No refund after 2 years, still trying to get $$ back. Thousands in same position. Find Facebook group. CEO is Fabio Cannavale - he is living in Italy in luxury with our money. Absolute crooks! AVOID at all costs. Go to the airline direct even if it costs more, these crooks are cold & heartless
