DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY!

I accidentally clicked on a wrong date for my return flight. As soon as I got the booking confirmation email I requested to change it. I requested to change it another THREE times as it still hadn't been done (one including on the day of my flight). The date never got changed and I did not get on my flight as I wasn't prepared to get on a flight where I had no return when I needed it. With that, I also lost money on accomodation and a festival ticket. All up totalling around $900!

I rang them, they never got back to me like they said they would so I had to hassle them to get a reply from customer service. Then they said I couldn't get a refund, after it was their mistake because nobody managed my booking and THEIR job is to manage bookings. I took them to Fair Trading NSW after not getting any replies and Fair Trading did not get a reply from them either. I now have the option to take them to Tribunal and take legal again.

Hundreds of dollars wasted for nobody to do their job. $#*! company with $#*! customer service!

Kjøpte biletter tur-retur Gran Canaria. Når vi skulle hjem fra ferie, ble flyavgangen kansellert pga sandstorm. Det kom ingen informasjon og etter to dager ringte jeg Bravofly og sa at flyet var kansellert og de skulle ringe meg opp igjen. Etter en time fikk jeg bare en Mail om at de refunderte summen for returbiletten og kunne ikke skaffe meg ny bilett. Jeg ringte de men ble tvert avvist, med beskjed om at det var ingen alternativer. Det ble en strevsom jobb og veldig kostbar opplevelse for oss å komme oss hjem fra ferie.

Scam

Takes your money, shows an attractive price and then when you've paid, congratulation they have your money and your reservation in hostage and then ask you to pay more! I could've such a better service for the price they ask in the end! And if you want to reach them oh boy, 1,5 the minute with an automatic voice which will spend at least 5mn easily

I'll never fly with them again and if i knew that they'll take my money even before checking the real price of the fly (which is basic work), I'll have never agree!

Buna ziua
Am facut o rezervare cu Bravofly pentru luna mai pe ruta Bucuresti -Istambul. Banii mi s-au retinut de pe card am primit confirmarea rezervarii, factura, PNR, seriile de E-ticket. Compania de zbor este TAROM. Am verificat rezervarea pe tarom.ro dar nu se gaseste. Am incercat sa trimit mail-uri, dar este imposibil de luat legatura cu Bravofly. Alo Bravofly! Ma auziti, astept un raspuns.

NEVER AGAIN!

NEVER AGAIN! I wish i could give a zero star to Bravofly. They sold me a ticket with a layover that all the personnel at the airport said is practically impossible to make. There is a 2 hour layover in New York with a airport change in the middle. I will have to get my baggage hail a taxi and check in again at JFK go through security etc in 2 hours. I'm traveling by myself with a baby and a 5 year old. The plane company says that the flight doesn't even show up in there files. AirFrance basically told me i got taken advantage of over by Bravofly. Bravofly says it's my fault for not realizing this when i bought my ticket.

Morally bankrupt

I booked a flight home to the UK for Xmas 2019 through Bravofly/lastminute.com. Unfortunately, my wife's mother was terminally ill with brain cancer. Unexpectedly, her condition worsened very quickly, so we needed to fly home earlier than expected to be with her and the family.

I called lastminute.com and told the lastminute.com representative that my mother-in-law had days to live, so I was rushing home and, therefore, needed to cancel my flight (which was a couple of weeks away). He understood and was actually quite sympathetic. As far as I was concerned, the flight was now cancelled and some sort of refund was on the way. The representative did NOT mention an email requiring response would be on the way.

3 days before the date of our scheduled flight they sent me an email offering me 2 options: 1) a 50% cash discount, or 2) slightly more for vouchers. They gave me 38 hours to choose. As I was taking care of my wife and family (and was pretty emotional myself), I wasn't checking my emails. I did not see their offer until a few days after the 38 hour deadline had passed.

Once I saw the email I called them (as I was grateful for a 50% refund (even though I would have received a full refund if I had booked directly with the airline)). They explained that my situation was completely irrelevant, as the deadline on choosing between a 50% refund or vouchers had passed I was a 'no-show' for the flight. Basically, despite the fact I called them to explain exactly what was happening, making it crystal clear that I needed to cancel the flight due to a family member's terminal illness, as far as they were concerned I had not informed them that I needed to cancel the flight, because I had not responded to their email quickly enough.

They told me all they could do was process my request for a refund again and this time they came back with a derisory offer of a 10% refund (which I have ignored because I don't want to deal with these people again).

Lastminute.com, Bravofly (or whatever they call themselves next) do not care about their customers. They don't want repeat business. They care about making as much money as possible from each individual transaction. They will screw you if they need to. They are morally bankrupt.

We made a huge mistake booking our tickets with Bravofly (Moscow El Salvador). We purchased a ticket 3 months prior to the flight and within a month received the mail that an airline have cancelled on of the flights. We called an airline and rescheduled the flight and the only thing that had to be done was that the Travel Agent (BravoFly) had to confirm it and issue a new ticket, which they never did, so we have lost the reservation. We did the same procedure again with airlines, called Bravofly, they promised to do it and of course they never did. We called many times during 2 months trying to arrange the issue with no results. Then we found out that actually the whole ticket wasn't issued at all and we asked for refund, they sent email that our refund is not still confirmed and we have to wait. 2 weeks have passed, but still no news. If you don't want to lose your money for nothing, never use their services.

Booking of Tickets

We have book tickets via Bravofly. It is very fast and efficient. We made a last minute change to for our additional lugguages. The response was fast; within 1 -2 day. We are glad for their services rendered. The prices are comparable to other sources too.

I was booking my flight through their website and I've noticed so many traps (dark UX patterns) that are supposed to trick people into adding additional stuff into their cart. I managed to avoid that, but in the last step of the process (payment), they offered some FullFlex service, which I couldn't uncheck or refuse. I assumed that it was just a notification, but they actually stole an additional 20 euros when I checked how much I've paid.

Later, I got my booking email and an email saying that I subscribed for their FullFlex service (which I did not intentionally select and I couldn't say no) and that, if I want, I can withdraw it in the next 24 hours for free and get the money back.

This is extremely damaging and very immoral from one company. If a company has to use these kinds of tricks and scams to get more money from people, then I hope they go bankrupt.

All of you out there, be careful with all these websites, read between the lines and double-check everything.

Inacceptable!

The way that they are treating their passengers, this couldn't be a real firm!
I bought flying tikets online, on their website, but they sent me the confirmation email only after 4 calls on the company's number. Now, it is the 6 th day since I payed and still no invoice. In all this time I called them again 3 times, asking for the invoice, but still the robot phrase "the system is generating the invoice".
I will make a complaint about this fraudulent company to the european authorities.
Don't make bookings on their site if you wish to have a normal fly.

DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM BRAVOFLY!

I'm very disappointed and upset with this company! I'm going to flight tomorrow and I only have a booking number right after I schedule my flight. I still haven't received any flight confirmation yet.
After 24 hours from reservation, I call to the contact number, but they only said that they received the money, but there was a problem and the confirmation was going to be manual. I really don't know what is the meaning of it. They also said, that within 3 hours I would receive some news from Bravofly, so I shouldn't be worried. Needless to say, I didn't receive any response from Bravofly.

Tomorrow morning I will go to the airport and talk directly to the company that I will travel to understand if they have something that I can understand, and see if there's still hope with my travel.

It's really an uncomfortable and a sadly situation since the client don't get any feedback and has to do everything on their own.

DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM BRAVOFLY!

Bravofly scammers

Showed a cheap price first and after booking price was very expensive with very long transits and no baggage. Not able to cancel and refund. They only refund 90% as a voucher for their site. Useless. Never gonna use this crap company bravofly.

I selected flight tickets on site SkyScaner.com. To complete purchase, SkyScaner redirected me to site secure. Bravofly. Com/booking/flight/... Site recalculated price in to 452.04 euro. I un-selected all extra services, validated that price did not change. Put details of my AmEx card, press "Next" button. Some confirmation popup appear. I press "complete purchase". And get notification that purchase completed.
Soon, I get SMS from AmEx that I was charged 546.28 Euro by Lastminute.com!
I check my mailbox, and found email from Bravofly <*******@bravofly.com>with the same time stamp and amount! In email from Bravofly I found no details where this number 546.28 came from. I only found "Assistance Package FullFlex" that looks suspicious to me. I found no email address or chat to complain to Bravofly in written form. On first phone call Bravofly agrees to cancel FullFlex and return me 62.6 Euro without arguing. After phone call I understand that I was cheated for 546-452 = 94 euro, and not 62.60 euro. That means that I was cheated twice! I call Bravofly again and ask about 487.92-456.28 = 31.64 euro.The answer was "We see that you came to our site to pay 456.28 euro, but we do not know what for we charged you this extra 31 euro."! "We need 72 hours to investigate this issue, and return back to you"!
Then I call Oct 2 11:28, and Oct 6 9:16, and get similar answers.
After 10 days I get letter:
"Dear xxx, we inform you that the amount of 31.64 euros corresponds to the type of payment (visa electron). In this case, you changed the type of payment, and
Finally paid with an AMEX card, so the discount(31.64 euros) disappears.
In any case, you have that information when you make the reservation."
No more phone calls helped me to return me my stolen 31.64 euros.

Dear Bravofly, as you stated in the e-mail that changes are not possible (which is different from the previous e-mail where you said that it's possible to change the dates of travel, but not the destination), but refund is possible, please let us know on what conditions are we likely to get a refund for our Booking ID *******958. I booked a flight through Bravofly and then was notified the airline canceled the flight. I emailed Bravofly asking for a refund of the $2,100 we spent on the flights, which they said they will request for me and I'll hear from them soon. I have been chasing Bravofly for months with absolutely no progress being made on my refund! My emails would take a week to be replied too, and all replies were generic robotic emails saying they have requested it. I got over waiting, so I started calling them (this is after 2 months of lies in emails from them). Every staff member I spoke to said the same thing, they have requested my refund, I finally found out from the 5th time of calling, that they hadn't actually requested my refund and they are doing so now. 2 months wasted! The airline responded and said that Bravofly has contracted the wrong department and they need to contact this other department. So now Bravofly are supposedly contacting this other department. I decided to speak with the supervisor at Bravofly and he promised me he will get it sorted and contact the airline and fast track my refund for me, this is the supervisor! He then promised me he would email me and update of his progress that same day with what he had done. Well I never got an email or heard from him again! The other 5 staff members I spoke to over the previous weeks all said they would email me an update as well, and guess what, nothing! No emails, no phone calls, nothing! They have even stopped replying to my emails! I am beyond furious! I have my honeymoon in 6 weeks and they have stolen $2,100 from me! Don't not book with them, they lie through their teeth and don't ever call or email you back! I am seeking legal advice to go after them!

Bravofly must bankrupt

I've the flight and they over charged.
Found out later that booked directly with airline it better and cheaper.
The flight was changed but no any information update to customer. I called to cancel the flight with airline in advance they allowed to cancel with refund full amount but just need me to contact Bravofly, I called Bravofly, email them many time it said only on processing to talk with airline but when the flight was pass they said they cannot control it anymore. How come? What the $#*! business! It must bankrupt!
