I recently ordered a piece of jewelry from their website through Facebook. After ordering, I got a little spooked and started reading customer feedback about this company. Of course I became very concerned when I saw all the negative feedback about people getting poor service, no response, and broken items. I sent an e-mail to their customer support and got a reply the very next day from Tracy-Ann assuring me that everything would be taken care of. She even took it a step further and put a personal touch to my order and expedited shipment. She also e-mailed me on 2 other occasions just to keep me informed of the status of the order. It is true that the phone number doesn't work and I was pleased that my e-mail was responded to. I thought I would say something positive about this so that other people who are concerned might find some relief that there is someone on the other end that is responsive.
I ordered from this company in March; it took six weeks to get masks. They were individually packages, tailored, came with a separate filter. When I had an opportunity to order some with a discount code more recently, I ordered some as gifts for friends. Not only are they poorly made, there is no structure, no wire nose piece, they are flat and virtually useless as far as protection. Of course, now they only bot response. The top (black) mask is from the first I ordered, it is tailored for chin and nose, lilac is from the second order, still packaged well and some structure. The flat patterned one (I ordered 13 of these) came in two separate mailings, they are flat and fit nothing. The second picture shows how the masks should be packaged and how the patterned masks came (at lease some of them), wadded up with the filters unprotected. You can't wash or reuse the filters. So knowing they've been exposed to who-knows-what, they are useless. I want my money back.
Money taken from my account first of Dec. Said 7 to 10 days. Still no delivery. It is now almost Christmas and this was a gift. Have tried and tried to reach someone but can't. They ripped me off for nearly $30. NEVER EVER will I buy anything from them again. Now I have to figure something else for this gift. I wish I could rate them a zero!
Ordered 4 face masks and filters on 4/29/2020 with a 1-2 week processing time due to high demand. The transaction cleared my bank the following day. On June 2,2020 I contacted the customer service email listed on the website to inquire about the status of my order. I immediately received a automated message informing me that my order would take another 3 weeks to ship. That message was followed up soon after with an email from customer service rep "Patrick" that informed me that my order was next in the queue and offered to expedite shipping at no additional cost, indicating that my order would ship within the week. On June 13 my order has still not shipped and I received the same automated response I was sent on June 2. It's been 45 days since I placed my order and I've been charged for products I'm clearly never going to receive.
Five weeks and 12 emails from me about the whereabouts of the mask and filters I ordered have gone unresponsive.
Except automated emails each time in reply saying in essence... Don't worry it's coming. I am disgusted! And of course there's no # to call for assistance!
Placed order on 5/04/2020 for 4 masks and 5 filters. Emailed their customer service 6 times in the past 7 weeks and received 2 responses. First one on 5/16 stating they were overwhelmed. The second response was that my order was to be expedited and I should receive the week after memorial day week and look forward to the shipping notification email. After waiting 2 more weeks, I emailed 2 more times to no response. On 6/20, I received the 5 filters but no masks, no emails no response. I have placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but do not expect anything to happen. Brave New Look has no concern for their customers. AVOID thes folks.
I placed an order for my daughter on October 7,2016. November 4 was the two year anniversary of the passing of our dear little dog and as my daughter has anxiety, he helped her a lot in social settings and such. I decided to order the poodle bracelet and hope that she would have it before the 4th of November. Did it come? NOT at all and TODAY I received an email from the company explaining it ran out of stock and that they are sorry and here is a $10 credit towards a new order. TO heck with that, I placed a Non receipt with Paypal and they refunded my money
It took more than a month to receive my mask and filters, and the adult mask is TINY! Moreover, the metal nose brace broke in 1st wearing and stabbed me in the face right under my eye! Very dangerous. Horrible quality! And the service was equally bad with non-response / delayed response to inquiries. Expensive, too, and total waste of my money!
They should be investigated. They don't reply to emails, MSG and their phone number is disconnected. You can't review them on their site to let other know they a frauds, you can't review them on Facebook. They take your money and then make you wait till it is to late to complaint to your credit card company or other. I have 3 days left before my window close to complain to paypal. Which I will do, hopefully i'll get my money back but maybe better they have a way of blocking that merchant. My order number was #*******. They sent me a email with a link to a shipping order but they shipper say Oops wrong number! I've tried to cancel more that a dozen times.
Placed order and didn't get it called phone number on website it's disconnected. Emailed them, they ailed back once asked if they should express ship my order or refund. I didn't get either. When I contacted them again 6 times via email and text... crickets never answered back. To think they tout Made In America and my order was for masks and filters, shame on them complete frauds!

Charm and it took a month to get it in and was so cheap looking I was totally embarrassed to give this to anyone! Pictures are deceiving... BEWARE!
I placed two orders with this company close together. Neither order has been fully completed. The first was a buy 4 get one free offer. I also ordered several packs of filter inserts. I did not receive a free mask or the packs of filters. The second was for two printed masks, the purchase of which were supposed to include a filter insert with each. The masks for this arrived, but with no free filters. Despite multiple communications all you get is a nonsense reply from a bot reply system. ‘Reply' alludes consistently to the second order and completely ignores the first order which is what I am communicating about.
The face cover is just a piece of cloth with ear strings. Not stretchy strings either.
No bend on the nose area to secure a good fit. The chin area just hangs does not fit securely. People sell those on the corner for 5 dollars. This business is asking 20. Plus tax and shipping. Not well made for that price.

They sent me the wrong merchandise. NO response to requests for refund or replacement. Seems they are very prompt at getting their money, but once they have it, they disappear. Run the other way - fast.
I ordered same face masks, they just stole the money, never delivered anything, don't even consider buying anything from them, it looks they are just a bunch of criminals that take money and deliver nothing.
Mask took a month and a half to arrive, and only after I opened a case against them through PayPal. When it did arrive, it was too small, cheap and obviously not what I expected when I ordered. The filter insert was larger than the opening to insert it.
Don't waste your time or money. I got one from another company for half the price and it was twice the quality.
I ordered 4 masks. 2 arrived even though the "shipment" information said I received all 4. I keep getting the same "be patient" notice but my patience is gone. I have asked for a credit on my card, but surprise, surprise, none has come. I feel stupid for not looking first at reviews. I can only say, I have now ( at 70 yrs old) learned my lesson.
I ordered and paid for this mask on May 11 and have not received it yet. I've emailed them 8 times and received some response with excuses and promising to send it within a week over and over. I've told tell to send my money back. They have not! I usually do not order without checking their reviews but I was frustrated with the inability to get a mask any where. This is a fraudulent company. If you haven't ordered from them yet DON'T!
I order the masks at the beginning of March and still have not received my order... I was referred by a neighbor who received hers in a few days, they never reached Out to me until I reached out to them first, and came back said your almost at the top of the list and demand has been high... I haven't heard anything from them since... I ask for the product or a refund... Poor customer service.
I ordered masks on May 7th and still haven't received them despite customer service lying about them shipping soon. They just want to keep your money and not provide the product which at this point I don't want the masks. I keep reading about the low quality. I just want my money refunded and I'm starting legal action against. I want this company shut down. I will not stop until they're out of business and can't scam people any longer.
