Complete amateurs! I do not recommend! I paid for security online checking and i never received boarding passes, I tried to contact their call center to speack with agent at least 15 times, but whenever I had to connect the connection ended. My family, my wife, mother of my wife and our 3 children had big problems at the airport. They had to pay another 280 euros for boarding passes.! I booked a hotel for a Saturday till Monday stay, I hit enter and it had changed the date for the following weekend. Which was useless to me. I went to hotel and had to pay cash because their CC machine was not working, while at the hotel I went ahead and canceled to upcoming reservation. When I got home I called bravofly in UK and they said the hotel didn't send a cancelation so there's nothing I can do. I needed to contact hotel for refund. I called hotel and they are showing the reservation came from Expedia. Can't call Expedia, hotel said I need to talk to bravofly, Expedia does not have a record because I booked through another company, I called my bank to dispute charges and I got an email to that the bank is turning down my request to cancel charges.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online booking company, stay away from them. No run away. Do not use this companies service.

We booked our flight via bravofly. It was later changed and we were given the option to cancel which we did. Needless to say that til today, we never received any refund. When we call bravofly we don't get any reply, or compensation. This has been dragging for over a year.
For six months I was colling your customer care lines, and every time I get different information about my tickets cancelation, your workers in the airport, right after my tickets were canceled said to me that I will get my money back "for sure" (as "Covid reason" for cancelation gives me this guarantee).
All the time workers at your company gave me information that I'll receive my money back soon. Now I've got the letter from your company: "Just to let you know that we have confirmed your cancellation request with the provider(s). Unfortunately, there is no refund for the service(s) you have selected, as set out in the Terms and Conditions."
I want to request all documents copies to see all the legal reasons for the refusal and my waiting for six months to get this refusal.
We booked a stay at Bayfront Marin House and confirmation provided correct address to this location. When we arrived, we did not have a reservation there but was told that I needed to check next door as they have been having same problem for weeks. The SCAM is if people NO SHOW and try to get their $ back, they can't because the hotel charges the room night and then the balance of the stay gets charged and goes to the travel agent, who does not reimburse. We were lucky that the hotels communicated and were able to uncover the issue/SCAM. Both hotels were very accommodating but when you book one location and are looking forward to your stay and have to stay somewhere else, it is very disappointing. I WILL NEVER USE BRAVO FLY AGAIN AS THEY ARE NOT MONITORING THE AGENTS WHO ARE ALLOWED TO SCAM THIS WAY!

Flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. Aer line has already refunded the money to them about three weeks ago and I still don't have anything back (Bravofly claims they haven't gotten a refund) even though I have a confirmation email showing that they do. Horrible customer service, very unfriendly and long wait times as well! Don't book with Bravofly!

You cannot contact them after your booking in case you need something to be clarified about. They are including airline that is not operating and/or can never be contacted like baggage updates, flights concerns, etc... When you go to the site that they -mailed you, the buttons are non functional and you will be directed to call to a long-distance number. NEVER BOOK WITH BRAVOFLY.
My rating for them is actually -100 for the inconvenience or emotional hassle

This place is a total SCAM. I made hotel reservation and when I arrived nothing was set up. They told me they'd had other customers from this site with same outcome. Don't use them or you will lose your money. They put stuff cheap to get you.
I was charged for a booking from Dalaman to Istanbul yesterday night. It is three hours before the flight. No confirmation yet. The 24/7 numbers and the emails mentioned on the website don't exist! It is a clear case of internet fraud.
Here it goes my experience with Bravofly(parent company lastminute.com). I booked my round trip(booking ID *******329) from Berlin-Kolkata and return with Bravofly. While the 1st part(Berlin-Kolkata) happened smoothly, on the previous day of my return journey on 04/04/2021(Kolkata-Berlin) I got a tremendous shock. On 03/04/2021 late at night in India, I was trying to make my web check-in with the airlines- Air France from Mumbai-Paris(AF217) and Paris-Berlin(AF1134). While I was facing an issue in terms of not getting my records. I had to make expensive ISD calls to Air France of different geography as at most of the geographies the offices were already closed by that time to get into this issue just before my travel date. To my wildest shock, I came to know that there is no more ticket with my PNR(PYM4PX) with any of the above-mentioned flights as Bravofly canceled my ticket without informing me without my consent. The company got its refund from the airlines, but it is so unethical, dodgy, and unprofessional to refund the customers' hard-earned money back. It's a complete fraud and it was a distressful and miserable experience with this unprofessional travel agent. Apart from my deserved refund, this company gave so much stress financially, physically and mentally to arrange a very expensive travel alternate at the last moment for me and alteration for my family. Definitely, I will take a legal step with my insurance partner against this fraud company. I have booked tickets with Bravofly in December of 2020. I later received an email from Emirates airlines telling me that my flight was cancelled. I contacted Bravofly several times but they insisted that they hadn't received any news from Emirates about the flight being cancelled.
They finally agreed to book for a cancellation one day before my planned journey date. I have contacted them several times after that and they insist that they are waiting for Emirates to refund the money. I have contacted Emirates and they informed me that they have yet to receive a refund request from Bravofly. It has been three months and I still haven't received my refund.
I'm giving it one star just because I can't do none.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
