I had made a booking of the Air India flight from New Delhi To Port Blair scheduled for 09th April 2020 and Port Blair to New Delhi for 13th April 2020. I called Air India customer care services today for the first time to know about when I will get my refund as it's more than 12 months since the booking is cancelled; however, I did not receive any help from them.
As they said that it's only the travel agency; that is Bravofly, who could process my refund.
I made this booking from Bravofly, but I could not get through. However, i got a couple of emails from Bravofly in April 2020 about my refund status, and offered me to opt for travel credit (voucher) option, which I agreed up on.
Since then, I am only getting assurance that soon I will get my refund but nothing has happened till date.
The worst part about them is that I have not asked for cash refund, I am only asking for the travel credit voucher from this company so that I can book the flight tickets with them again. They are not even capable of providing a credit voucher to the customer.
Pathetic!

Thousands are us are without refunds when they cancelled our flights. They have zero customer support and you be hard press to find any info aside from their phone number, which has two options. First to tell you that your refund will be process (doesn't ask for your info to confirm so how would they know? And second that they have tons of calls and hangs up on you immediately.

Took my money efficiently, but they never made the booking. They said they had made the booking. The airline said there was no booking in my name. Finally Bravofly said the airline had cancelled the flight (they hadn't) and would refund me. They never refunded me. In the end of my refund via the credit card company. Never never use these scammers hiding away in eastern Europe.

Don't try to purchase thru this agency they wont help you if anything happen to your flight. I have been buying thru travel agencies but never ever experience sth like their ignorance and misleading anywhere.

A friend and I booked a flight with Bravofly for april 2020, but it got cancelled because of corona. It's difficult to describe in words how badly Bravofly handled the situation regarding the cancellation and refund, and how much stress they have put us through during the past year.

It has been impossible to reach them by telephone (they literally did not answer), and by e-mail we only got copy paste "please be patient"-answers where they also put the blame on the air lines when we asked for the refund. In april we were told it would take a maximum of 3 months to get our refund, but guess when I got it? TODAY, after 9 months of waiting and countless e-mails. And the refund happened only because we contacted Danish authorities, who made a case against Bravofly. They hoarded our money for interest for almost a year, and refused to pay us back before Danish authorities low key threatened to sue them. They have never taken and still don't take any responsibility, and put the blame on the air lines and my bank. As if I didn't already contact the airlines/my bank to check, and surprise surprise, learned that Bravofly is just full of lies and bull***.

I have travelled a lot, with countless different agencies, but it would be an huge understatement to say that this is without a doubt the absolute worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. So please learn from my horrible experience and never, ever, EVER (!) book a flight with them.

This company is FAKE. They sell you tickets and when you want to travel they cancle your ticket. When you want to get your money back they do not reply.

The website is garbage. They have no way for customers to contact them. The company steal money from people directly without any consequences. I wish this company and all who work here would face legal actions. They claim to refund people ticket with vouchers but in the end, it doesn't even work! Piece of sh**t travel company! I now have no way of retrieving over $1000 worth of air ticket that I paid for. F**cking stupid piece of sh**t!

Bravofly is not a company, they are bunch of people who are looting money from innocent people. I have booked my flight with them 3 months ago for December 14 and I got 5,6 emails that my flight has been canceled... Then I called them 100 times then they have booked my flight on 12 December in their system but today I just checked on airline website and I got shocked that there was no booking with my name... They have send me a fake email of booking confirmation. Today is 9 December and I called them multiple times and they just said we can't do anything.
Big scam, I request higher authorities take some actions on this company.

Don't ever spend any money on Bravofly!

Me, and a friend of mine, booked with Bravofly as a third party agent, and were scheduled to travel in June last year (the trip was cancelled due to covid) and we have, for the past year(!) been trying to get our refund. We have gotten confirmation, both verbal and written, from Ryanair (which was the company we were flying with) that they have refunded our money to Bravofly, about 1400 DKK (danish kronor) and we have gotten only 200 DKK back from Bravofly. According to them, this is the only amount they have recieved. We have called their customer service desk multiple times, and they were extremely rude and refused to give us any straight answers about whether we would ever get to see OUR money again (and refused to help us get in touch with someone who could answer our questions, saying that it was impossible for them to do that due to GDPR. For future reference, maybe you shouldn't talk about laws to a law student if you have absolutely no idea what you're talkning about. It is not against GDPR to give out a company phonenumber – it is not personal or protected information, I did not ask for their names.) We have contacted a lawyer and we will take them to court if we don't get our money back and I advice everyone who is in a similar situation to do the same – there are companies who specialize in this who will only take about 5% (and only expect payment if you win the case) and it is worth looking into.

This company will scam you for whatever you're worth and then act completely clueless when they are called out. They have absolutely no sense of service and they simply don't care about what the money they have taken might mean to the victims. To a struggling student as myself and my friend; even a small sum such as this, means a lot.

Run for the hills!

My flight was cancelled after i booked just 2 days and i had to wait over than 2 months to get refund but can't get full refund to the original form of payment. It's so bad experience with Brovofly.

First they don't answer on any e-mail for months, then they dont provide any contact numbers, you have to search them all. Over the internet. I am waiting for my refund already for over 4 months. When i finally got them on phone, and i had to pay my call abroad, they make some note about it. After 1 month i got an email that my money will be transfered to my account in 15 days. Now it is already 25 days and I still didn't get any money, and all numbers which they provide online are only for car rentals and there nobody wants to give you a number conected with flights.
