We booked with bravo fly for our allegiant flight and NOWHERE on the site does it offer the Military Discount like allegiant proudly offers. Our receipt is not Itemized so it doesn't show that we paid $400 for our bags! Allegiant said there's nothing they can do (which i agree) and they said these 3rd party companies are greedy and scam people out of money. We are a military family and proudly served and have all of our documentation and they refuse to refund us for the baggage. STAY AWAY from this company, do not do business with them. You will never get ahold of customer service and they won't write you back via email. Please take my advice and stay away from bravo-fly.
Didn't realize they are part of the lastminute.com scam till quite late unfortunately. Scumbags list the tickets a few dollars less than the rest everywhere they can and keep shifting buttons and options on the booking screens to trick you to pay for more useless add-ons. Steer clear or be very careful before clicking anything. They stole $75 from me.
Completely unhelpful customer support and refund took 1+ month to arrive after sending notices via the credit card company. Then had to further hassle them to return money instead of "airline credit "!
They are not based in USA, so good luck enforcing US laws like full refund for bookings cancelled under 24 hrs!
Try for 5 days to rebook a flight, they are not able to. Got already two times a wrong offer with the wrong destination.
After lengthy discussions in the chat I got a phone number of the customer service, after a robot for about 10 min you finally reach an assistant who is incapable, unfriendly and hangs up with every difficult question!

This is hands down, the worst company I've ever done business with in my 40 years of existence. I booked a flight to relocate from Australia to the U.S. for April of 2022. My flight with Qantas was cancelled the day before and so I had to book a separate flight with United through Expedia. BravoFly informed me that it could be up to 3 months for my refund as they had to wait to receive the refund from Qantas. After 3 months, I still hadn't received a refund so I began calling to check on the status. The people I spoke to were not able to provide any meaningful updates and told me I needed to contact Qantas to check with them. When I did reach out to Qantas, they told me that the refund request would have generated a reference number and if I could provide that, they could look into it. I called BravoFly to get that number and they were not able to provide it. Finally, after calling them 3 times within a week, they gave me the reference number. My suspicion is that they hadn't even initiated the refund request until that point. I was getting ready to give up but finally in late March of 2023, nearly a year later, I received an email saying that my refund was approved and I just needed to provide bank account info, which I did immediately. On 5 April 2023, I received an email saying my refund was processed but it may take up to 15 days for it to appear in my account. It is now 18 May 2023, and I have not received the refund. I was asked to email in my bank statement, to prove it hasn't been received, which I did on 08 May. I pretty much call every few days now and they tell me that I need to wait and their finance team is checking on it. I don't understand how this company is still in business. I will definitely pay extra going forward to book through a reputable company. BravoFly - you should be ashamed.
This company is biggest fraud. They will create the problem and not all respond and they will not listen to the airlines. Avoid booking from this
I am trying to re route my lay over and it takes 3 1/2 weeks to get a response. They will ask you to wait 48 to 4 days.They will direct you back and fort to the airline to negotiate with the changing of lay over. I end up cancelling the flight. The first refund was different from the final refund. There are further adjustment. The worst though, if you make a return call to last minute.com, you will realized later on that you were charge a long distance call. It's supposed to be toll free. This was my first time trying this travel agency and absolutely the last.
Despite having purchased their "insurance" for incidences, I tried to change flights and the only method Bravofly accepted was through manual transaction, which is obviously a non-authorized method for 3D security cards. So it was a dead-end, and eventually I was never able to change flights. I lost a good sum of money.
I will never deal again with this agency, or LastMinute.

I want to refund my ticket, but the entire refund mechanism and customer service system are extremely poor. Firstly, the refund notification message provided displays incorrect amounts, and even appears as gibberish. Secondly, the customer service representatives are unable to comprehend the situation, making communication difficult. It took three attempts to communicate with customer service before the third representative finally understood the situation and acknowledged the official display error, promising to send the latest information. However, the information provided was still incorrect! I am extremely frustrated and will never use this platform again.

Don't waste your money on the 240 dollar plus per person to be able to change your flight date. It's only good for your first flight not your return. Thanks for telling me. I'm in the States with throat cancer telling them that my return date's will change. They said no problem we'll just charge you another 2000 dollars plus. They said we don't care that you spent 1k on change your flight insurance just pay us more. What a ripoff, what a scam. I'll never use or recommend them again.
Most disgusting company ever. Airline cancelled and immediately refunded my flight on the day of booking which I reached out to and confirmed. I followed the funds and even confirmed that Bravofly had already received it from their processor, Travelfusion. They want to charge a $35/person cancellation fee for a credit card refund when they themselves didn't do any work to chase or hunt down my refund. Been emailing their customer care, escalation line, and executives for a week with 0 response. 0 customer service and chat agent / phone agents are untrained and just repeat the same bs like a broken record - I feel so bad for them. This company needs to be shut down for the scammy hidden fees! Look at articles regarding how they failed to refund U.K. Customers on time during Covid and their top executives got arrested and jailed for abusing covid funds - no wonder it's the worst travel agency in the world! Do not book with this company!
My flight was changed. It involved a 10 hour lay over for an already long flight. I texted Bravofly who said that it was the Airlines that changed the flight. While on the phone with the Airlines- who said that the original flight was still available, Bravofly said that they did not have access to that information!. I find it extremely unusual that an airline booking company does not have live time access to flight information.
I'm wondering if Bravofly gives computers to employees to work from their homes and when Bravofly books customers, the Bravofly employee gets a commission AND the booking relationship is DONE at that point. DO not book through this company as there is lack of continuity.
I had round trip tickets from different companies. After the cancellation of the return ticket, I received only one option for another ticket or a refund. I tapped refund to see the amount, as is always the case with other companies. But instead, they wrote to me that the answer was accepted. I wrote to their support that this tapped by mistake, but they didn't offer me any help and didn't even tell me the refund amount. I still have not received the money and do not know the amount of the refund, because I paid for two tickets at once.

Do not use Bravofly. I booked a flight from Stockholm to London. Just when I was about to pay for the flight after having chosen at standard booking the price increased. It said that we hade payed for another Fullflex assistance package. I contacted Bravofly to cancell the extra assistance package by mail and by phone. I was informed that the original booking was still there and that we would get it for the same price and be refunded the extra fee. But that I had to wait for two days to get a new e-mail and all I had to do was to then again confirm the booking. The day after I was informed that the flight was cancelled all together, and that a new flight can vary in price (was off course mor expensive). Be careful!
There is a significant discrepancy between the status on the airline's app (Saudia) and the website, and the company's customer center states that transactions may take place for up to three days, but the airline only allows that long after a booking code has been created.

I booked a flight with bravoflight end of last year. During the booking process I could not add any luggage but I was assured I could add my luggage after the booking process. After I paid my ticket and waiting for the customer support to get back to me it turned out that I could only add my luggage at the airport and even that was not guaranteed. The flight cost about $1000 and they didn't refund me except for a bit of taxes (I think it was in the end about $130). If I had the money and time I would actually hire a lawyer and sue bravofly.
I booked a flight with them, They shown currency INR while entire booking process, however when I entered card details, payment deducted as GBP. They also added some additional services without my consent, which I cancelled later.
My bank charged me additional mark up fee for that transaction and transaction that has refund.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
