Scam

Horrible no contact

This company does not send confirmation emails and can't create account to retrieve booking. I paid extra to be to get flexibly but have no way to contact them to make change.

I did get emails directly from airlines so at least I have booking but still no emails from them and no way know to contact them except automated Lia

Never use Bravofly

Never use Bravofly to book your airline reservations. My flights were (according to Bravofly) cancelled by the airlines and Bravofly took one half the price of the flight in "service charges" to refund my money. This was a condition buried in the "fine print" of the agreement when booking through them. Never will I use them again and I strongly urge you to do the same.

A scam or fraud alert - Please do not use Bravofly to book any of your itineraries. To me, they are no less than a fraud company.

I personally booked one flight and they never sent me any itinerary but a text message that they were working on the ticket.

They sent me an email confirmation the next day, almost 16 hours after (11AM 31st October 2022) the actual flight time (6:10PM 30th October 2022) and there was still no itinerary or e-ticket. They don't have a call center or anyone you can talk to.

I called the airline and they confirmed that there was no ticket issued in my name at all. Just be careful if you see any option for flights or anything else with Bravofly.

They deserve no rating

I wish there was no rating. We booked our tickets in April 2022 for our travle on December 2022. After 5 months of our booking we received a email in September 2022 stating Qantas airline has cancelled its flights. We called Qantas and checked, however Qantas confirms there is no problem from thier end. We requested for alternate options and Bravo fly was unable to provide the options hence money can be refunded. We were told 2 months and till date there no sign of refund. Bravo fly keeps blaming the airline has not paid the money. I have paid money to bravo fly and they need to refund the money to me. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. So many negative comments wonder why they dont take any action. I am undergoing so much stress since they owe me $4800 for 3 tickets.

Total Scam Company

Do not use this company under any circumstance. They stole money from me, refused to issue a proper refund (about 5% of my booking rate), and have a customer service avoidance loop to ensure you can't talk to anyone. This is a scam. They are not a legitimate company. Please do not use them.

A very USELESS SITE!

Scam! Disgusting company

If you buy flexible tickets, don't be surprised to find out later that they are not flexible at all. So you paid more for nothing. And even though such service is not acceptable, you cannot claim or get a refund, because it's a total scam.

I booked a return flight from Islamabad to Boston costing $2,666. The Bravofly booking number was [protected]. Due to some emergency I had to cancel the flight two days before departure.

Bravofly said they are working on refund and refund will be based on refund from actual airlines. After few days Bravo fly sent me an email telling me that my refund is $209 only.

This is a scam and a fraud since the actual airlines refunded a heavy amount and Bravofly made a huge deduction from that. I will go on all forums to raise this malpractice and theft of money.
I request Bravofly to refund the actual refund amount from airline.

Please dont book through Bravofly.

The customer service is horrible. I bought a ticket and when I arrived at the airport my reservation disappeared. It did not exist. I tried to communicate with customer service. I only got a response from the chat and they did not give me a solution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews before buying from this horrible company.

I attempted to book a flight with Bravofly on their website. The site was slow and each page took time to load. When I eventually entered my details, including my credit card details, the site seemed to glitch and returned me to the original page asking for my details. After entering them for a second time, the site asked me again for my credit card details. At this stage, I decided that this site was too risky and I logged off without filling in my credit card details (for the second time)
I then booked with another company.
However - two hours later I received an email saying "Your booking is confirmed!" and I saw that my credit card had been charged ('transaction pending'). I contacted Bravofly immediately and I explained that I had NOT authorised that booking and they needed to cancel the booking that they had made. Two days off repeated explaining and pro-forma responses from the company brought no satisfaction whatsoever.
At present I have placed a 'disputed transaction' with my bank and have requested that no payment be made.
Dodgy website. Terrible customer service.
Avoid this mob like the plague!

Stay away

Its a scam. I booked my ticket from them and after that it says i have to wait 24 hours to get confirmation email. I waited but never received confirmation from them after that I have to book from another website where I see the difference of $200 in the ticket just because the ticket increase on the next day. Truely a scam plss stay away from them and also they dont have any customer care where we can contact them

NEVER NEVER use Bravofly! Had a very Bad experience when used them once ( first and my last time use it). When booking the flight ticket, They automatically hided the checked luggage fee into total flight fee and makes it hard to see. I had to pay much higher flight fee when I actually didn't need any checked luggage, when I questioned them, they just told me it's just UNFORTUNATE and it's my FAULT. Please Make sure you and your loved ones never use this scam website.

I purchased the outward leg of my holiday flight with Bravo Fly (also Last Minute) through the Cheap Flights website. This company is incapable of preforming basic tasks associated with running a travel agency and any form of meaningful communication. They overcharged me on the advertised price of the ticket. I got three receipts from them all for different amounts. Despite numerous requests to explain this they never did. Their customer service is appalling. The website is hopeless. The automated chat is a joke. The number of the call centre is in the UK but the person is in the Philippines and not much help. After 10 days and following many requests I finally got my ticket. The ticket had three legs all with different airlines as advertised. One of the airlines on the ticket however, wasn't the one actually advertised on the website. The airline on the ticket was for an airline that went out of business in 2008. Bravo Fly refused to provide me the email used to book the second leg of the trip so I was unable to manage my booking or even to check if all the legs on the ticket actually existed as they claimed. I got my issues raised with their 'Escalated Care Team'. They emailed me once to assure me all was well. Yeah, right! Despite me continuing to raise a number of problems with them this team only replied once about a week later to say basically nothing. Because of concerns Bravo Fly may make unauthorised charges to my credit card I was advised by my bank to cancel my credit card. I was so fed-up with Bravo Fly I told them to cancel my ticket and issue me a refund. I checked with one of the airlines who told me that their part of the ticket was fully refundable within 5-10 working days. Bravo Fly claimed they refunded my ticket (about 90% of the money) 'to the original method of purchase' ie my cancelled credit card. I have told them many times that is not possible and said I wanted the money refunded to my bank account. No response to that from them despite several emails. Adding to the communication problems is their emails are written in archaic servile English and basically avoid answers to any direct questions. 'Dear sir, kindly be kindly informed...' Then thanking me for my patience and apologising for any inconvenience caused, but without fixing a damn thing. I am still out of pocket.

NEVER AGAIN!

NEVER going to order with this company again. Totaly waist of money, they steal your money, no one speaking Norwegian as the bravofly.no says. Cant add luggage online, cant refund money. Customer service is empty chairs... cant help with anything and dont want to... this is a horrible company, and i will make a police report and try to use VISA Chargback from this fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Better to use the money on a lottery ticket, high possibility you win Jackpot than get satisfied by this company, and get your refund if some troubles comes...

I wish I had read these reviews before booking with Bravofly. Unfortunately, all of these negative reviews are true. I booked with them and cancelled within 24 hours, as stated on their website. They took two weeks to get back to me and only offered a $200 refund, not the full $1,855 due.

It has been almost TWO months and I am still fighting with them for my refund. Their customer service is difficult to get a hold of and completely unhelpful. They told me the airline hadn't processed the refund yet the airline told me they had not received a refund request. The airline has nothing to hide. I am pretty sure this is how Bravofly makes their money- by lying & stealing from consumers! What a sham company. Their customer service (or lack thereof) is HORRENDOUS. They should not be allowed to operate!

Our flight got cancelled by the airlines. Even though the communication by Bravofly was good, at the end we did not receive the full refund that we supposed to get from the airlines. The airlines itself has refunded the full amount of the cancelled ticket to Bravofly but Bravofly left €70 to themselves for 2 passengers and refused to give them to us saying that it is their terms and conditions in which they will keep €35 per passenger when the refund for the cancelled ticket is processed. This is very unfair as it is not my fault that the airlines cancels my flight so why should I give them to Bravofly? I won't recommend to anybody use this travel agent as their business is a total scam.

MINUS star - Do NOT use Bravofly

On June 9th, 2022, we booked our flight with Bravofly for a trip from Richmond Virginia to Port of Spain Trinidad. JetBlue would take us to Fort Lauderdale and then to Port of Spain on October 24th. This one-way trip was 694.81 USD for 4 passengers.
On June 29th we received an email from Bravofly advising us of a minor change to our flight which was by no means minor as there was a cancellation of the flight from Fort Lauderdale to Port of Spain. So that our destination was completely ignored. Also to our great annoyance they confirmed this change without our consent – "We have already confirmed the changes with the airline on your behalf so you do not need to do anything."
After 27 emails and three phone calls we were advised that we had three choices, two of which would be travel vouchers which would mean having to use this scam of a travel company and the last choice was cash refund. This company is so fraudulent that the choice of the travel voucher was made to look as if that was your only choice at the bottom of the screen there was "Other options" to click on to see all three choices.
On Aug 20th we got a cash refund of 563.88 USD.
This is by far the worst customer service we have ever received which ended up ultimately costing us 130.93 USD. We had to also book our own alternative flights from Virginia to Port of Spain. Bravofly was never able to even offer alternative viable options. We even realized that JetBlue eventually had options to go to New York and then to Port of Spain but we never even offered that. In researching we have discovered we had no recourse once we chose to book our flight through a travel agency. However, we are spreading the word by all social media means so as to prevent further persons from being suckered by BravoFly. If JetBlue has refunded the full amount to Bravofly, they have then kept the 130.93USD in an entirely unethical manner.
