Awful experience. We booked a full flexi ticket so that we can change dates if we needed to, after a month of trying to change dates, Bravofly is still rejecting change requests or ignoring the requested dates. They won't issue a voucher or refund. They keep saying there is no availability however, I can see on their website that this is a blatant lie. Extremely frustrating, DO NOT IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, Bravofly is in fact horrendous to book with.
If I could, I would give a negative 5-star to this company. The worst of worst customer service I have seen in my 40 years of life. There is no toll-free number, no one responds to your request, and there is no customer service email, so be prepared to spend money on international calls if you are not in the UK. You will not get a straight answer to any question. The chat function is literally useless because there is no actual human being to talk to. Please please please stay away from this.
Worst travel agency, unrespectful, lying, hanging off the phone. They are telling that they cannot reopen the ticket. I was calling the flight company and they confirmed that only bravofly can open it. I asked to speak with the manager and they said no. Then they hang off the phone after i was waiting for 55 minutes on hold.

I have received an email this evening advising that my booking has been cancelled. I then received another email advising that my booking has been confirmed.
I did not request for my booking to be cancelled. I spoke to someone via live chat to ask a question about check-in and baggage. Following this, I received the email saying that the booking was cancelled. Clearly the agent I spoke to via live chat made a mistake, and now I am left without a flight.
I have also spoken to 2 agents on the phone this evening after receiving the email about my booking being cancelled. They said that the notes left by the live chat agent specify that I requested the booking be cancelled. This is not the case. I have never asked for my booking to be cancelled.
The agent I spoke to, Sara, advised that she would escalate and request that this is looked into. I am due to fly out in 4 days time. She advised that they would get back to me within 2 days time.
The customer service I have received has been absolutely terrible. Bravofly immediately said that there was no mistake on their end and that I must have cancelled, or someone must have taken my details and done it on my behalf. I find this totally shocking and can clearly be resolved by looking at the chat transcripts, although I have zero confidence that they will resolve this in time for my departure on sat.
I hve book flight in bravofly for my outbound flight to change it, but the email from this lastminute.com was the same it said no availibility date that i hve been requested... so another date i requested it was the same again and I tried to contact customer service from England and it was the same answer and then when i check on thier site the flight for 19 of June its available and it same of our flight…i feel so dissapointed thier website.! They have also chatbot but seems like useless there is no one to talk for your problems about booking… i hope they can fix this problems because they are many customer complained about this issue….
I booked my return flight and needed to change the date within hours of my booking. Bravofly responded stating they would try to change this. For six weeks I tried to contact them - website, phone and email - no response. It is a one-way communication. Six weeks later they emailed me that my request was not successful. I had to rebook directly through the airlines - and got my flights required. Bravofly will not refund $1100 - this is a crime.

I booked flights through Bravofly from Teesside to Southampton but the airline changed the flights to Newcastle to Southampton which were not suitable. I opted for a refund instead of vouchers and Bravofly want to keep £70 rather than give full refund and will not explain why even though route alteration was not my fault. Would not advise anyone to use them.
We bought a return flight from Raleigh USA to Tokyo return with Bravofly. One week after purchasing this ticket we received an email saying United had cancelled the flight and to click the link for refund options. It has now been 1 month since we requested a refund and we still have not received our money. On top of this Bravofly claim they will not refund the booking fee. Bravofly are a group of organized thieves and I strongly recommend to avoid doing business with them.
I booked my flight through Bravofly and received the confirmation after a couple of minutes. The staff were helpful and followed up on my request. So yeah it wasn't that terrible.
The worst company ever.
I booked my tickets 4 days back and still have not received my booking confirmation or refund. Customer server over chat or call is pathetic all they say is wait. I am supposed to fly in the next 4 days and fare prices have gone 20 % high even if they process a refund I would still be at a loss. The sad part is I cannot do anything bcoz they are not processing a refund as well. They told me that cancellation is only possible once the booking is confirmed. I am just waiting for confirmation. Every day I am being told to wait for another 24 hours. It's been four days and I never received any call, email or text from them every time I call I have to explain them everything and they don't even have a record for previous communication. They are big-time scammers and I don't understand how come they are in business with such low standards.

I booked a flight and bought all of the packages so that I could get free flight changes and free cancellation etc.
First of all, when I wanted to change my flight I had to submit a request and then I heard back a couple days later that my request was approved and then they sent me an email where I could either approve or decline the request and I clicked approve multiple times but they sent an email a couple days later saying they didn't get a response from me (even though I clicked approve multiple times) and that I would now have to pay a higher air fare because more time had passed.
At this point I was done with the company and decided to book directly through the airline (Volotea) themselves who were great. But I still wanted a refund because I would no longer be using this company. I called the number and after going through multiple confusing menus I was able to talk to customer support and they told me that I was not able to get a refund at all because that was "their agreement with the airline". So it was a total scam that they allowed me to pay a bunch of extra money to get a refund when they wouldn't even give me one.
DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY! Book directly through the airline website or use a different service.
There is a glitch in their website where it does enter the wrong month of birth, i have been contacting customer service for 2 months to correct my DOB on my airline booking with the same response" will get back to you shortly "

I booked a flight and paid the extra fee to change the flight date if I need to.
After a few days I requested to change the flight date.
They sent me a quotation with new schedule and price adjustment fee, I accepted and asked them to process the quotation. After a few days they sent an email saying that price is changed and they are unable to confirm the change. And then they sent the 2nd quotation, I accepted it right away, but after two days again they said price is changed and they cannot confirm the change. They send me the 3rd quotation, as you can guess, again they said they cannot confirm. Now they've sent the 4th quotation with higher adjustment fee. Why confirming the change should take few days? Why can't you process your own quotations?
I called them them every day, their costumer service is useless.
I'm so frustrated and angry, this company is a SCAM. I do whatever I can to reveal their true identity which is BS and SCAM.
Don't ever trust this company and never fall for their FullFlex solution. It has a massive downside.
I paid about 750 EUR for a trip, then later an additional 98 EUR to change my flight dates, as those tickets were more expensive. So far, so good.
Then when my plans got cancelled and I wanted to get my 90 % voucher as a refund, as I had paid extra for (FullFlex).
However, they informed me that I would only receive 90% refund of the additional amount I paid for the change, not 90% of the original amount, nor the combined sum of the two.
So only about 88 EUR refund of a 848 EUR ticket. Not 90% refund, but 10%
What a complete scam!
I paid more extra for the FullFlex even than what they offer in return.
My takeaway, if you pay for FullFlex you better be 100% certain, in cases where you change your flights that after you make a change you will not need a cancellation and refund later. If there is a slightest chance that that will happen, just cancel and refund first and then re-order with the 90% voucher. Assuming they would actually provide this 90% voucher. I honestly don't know if they would.

My computer automatically put my first name instead of my husband's and even though I purchased the assistant package I'm now out $1500 on my flight because they won't change it. Never ever use this company!
DO NOT BOOK WITH BRAVOFLY! Save yourself the hassle and book with a proper Tavel agency from your own country. These ppl are dupes and once you invest your money there's no guarantee you'll get your money back even if the flights been cancelled! Poor and horrible customer service! Booked the flight ticket, after booking they have charged additional fees to the credit card.
Later, I decided to change my flight dates and had to wait for so many days just to get a reply from them.
I decided to prepond my ticket and gave them the confirmation from my side, still, the ticket is not updated and showing the old date. I contacted them through chat and called UK number (international number) many times, after long wait there reply is to wait.
I explained many times that tomorrow is my newly requesed date. Can you please confirm if the ticket has been updated, there reply is to wait for some time and some will contact.
Bravofly is a fraud, I bought a ticket with them and insurance to protect my flight against any change in itinerary, passenger and in case of cancellation a refund, I called them and a guy named Alex attended me, who was very rude and insolent. In the end they told me that I would lose the money since the airline does not allow cancellations. It is unacceptable that a company like these still exists.
An abolute joke of a company. Since booking flights with these cowboys we have had to call "customer service" on several occasions due to cancelled and rescheduled flights. Every time we called it felt like they were going out of their way to be obstructive and provide as little help as possible. I will never use bravofly/lastminute again and would recommend others to steer well clear of them.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
