations. And to sweeten the deal even further, they gave me a coupon to save $50. It was an ideal shopping experience for something that is often worse than buying a car. I'll be doing my jewelry shopping with Brilliance for a long time. Thank you for the great customer service and overall shopping experience. If possible, I'd like to see the selection of gold above 14K enhanced. The styles are amazing for 14K, but not so much for 18K, but that's just me nitpicking.

Brilliance was a great company to work with and I love the loose diamond I purchased. Not only was this GIA certified diamond less expensive than comparable stones I found on other sites and in other stores, they had wonderful customer service. Maegan personally followed up by text after I placed my order to see if there was anything else I needed, her business cards were included in my shipment, and she was very quick to respond when I needed a specific kind of appraisal for my jeweler's insurance. It was SO nice to have one representative helping me throughout the whole process and not being bounced from one customer service rep to another. I know I will make further purchases from Brilliance and could not recommend them enough!

I am proud to say that I happen to come across brilliance when I was looking for an engagement ring for my wife. My experience with them far better then anything i experienced anywhere else. The quality of the ring was far superior and the price was better then anywhere else. When customizing the ring I really felt like i was being listened to and they helped me along with professional suggestions and guided me every step of the way during the process.
