Pathetic!
We booked through Bravofly and received an email saying our flight home from Alice Springs to Sydney had been changed by Qantas. We had the option to select accept/ask to change/cancel and refund. I selected ask to change and received an immediate response 'we will be in contact with you shortly'. That was on the 8th of April and still no reply! Their phone number is magically disconnected and they don't respond to emails. Our 2hr and 45-minute flight home changed to an option that'd take 11 hrs and 55 minutes. Qantas tried to help but having booked through a 3rd party made it a nightmare, don't do it! Spend the extra dollars.
We got home. Alice Springs to Adelaide to Melbourne to Sydney 9.5hrs later.
Bravofly you are pathetic and a complete disgrace.

I booked through Bravofly, Part of Lastminutes company, From Euro Wings fly to Dusseldorf, Germany, the flight cancelled due to heavy fog and the airline refund my around 557 Pounds to Bravofly but Bravofly and Lastminutes claimed that they have refunded the money but i did not got my money back since January 2022, and i sent several email included my bank statement from the bank officially showing no transaction from bravo fly so they STOOL my money! I have all the evidence of chat box with their agent and all emails. I strongly do not recommend using Bravofly or anything related to lastminutes! Pay extra through officials airline rather than loosing all your money like what happens to me.

They told me I was unable to change my flight but it took me about 5 minutes calling the airline directly to make the change. I took them over a week to respond to my request to change the flight and they only have on call customer service for part of the day. Bravofly is a scam and will try there best to rob you of your money.

PLEASE stay quite away of this " company ". You will regreat, CAOS! Working in this " company " LISTEN just go directly to the providers Airlines, hotels, cars. Get 20 more minutes and become your own travel agent. DIRECTLY WITH providers you will save SUPER HIGH FEES for agency, you will have a proper support trained by a real company ( Airlines, hotels ETC). YOu will get support the same day without having to waith MONTHS. In the meanwhile if you make a request today you will heard back in months and you will be told you did not send the request on time. I mean if you want to beging a nice and pleasant journey PLEASE keep away.

Booked 2 return flights for Belfast through this company. Ailrline cancelled the flights and offered unsatisfactory alternatives. Bravofly offered vouchers or a partial refund. In the small print of the booking conditions they charge booking fees even f the cancellation is not the customers fault. It cost me £77 for nothing at all. What an absolute rip-off

This booking site is absolute BS! I have an incoming flight that i need change and they offer no changes and no refunds. When u request anything they basically tell you to wait, with no turn around time. So janky. Worst customer service. And the airline sucks too because they basically blame the booking site. I don't care how cheap it is, DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM!

They have canceled my flight and then offer a voucher (not a refund) for half of the money

I bough a ticket for my mom which allegedly included carry on + 1 checked luggage, however, when I got to the airport at check-in the airline asked me for extra $100 (which was about the cost of the ticket) in order to let me take a carry-on bag. Turns out, Bravofly only paid for the checked bag and let me on the hook for the rest. They pocketed the carry-on which represented about 40% of the cost of the ticket.
All in all, I touched base with their customer service, which dodged my requests multiple times. They didn't help at all. I ended up paying almost double the original price.
My advice, avoid Bravofly at all cost. They'll try to screw you over by all means possible.

While you are filling in the details of your bank card on their website, Bravofly adds an extra 10-15 euros to the amount without telling you. At this moment, you have already checked the price and most probably you will not check it again before clicking "Payment", especially because for that you would need to scroll up on the page again. They know this very well. At the end, you end up paying for the same service more than on other sites. This is a scam. Avoid bravofly.

I booked return ticket though bravofly LHR to Hong Kong return then after 2 weeks I get told the flight has been cancelled by virgin Atlantic airlines and they are telling me I have to wait 2 months for refund this is so much rubbish this has messed up my holiday to the Philippines don't use bravofly con artist customer service take many hours to get though minus 5 stars

I have just booked a flight with this company and the final price on the payment page was £64.46 so duly paid this final price. When I received the invoice the payment had been amended to £80.80, they have no email to reach them on or phone number, only chat. I chatted to a woman called panajota who informed me it was for services they had provided, when I asked what services she gave me a link to their terms and conditions section 6 which stated they added £15 to each booking made over the phone. I informed her that it was booked online and was told that was the same as booking by phone. If the total was shown beforehand I wouldn't have booked with them as it would have been cheaper with the airline, I did not think that they could add money to the amount that shows in the final credit card payment box. Just a bunch of thieves and hope they go out of business soon, they are also part of last minute.com so will be giving them a wide berth in future.

Just check everyone's reviews and you'll know what i'm talking about. They are a scam and an abomination when it comes to servicing clients.

First show less amount for ticket and after we book they increase amount. Completely thief company

Be careful from this scam company. Don't book your tickets from this company. They have many scam hidden policies to rob customers

Very bad service. Never book your flight with this scam company. They will never give refund incase you are covid 19 positive.

Its main sources of income are through its fullflex scheme and handling fees. They add an additional package named fullflex at the last step of check-out(without the consent of the customer) which refunds 90% of the ticket value(i. E. 90% of (TOTAL PAID MINUS(-) €65 FOR FULLFLEX)), THAT TOO IN FORM OF A COUPON(WHICH CAN ONLY BE USED ON BRAVOFLY OR LASTMINUTE). And if you want a refund in the same payment method(no coupons), THEY WILL CHARGE A HANDLING FEES NO MATTER WHO(you/airline) CANCELLED OR OF WHAT REASON. This fees is €35 regardless of how much you paid.

I booked a ticket which was cancelled for all passengers. Its 7th month my 2100 Euro has not yet been refunded. Worst customer care service they say everytime we are waiting for a refund from the Airline. Etihad says your ticket is still open but Bravofly has not contacted us still. And what the Bravofly has updated the status of my refund from the day first see the funny attachment and get an idea about these digital thugs.
