Brilliance is the best- truly! I have used them 2 times in the last 3 years, and each time they have been professional, price-competitive, and the diamonds have been beautiful. I took advantage of their trade in option and they made the process super easy. Plus, I wanted a unique stone, and Anthony Cappola worked with me to find exactly what I wanted- even though it wasn't yet listed on their site! I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a diamond!

Brilliance did an amazing job on our engagement ring. We did our research and shopped around and are so thrilled that we went with Brilliance. Bought this ring for my to be husband to show he is spoken for during our engagement. Originally found on a whim on Pinterest. This was the only site that seemed to offer this design. The ordering process was very simple; I bought this during their Cyber Monday sale. My only wish was that they allowed for more characters to be inscribed on the inside of the ring and a more accurate delivery period. I had to email them after the "typical deliver time" has passed. In addition, I feel that for the price of the ring the delivery packing should have been of higher quality. My $400 ring was shipped in one of those bubble lined envelope is a drawstring baggie.

I have to admit that I was very nervous making an online purchase for a diamond but Chris Strader help to ease my fears and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. My diamond arrived within 2 days in an incredible amount of packaging! I felt like I was opening a box inside of a box, etc etc etc! When I first saw the diamond I was like "Wow" it was everything he described it to be. Absolutely gorgeous. I also promptly received an appraisal that I requested the same day. Very pleased with this purchase and would buy again.

Brilliance provided me with the most affordable and excellent diamonds based on my budget. GIA certificates and appraisal to boot! Simply Excellent. Highly recommend!

We needed someone to build our custom ring design, and Brilliance did it perfectly. With some patience and hard work, we collaborated to create the most beautiful ring, and my fiancé couldn't be happier. Which is a good thing, because she might not always be happy with me, but when she looks at that ring, she'll always be happy with it. Haha. Seriously, it's a long and tedious process, but we'll worth it. You only get one chance to do it the first time. Why not do it right? Highly recommend Brilliance.

Erin worked with us to find an absolutely stunning stone that is as unique as we are. We were not findin what we were looking for by searching on the site and with in just a few days, Erin found the perfect match! She also gave outstanding advice on the band based on pictures I sent. Once ordered, the stone got caught in customs but some how the AMAZING orders department got the ring to us at the exact perfect time like magic! Thank you thank you thank you!

My other half loves his ring. He went with the Koa ring collection and the ring he chose was perfect. The ring was true to size and it was beautiful. It looked exactly like the photo. On top of that, it was at a great price.

Had a very sour of the moment idea for an amazing proposal, the only problem was I needed a custom ring and needed it under 4 weeks. Well I contacted brilliance and they had it to me in under 3. A beautiful custom made ring at a value I couldn't have found anywhere else (I looked and no one compares) brilliance has allowed me to have the perfect proposal. I can't say thank you enough.
