I need help to cancel my Booking. I made a full Flex resservation. They don't answer e-mail and impossible to contact trough the phone. Tried to contact also on facebook. Booking ID *******710
Do not waste your money in this company. I was given a voucher after cancelling one of my flight. Now i wanted to use the voucher and the voucher didn't work. So my €600 is going to be wasted because its expiring soon. I tried calling an emailing them but no response. Shame on you. I hope you all get badluck for screwing up customers.
I paid extra for the option to change a flight and even extra for additional support. Their policy is to do change flights within 24 hours. I called 4 days in advance to change the date.
Only on the day before the flight i got an email(no call whatsoever), that they couldnt execute. When i called again, they told me i was too late, because it was already within the 24 hours.
Yet another agency unfortunately which has poor customer service and doesnt care about its customers.
Also the people working at the call center speak barely english and come across uninterested, not trying to help out at all.
From now on i will only book directly at airline companies. Personally I have better experiences in that way. Bravofly earns 0 points for their service
My dear fellow humans who want book a flight for your next trip. Please do be tricked By their bargain of cheap flight. Bravofly is a bunch scammers who are licensed to rob people online.
Last year in December I have bought a ticket from Auckland, New Zealand to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia a return flight. I paid $1890 Initially and then I wanted to change my flight date, then they charged me extra $580 to only extend my flight with few weeks. I had to pay and then on the day of flight I was denied to board because of visa issue, then I have reported to them to change the flight through another transit. Then they refused, then I have asked for refund. They agreed to refund me around 1300 in March after I was complained through external company known as resolver.
Since then I have been emailing so many times, always they replied by saying they're working on my refunding. I have waited over four months since they have promised to refund me.
I have even contacted the airlines and the airlines replied me they didi ask them for refunding, they said they would refund to the agent. Then I told Bravofly to contact the airlines, but they haven't cared about me. I'm student and I have financial problem.
Bravofly is the worst agent, they're a bunch of thieves. If anyone knows an online company where can I sue about this scammer please help me. Please don't buy a ticket from Bravofly/Lastminute.
Impossible to reach customer service and I have a booking for the next week with no confirmation and no flights!

Don´t waste your money and time! Trying to reschedule my flight for the last 2 weeks, employees are so rude and unprofessional, worst experience ever!
I made a reservation through their website after multiple attempts to upsell their other products but never received a confirmation email.
I created an online account with them which initially showed the reservation before it disappears.
I called them only to be told that I disputed the transaction on my end but I did not. The representative told me to send an email and they will be in contact with me ASAP but they did not. My credit card bank said that they cleared the transaction and am now stuck with pending charges on my credit card and no reservation in place and I cannot make new reservations.
BTW their customer service has a UK number which coasted me, because of the long wait, over $200 in international calls.
Do yourself a favor and check the online review on multiple sites, these people are professional scammers.

I booked a flight via Bravofly but didnt receive any confirmation email. I contacted the customer service several times, no clear answer, just said that my booking is still processing and they will communicate with me in a few hours, I heard nothing. I did call them again and asked to cancel my booking then I can book another ticket through the airline but I was told that the money will not be refunded. After 5 days of waiting, they sent me a rejection email stating that they are not able to confirm my ticket! Now I have to buy the same ticket (which is my only option) directly through the airline with a new price THREE times higher than the original price!
I will keep posting my reviews to every available platform... you can't treat people like this!
I ordered some tickets with bravofly and the flights got cancelled. I have tried every possible way to get in touch with them to get a refund with no luck.

I booked my flights back home via bravofly during the pandemic. They made the situation 10 times harder than it is. 1) empty promise, no reimbursement or refund. Part of my flights got canceled and I want a full refund for the whole booking. I purchased the insurance package on their website which guarantees to rebook or cancel with no fees. However, when I requested for a refund, the agent told me the package only allows me to request without fees, but the refund cannot be made(?!). I canceled my booking on the website at least 2-3 weeks ahead, but they didn't confirm my cancelation online and did not process it until I made more phone calls to confirm and ask for a refund. 2) terrible work ethics. The agent told me that even part of my flights got canceled I can still use the rest, which is ridiculous - I'm flying from the US back to home and transiting through Manila, and now they tell me if I can't go back home I should just go to Manila? Even worse, he questioned the legitimacy of my trip - "why did you book your flights during the pandemic?" Shouldn't I ask "why are you selling tickets during the pandemic, and treating your customer like $#*!?" After I explained myself I'm flying back home, I asked for a confirmation email to state that they actually ask for a refund for me, but the agent just hung up the phone.
I should say everyone please avoid this. Traveling is not easy, but a bad agent definitely makes it worse.
Very poor customer service. Telephone service costs a fortune. I purchased the premium package insurance and still have to pay fees for a flight that got cancelled by the airline. Never again will I buy here. BravoFly F@#$ YOU!
We are group of 7 and booked TigarAir through Bravofly in end December 2019. With the Virus condition we cancelled through the airline. TigarAir confirmed in writing that they refunded us full amount on 25 February 2020. I contacted Bravofly since then. Only had one email to say that they will process in 3 to 5 weeks time. Meanwhile telling us that we should not call and their email address would not receive email either. Upto today, we received nothing and there was no access to them. We will pursue to Fair Trading Office to get our money back.
I purchased 4 return tickets to Bali which were cancelled by the airlines due to coronavirus. $1600. Bravofly refuse any refund or changing of flight dates. The are morally bankrupt and should never be allowed to operate
Due to this corona virus that is happening worldwide. My flight was cancelled by the airline which is Cathay Pacific. Then I emailed Bravofly where I booked my ticket telling them that I needed a refund because the airline cancelled my trip. We began exchanging emails and unfortunately at the end of the conversation was they said they cannot give me a refund because of the terms and condition of the airline which is not true because the airline directly emailed to me that I can claim my refund to Bravofly! What a scammer! I dont know how or where to complain to that is why I am making a bad review for them anywhere. I am seeking for my refund until now and wont stop until I get what is mine!
My mom passed away this past friday and since then I've been trying to cancel her full flex ticket purchased through this horrible company with no luck. After over 16 emails back and forth, sending them my mom's death certificate while dealing with her actual passing and the funeral. I gave up. Last minute decided to amend our flights 5 days into our trip.
We had flights booked from 27th feb- 7th March.
Was told we had to arrive 1 day early for the return flight from Seoul to Vietnam and then wait 26 hours in the airport, then get on the original flight we booked in the first place, What utter rubbish!
This company is a complete joke and a con.
Absolutely no way the original flight was full. This is obviously set up to swindle customers. The flights were confirmed in the first place then they conveniently changed the return flights and offered a part refund according to there terms! A joke. Should be shut down as they are blatantly scamming people.
They didn't even send the confirmation email for the flights in the first place to the email we gave them. We had to create an account and then the flights were in the account. No email telling us this! Nothing! What a joke. Not only that they don't even have a mailing address. You need to call them.
This company is obviously making its cash through overseas calls and refund scams!

I've purchased a few airline tickets through bravofly last week, I booked the wrong time in error, I immediately contacted bravofly customer service and was told that the tickets could be cancelled at no cost. They assured me it was cancelled and sent me an email with a voucher so that I could rebook my tickets. I was unable to access the voucher even though I was informed that I could use it immediately. I again contacted customer service and I was sent another email saying in 72 hours it would be activated. I again called after 72 hours and was told by the end of the day it would be accessible. I called numerous times from South Africa and sent lots of emails but it's clear that nobody would assist you. To date I have not received the voucher, the flight prices have gone up and i spent lots of money on overseas calls. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will not recommend bravofly to anyone. They simply do not care about their customers unfortunately.

Where do I begin... Oh yeah, Absolutely disgusting customer service! To the point where my father almost could've ended up in a detention centre due to there incompetence. The staff are rude and not willing to help.
3/4 weeks ago my fathers flight back home to England from Sydney was cancelled due to to the coronavirus outbreak, they apparently had no other flights at there disposal so tried to blackmail me into taking a $300 voucher with there company to book my dad another flight, saying no flights are available and that the voucher could lower In value at anytime, hence trying to get me to take it and pressure me into thinking there was no other option and then to book and alternate flight for my dad home! To pay them more money!(and the gentleman I spoke to at the time was a manager! Shocking).
In between this fiasco I then had a mild heart attack so I was unable to contact them for a while.
I then rang back and spoke to someone else who said there were flights available and that they needed to contact the airline directly, and that they would do so and get back to me on the Monday, I heard nothing, I rang on Tuesday and there was no update, they were lying to me constantly! On the Tuesday I was extremely annoyed because I had a week till my father could end up being an illegal and I spoke to another manager who was extremely condescending (yes you kamlesh) who was not helpful, and when I asked to speak to his manager I got a smarmy remark "fine stay on the phone for 3 hours, I don't care" which I have recorded.
Then kamlesh promised me a manager would call me back within 2-3 hours, I waited up and nobody called. He also promised he'd call the airline, that didn't happen either.
Nobody wanted to help me or my father, the way they treated us was just shocking! What's funny is yesterday I got fed up and rang the airline directly myself. Who were lovely, who had his flights changed with no problems and no extra fees within 7 minutes, and then I asked has anyone from the bravo fly team been in contact with you regarding my fathers case? Her answer was no! So yet again another lie! Bravo fly hasn't even contacted them! What an absolute joke!
By the way bravofly, I have all my recordings and notes but still waiting on that subject access request! I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks now!
So avoid this company like the plague, the won't help you, they don't care if your elderly father could be put in a detention centre, they mock you and try and bribe you.
For your own good, JUST STAY AWAY FROM BRAVOFLY!

It's already 6 months - no any refund, no any contact from Bravofly.
It was not COVID airline cancellation, but typical cancellation requested by me after rescheduling one of my flight.
Be aware - do not book any tickets with that OTA. No any contacts, no any refunds.
They made a mistake on my name of booking infomation. ANA didn't let me go, because a passport and booking infomation is different. I called them but only answering machine responded. No telephone operatoers to fix the mistake. I missed the flight, and I have still a return ticket, but I can never use it. Because they never answer.
I asked ANA to help me, but they say Bravofly can only fix it. I called VISA to cover my damage, but they said missing a flight for a spelling mistake is not the case.
So If Bravofly doesn't talk to me, I can't use the ticket.

Answer: No. Please do not. They are fake and you can be in real trouble. Just google Bravofly Scam and you will be surprised to read how they cheated many people.
Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
