You cannot call a customer service number and simply ask for a new travel date. You need to request this online and will take 4 days to reply to your message. By the time you get your date booked, you have already missed your flight. Completely rude and ridiculous service. Stay away from these morons and advice others too! NEVER USIN BRAVOFLY AGAIN
My friend booked a flight from Dubai to Bangkok on 11th January 2022 around 3 AM Dubai local time. However, she had received a result of covid positive in the morning of the 11th. Immediately after she got the result, she had been trying to reach the staff to raise the concern and request for a refund. But she couldn't reach through any 'real' staff and had been stuck with the chatbots which was not really useful. However, she managed to raise the concern through HELP BOX before a flight time. What's funny is she got an email replied on 27th January (what took them so long?) accusing that they had received her concern on 12th Jan after the flight! And she still could get a refund but there would be a penalty and that's quite a big amount! This is really unprofessional!
I booked return ticket from Indian to Holland worth of 1200€ with an option of date change.
But when I want to change my return flight date they clearly ignored me and all my 200 emails.
You can't contact them through customer care number and after some time they will stop responding you.
This website is a scam, I hope this company should be black listed by all flight companies.

I got a positive COVID test result 6 days before my flight departure, which meant that I had to push back my flight for about a week. You'd think that 6 days is more than enough to process the change but 2 days before flight departure my request was still "in process". Customer service was embarrassingly useless saying that as standard they take 7 business days to process change requests but noting the urgency of the request they had passed on a ticket to one of their team members to get in touch with me "urgently". I got that answer 3 times in a row. I never got contacted or messaged by anyone.
Finally, 24h before the flight, I started to panic that I was going to lose my money and called the airline who processed my change request over the phone in a matter of minutes.
Bottom line, don't use Bravofly if you can avoid it.
This unethical operation should be reported to UK & Switzerland Government authorities to prevent more customers falling into their trap. After a month daily of email fighting with Bravofly/Lastminute group, hearing one lie and another, all they do is hold onto your money and do nothing until you give up. If you Voluntary cancel your trip regardless what's reasons are, you will not be unable to claim your money back as this is part of their Terms and conditions even if the airline provide a full refund back to them. So their tactics is NO response to you and make their phone line more complicated options and you couldn't talk to anyone, so there is no way you will get any solution in time, and you decide to cancel the booking because you are so sick of dealing with them and lost patience and trust then you fall into their scam trap! Luckily we got both virgin Australian and Rex on our back and assistance after constant calls. STAY AWAY from Bravofly/Lastminute Group! All you experience is your holiday being ruined, lost money, time and energy as well as constantly dealing with false and misleading information, endless stress and frustration! The unethical commercial practices is not just harm the public interest also impact on other reputable third parties booking engines and agents. Last not the least the airlines have to deal with Bravofly/Lastminute Group's victims!
I have booked a flight to Athens for new year's over Bravofly, and originally I was supposed to return on the 4.th of January, after some time they have informed me about the flight change to 3rd of January and gave me the option to request a different flight which I did. They have offered me to fly back on 5th of January and I have accepted that (I have all emails as proof of this) and they even responded. On the 5th of January at the airport I had to buy new tickets directly because the people from Bravofly just decided not the change the flight from 3rd to 5th...
Right now I am trying to contact them to get a refund or something but they are just responding with automated messages...
Overall very very terrible service I would not recommend them.
I do not think I have any words to explain my disapproval of this company. In fact, I wish that a lawyer would file a class-action lawsuit against this company for stealing money from their clients. Perhaps that's what Bravofly had to do to stay in business during these tough times. My parents bought tickets through Bravofly to come and visit us in the USA and to meet their grandson for the very first time. Due to the COVID Pandemic, and travel bans, my parents had to cancel their flight. Bravofly promised them credit for the flight they had to miss out on. The USA had a travel ban to South Africa for more than a year where my parents could not utilize the credit. My parents even kept Bravofly in the loop on the inability of using the credit, and Bravofly assured them that their credit is still in place. Once the US opened its borders to South Africa, my parents tried to utilize their credit, only to find out that it expired without any prior notification. When they inquired about it, Bravofly said that they had 3 months to use it. Three months passed while there was a travel ban in place. It was not my parent's fault for not being able to fly, it's not like they intently missed their flight. A pandemic was underway. Bravofly stole 25,000.00 South African Rand from my parents, in times when the economy is rough. They also bear the blame for why my parents haven't met their grandson yet. R25,000.00 does not grow on trees. I will also place a Google review on the terrible experience our family had with this company. They have no concern for their clients or their family. I suggest no one does business with this company.
This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I bought two flexibile tickets, in case i had to cancel or change the flight dates because of the corona virus situation. I have sent them a bunch of emails asking them to help me or to change the flight dates, or to cancel and get a refund. They responded only one day before my flight, saying they can do nothing, they can only refund a very small amount of my flight ticket cost. When i actually paid extra when i bought it, to get a full refund in case i wanted to cancel. Now, i am trying to contact them to ask them how to use my voucher, i cant even reach them.
This is the WORST booking agency EVER. I was buying premium economy tickets, in order to have flexibility and checked luggage, only to find out AFTER the purchase that I bought ECONOMY tickets, that don't include baggage. When I tried to contact Bravofly in order to buy this baggage, I got informed that they can't do it, and I need to do that manually, and communicate with each company I will fly with. That means two different companies! The most expensive tickets ever AND the most inconvenient booking bureau ever. They don't deserve not even one star. COMPLETE LOOSERS.
BEWARE! We bought a ticket without creating an account. We paid snd got an I.D. number.
But they didn't send the ticket to the mail.
And when you want to look at your reservation on Bravofly, you need to do so through "log in to your account". But we did not have an account. And the ticket does not appear in the account if you open an account afterwards. And no answer on phone, no chat, no way to contact
Book the ticket with bravofly and was canceled due to covid and voucher expired no cash back, they took the money and it's gone.
Have tried to change my tickets for 2 weeks, and were told there was no tickets at the same cost. I called the airlines involved and was told that were plenty of tickets...
I have now bought tickets cheaper directly at the airline than offered by Bravofly...
Either they lied to me or they did not doo anything to change the tickets... i called them everyday for a week to get updates, but nothing happened...
I feel scammed... will never by anything from them again or any company affiliated with them.

No possibility to change the flight, after numerous long distance calls and waste of time and money thay say that they couldent make the change "beecause of bad connection to the airlines"! And i should call the airlines myself!

Eventually canceled the tickets, got a voucher of 90% to unfortunatly use at their site only. Deducted flexible ticket and 29E and 34E inshurence tomake changes!

No email address to contact them, the phone numbers provided dont respond. You purchase a flexible ticket but you cant modify. You get absolutely zero help once you purchase the ticket. Highly recommend to avoid the website and also its sister website lastminute.com
Bravofly is $#*! travel agents. Gilded my my money for 3 days then cancelled the ticket now waiting for money, they are saying it will take 5-10 days for refund. What a joke! Totally cheating and wasting my time. Don't book flight with this company please.
I wish I could take away stars. The worst and rudest customer service representatives. We purchased tickets from them and our money hasn't been refunded for 1.5 years now despite the fact that our flight was cancelled by the airline. Other families who bought tickets to the same country, but luckily for them not through Bravofly already got full refund. PLEASE make yourself a favor and don't deal with this company

Bravofly is the WORST website for any bookings. It is a SCAM and fradulent company. After having waited one year for my refund voucher from them, when i used the voucher and had to pay an extra amount for the ticket, they charged me exactly the DOUBLE amount. There is NO invoice provided for that payment. There is NO working customer care number, There is NO email to follow up. Baically Bravofly's business works because they STEAL customer's money.
I cancelled my flight two days after booking. Cost was 5 thousand dollars. They emailed me saying will reimburse $115. You got to be kidding!
I let my credit card company know of this scam.
Got a temporary full refund from the credit card as they started an investigation.
It will take 60 days to be finalized.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
