I am very disappointed with how my case has been handled. When my outbound flight was cancelled by the airline, the travel agency failed to cancel my return flight, even though it was part of the same booking. This forced me to purchase new tickets for both the outbound and return journeys at a much higher price. When I contacted support about the refund, the process dragged on for weeks without clear communication or resolution. Responsibility keeps being passed back and forth between the travel agency and the airline, making it impossible for me as a customer to get any clarity on the situation. To make matters worse, the customer service is extremely unprofessional – they don't even know how to say "please" or "thank you." Instead, they send short, blunt messages like "wait while we check" with no politeness or respect. This experience has felt unprofessional and disrespectful towards me as a customer. I expected much better service and accountability.

I was trying to board a flight to the U.S., booked through Bravofly, when I was informed that two of my connecting flights didn't even exist. After waiting for two days, I received a call from the Bravofly team apologizing and offering a full refund to my credit card.
A few weeks later, I was given the option to receive my refund of approximately 800 euros via mail, as a voucher, or as a bank transfer. As previously agreed, I chose the wire transfer—only to receive around 16 euros. When I reached out, they told me the rest was "non-refundable," even though I never canceled the flight; they did, simply because it didn't exist.
Now, they are ignoring me entirely. The only way to reach them is through their chat function, where they keep making false promises about vouchers or other solutions. The fact is, my money has been taken, and I have no way to hold them accountable.
I'm considering legal action. Has anyone else had a similar experience with them?
They have hidden fees, it was not even announced. They charged around 70 eur extra for nothing. You never can reach their customer service. They never pick up the phone. Their chat options available only to claim they have available support. You would never reach a human being. Their cancelation policies are misleading. They are a scam. Stay away!
Misleading Policies and Terrible Customer Service.
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Bravofly regarding a refund for my roundtrip flight from Australia to Costa Rica. I purchased their Full Flex service, which supposedly guaranteed a 90% refund for cancellations. Unfortunately, this service turned out to be a scam hidden behind convoluted fine-print terms and overcomplicated policies.
Misleading Full Flex Policies:
I received an email from Bravofly on May 5,2024, confirming that my Full Flex insurance was active. However, Bravofly later claimed this email was sent in error, despite the terms stating:
"The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date the customer is notified of its details."
This means the service became active on May 5, regardless of an earlier refund. Bravofly refused to honor this, stating that a technical error absolves them of accountability.
Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability:
It took more than six months of emails to finally receive a response from someone with a name, rather than generic replies from their "Customer Care" team. Their responses consistently failed to address the core issues or provide any meaningful resolution.
They ignored their responsibility for misleading communication, instead blaming me for not "confirming" whether the service was still active. Why should customers need to verify the validity of an email sent by the company itself?
Nonexistent Escalation Process:
Their representatives repeatedly refused to escalate my complaint. I was told the resolution would not change, even though their internal error directly caused my financial loss.
Fine-Print Policies:
Bravofly's Full Flex service includes hidden restrictions, such as:
Cancellations must be made before the outbound flight.
Refunds do not apply to one leg of a booking.
These terms were buried in the fine print and were not clearly communicated during the booking process. Instead, Bravofly relied on technicalities to avoid honoring their advertised services.
Outcome:
I was only refunded $120 for a $4,000+ ticket, which is insulting and unacceptable. Bravofly's lack of accountability, refusal to escalate, and reliance on technical errors to deny claims make them a company I cannot recommend to anyone.
Final Thoughts:
Avoid Bravofly at all costs. Their Full Flex policy is a scam designed to mislead customers, and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They do not answer calls, provide no clear escalation paths, and fail to resolve legitimate claims. If you value transparency and professionalism, book with another provider.
Rubbish website, take money very fast within 3 mins straight say booking cancelled, in the end I double confirm, they already know there is no slot on the plane as I checked with other providers before them, but they still take money first then say they will refund next time, the way this company does this is so embarrassing, where is the professionalism
This is the worst place to buy anything from. I paid $375 to get a credit of $934 and never got the credit or my $375 back. I have the email proving that what I am saying is so.
Also they have blocked 2 different phones that I called from.
My son was not travelled from Singapore to New Delhi on 9-DEC-23 because of his examination date change. When we reached New Delhi Airport on 31-DEC-23 to get Boarding pass then Air India counter staff told to correct sequence number and suggest visiting Air India Ticket counter. When I reach the Ticket counter, they told me that your son can't travel with ticket as he hadn't started the outbound journey, and you have to book new ticket. I am shocked and after multiple requests he is not ready to listen and then I booked another Air India flight ticket on 31-DEC-23 spent huge amount. Before my travel I tried to contact bravofly customer care and through chatbot enquire about 1 ticket cancellation but there is no revert from then and I spent huge amount is ticket. It's totally unprofessional practice and bad experience. I will never book any ticket with bravofly.
They do terrible business. They changed my flight and refused to change the time back when i explained i have a connecting flight. They did not ask me and refused to give me a refund
In July 2023 we paid £1688.51 for flights in October 2023. 18th of August Bravofly informed us that our flights had been cancelled by the airline for all passengers and they were starting the process of refund. However, they have only agreed to refund £183.25.
The only way to contact them is through my booking on their website, but you can never speak to anyone. The have no direct email address or telephone number so no way to contact them.
The airline's policy when they cancel a flight is for a full refund.
The have emailed my in December to inform me they are refunding the £183.25 despite my attempts to reject this. Where is the balance of £1583.52.

We paid for BUSINESS class tickets. But when we checked directly with the airline we were booked under economy. Now they are giving us the run-around and no answers to any of our complaints or questions. We paid for a service which were not delivered! Fraud to charge clients one advertised booking class fee and book under a lower class.
BravoFly is the worst company I have ever dealt with and has the worst customer service. When I made a refund for FullFlex reservation, they sent me an email stating that the refund would be transferred to the same payment method within 10 days, and after 20 days, no amount had reached my account. When I contacted customer service to find out the status of the order and details of the refund process, the customer service representative informed me that they had sent me an email and that the email represented an official statement that the refund value had been processed. I asked for confirmation of the refund process that had been made (such as transaction IDs and sender/receiver information to check with the bank), the representative refused to give me any details, but in return, he requested a bank statement over a month from me.
I requested them to check from their end If they need additional verification, i.e., by checking the transfer process and if there is a deduction for the money by my bank and send me the proof! I thought, this is enough to figure out if the process is done to resolve this issue and if they are honest.
It's not considered logical or standard practice for customer service representatives to ask for a bank statement when resolving a money transfer issue. Requesting a full bank statement, which contains a detailed record of financial transactions, is not a logical and illegal issue, considering privacy and security laws for personal information. And till now, I did not recive my money back from the BravoFly company.
I have booked flight via this Bravofly through google flights search and cancelled the booking within 30 minutes as the second leg of the journey could not be confirmed. I was promised to get a refund but then came a email saying "according the airline rules there can be no refund". I called the Airlines and they cancelled the booking and promised to send the refund. I contacted the Bravofly 3 times through their chat only to be informed that there is no refund. The website is a scam and the customer service is extremely poor. Stay away from them.
Tried refunding for my flight and despite the original airline giving a full refund, they were only able to give a partial amount of the full refund. Raised multiple disputes and yet every single time when presented with evidence all they can say its there is nothing I can do about it. Worst of all is that instead of refunding, they charged my card instead and sent an email saying they have refunded. Customer service is really bad and doesn't seem to know how to handle the situation at all. Avoid them at all cost.
1- They charged $400 more than they supposed to for my 2 tickets, when I contacted them after long wait and long chat, they mentioned it is for insurance which I never chose, hardly they refunded me but with $23 less, they are the worst agent I've ever used, I wish I never booked with them.
2- Zero customer service, whatever I ask regarding cancelation fees, they never answer, The girl (Christina) on the chat told me that she cannot help me, when I told her other agencies usually tell their cancelation fees from my previous experience, then she advised me to contact Lastminet.com, when I contacted Lasminute.com via chat the same girl (Christina) who answered me with Bravofly, she didn't give me an answer also.
3- When I sent a complained, I got same answer that they don't know and can't help me, their answered email was from Expedia.com, that means the 3 companies are connected to each other ( Bravofly, Lastminute& Expedia) and they agreed to not give an answer.
Airline cancels flight an hour before takeoff, for no reason. I lose the return flight through another company. That's not Bravofly's fault, but the departing flight cost $150, and Bravofly will only reimburse me $30 because of "handling fees." What handling fees?
The terms and conditions say, "Should the airline open insolvency proceedings, the Company will try and reimburse you the equivalent of the amount on the booking that was not used. Should we succeed in getting your refund, the Company will charge a €35 handling fee per person." But there is no evidence that the airline "opened insolvency proceedings". This is bull#$%^.
Of course, their contact center is just automated or "virtual" BS.
Buy directly from the airline. Don't work with these Swiss crooks.
Horrible site. My flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. They will not help to rebook. They have me a choice of a 100 travel credit with the site, or a 57 airline refund subject to a $37 handling fee per their terms and conditions. Do not use them.
Bravofly stuffed up my first and middle name by joining them together and when I asked for this to be rectified, they demanded another $225. Avoid Bravofly and book your tickets with someone else
Booked a flight yesterday via Bravofly, all normal, reservation payment etc, even email confirmation but today 24h later i receive an email with the title:
"Ticketing time limit has been reached for your reservation"
No more information, spend half day calling around airline also the useless and long waiting help line from Bravofly to hear that they havent a ticket yet for me, I should wait 3 days to see if I get the ticket or not.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros.
