This company is establishing in Europe they charge me a flight from Maryland to Florida it's says 190 dollars when I checked on my account it was 190 euro in addition the date was different they are a bad scam don't trust them and they don't even have a customer phone number to communicate with them, real thief I will not play around they was telling me to contact spirit when I call spirit they telling to reach out to my 3rd party they never responded.
Total scammers. I will have my whole family writing reviews until I got my money and my review will be translate to all the available languages they have on their website.

Booked a city break via Bravofly. Dates of holiday were for 3 nights but they have only given us 2 nights accomodation. Like any normal person, when you put the dates of the flights in, you assume the accommodation is for the same period. Customer service was awful and said they can offer no help whatsoever, despite my partner being 25 weeks pregnant. The only option is wander around a city all night or pay for another night. This was our last feasible holiday break abroad before our child is born and they have started it off on an awful note. I would never use Bravofly or last minute again and hope no one ever has to deal with them either. Awful that this happens. Complete cons

My name is Emile, I have reserved a flight using Bravofly and somehow they have decided to cancel the flight however the initial flight with the airline was still ON.
I was obliged to take another flight (more expensive) due to the short notice.
The refund took more than 8 months and finally (after a lot of follow-up messages and escalations) also, they have deducted Charges from the initial payment.
This is the Worst travel Agency, not recommended at all.

After clicking and opting out if all extra charges, somehow someway I was charged $200 more. To make it all better, nobody to call or email. Both phone numbers are not working and their chat is a bot only that gives you a number that isn't working. We will never use this site again.

I was searching for a flight through Skyscanner and as an option Bravofly appeared. Unfortunately for me I never read any reviews as I was buying an emergency flight from Australia to Europe and I needed to fly next day. The price seemed to be normal same as any other company options and so I clicked on Bravofly. As I filled up all the details the final price was$2458.49 as the payment was processing and there was nothing else I could do, in the last few seconds of the payment process the price jumped up right before the flight was confirmed and I was charged$2711 instead!
This was unbelievable for me as I never saw such a thing. Even when I went back on the search the exact same flight was still there for the first price! They just take advantage of people like this where there is nothing else you can do! I was about to cancel the transaction through my bank, but as I needed to be back home asap I left it. But please people don't use this useless, horrible company never to book your flights!

They are cheaters who is running to steal peoples money.its not the way to do business.do not use bravofly for any bookings

No confirmation of the booking from Bravofly.de after 75hours. Communication should be improved. At the end everything worked out though, but with quite some headache.

I have booked the flight thru bravofly,when I was in airport to check in I was told that the flight has been canceled three weeks ago,I have not received no emails phone calls, any messages from them telling me that it was canceled, moreover on the confirmation still saying the flight is confirmed, on airlines website saying it has been canceled, YOU NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO REACH THEM,NO PHONES,NO EMAILS ETC,IT COST ME $1893,THEY NEVER REFUND ME IT HAPPENED ON February 2023 now is August,PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THEM.

BravoFly says that they would be in touch with me regarding my change of itinerary request within 2 to 3 days. I did not hear from them for 3 weeks and as a result had to make other travel plans which were costly and BravoFly would not take any responsibility for such unprofessional work.

Scammed me out of money by incorrectly charging me the stated amount and refusing a refund and not offering me the services I paid for, refused to offer support, provided me with no timely info on my flight, could not put me in contact with any of the airlines they had supposedly booked me through, and refused to transfer me to any other persons.

I booked Hotel and Flights through them to Greece from Switzerland.
I confirmed with the airline and hotel directly (per email) that everything was in order. (over 1.5 months before departure)
The day before we (Family of 5(2 adults and 3 Kids))
Were supposed to fly I get a notification that there was a technical problem with the hotel. I phone bravofly and they wanted to offer an alternative which turned out not be anywhere close to 4star. I also emailed the original 4star Hotel and they just confirmed that Bravofly had cancelled the booking.
Numerous calls and emails to Bravofly (don't get me started on the Support.) I said to them at the airport on Grece that I need a place for my family to stay. They then offered a really bad hotel (Run down, mouldy rooms, no sea view etc). I had to accept it as there was no other choice, I needed to get a place to stay for my family. This was my single biggest mistake other than booking on bravofly. After this the support didn't really care about us at all. I then booked another hotel directly at great extra expense.

Bravofly also didn't get the flights right as they forgot to add the check in baggage for the flight to Greece.

At the writing of this I am evaluating my legal options to recover the hotel costs and mental anguish they caused by the tactics to maximise their profits.

I have a flight to Europe booked for August, but they never sent a confirmation email. Fully paid.

There's no way to contact them without booking or confirmation number. But they never sent me one.

Credit card company has no contact information for them.

I have hit a dead end.

Biggest scamers they charge me 150$ more I try to contact them no one answers calls or text they not send me no confirmation number

They steal your money, if you cancelled your flight. They don't give any clarity on the cancellation amount. They charge very very high cancellation amounts. Customer service is useless. Never book it from here.

Ich hatte einen extremst unhöflichen Berater am Telefon Namens Arman, extremst unhöflich und frech und ohne meine Gründe anzuhören hat er einfach aufgelegt.
Extrem schwaches und unprofessionelles Kundenservice. Hat mir 0 weitergeholfen.

Als ich nochmals anrief hat er ohne was zu sagen abgelegt statt mir einen anderen Berater weiterzuleiten.

To start off, Bravofly and their employees are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Not only do I have to wait TWO MONTHS for my money back, they refuse to push it along. They took 300$ from quick when I purchased the tickets I canceled the flight under 24 hours later and they are now making me jump through hoops get MY money back. I will NEVER by from them again. Please read reviews before purchasing through them. Their ratings are bad for a reason.

Pls see attached booking id made last July 14,2023 via manila to fukuoka japan with 5 passengers. Booking id is *******821, the airline cebu pacific itself cannot retrieve my bookings. Pls help.

THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. The address is based out of Switzerland and as many people know they're known for being $#*!. My poor wife had her grandma pass and she was in a panic to buy tickets to get home fast, so she wasn't very cautious. SO IF MY FBI AGENT IS READING THIS, I will buy a plane ticket to Switzerland for fun and sort this out on my own. Thank you.
